GGuest UserThe room was quiet, though a bit small, which is typical for European hotels. It's just one stop from the main train station, though a little walk away. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. My child loved the automatic pancake machine.

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..
