"Spacious rooms and very clean. Basic design but good value for money. Location is out of town, you will need a car. But they have car rental on site. Overall it’s great. Just watch out for car parking spaces. They have a secondary car park but it’s 800m from the hotel and you will need to get the hotel van. The road is unsafe to walk on at night as no lights."

(I was a family of five) There is a beach nearby and there is a pool in the hotel, so it is an environment that is easy to play. Breakfast is also very delicious. "The room view is simply incredible, hands down the best on Miyakojima. The Coral Wing rooms are newer, but not as close to the ocean as the Ocean Wing. Personally, I think the Ocean Wing offers better value for money. The buffet breakfast and dinner are served in the same place; breakfast is definitely more lavish than dinner. A huge shout-out to the staff! My husband left some clothes behind, and while Trip.com was no help at all, I contacted the hotel directly, and they went above and beyond to mail them to us in Naha! A big thank you to the staff for their help!! They were truly dedicated and sincere in assisting us, not just going through the motions. Thank you!"

For daily outings, I relied entirely on public transport; several bus lines stop right outside the hotel, connecting to areas like Shimojishima. Waiting times were acceptable, but buses aren't super frequent, so checking the schedule beforehand is advisable. Environment: It boasts a prime beachfront location. When the weather was good, the ocean's color was stunning, truly giving off vacation vibes. The resort grounds are generally quiet, not too crowded, making it perfect for guests looking to relax and avoid bustling crowds. Facilities: The room size was adequate. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Public areas are practical; both the pool and beach were quite clean, providing a consistently good experience. Service: The service leans towards professional and efficient rather than overly enthusiastic, but responses were prompt, and communication was smooth, which was reassuring overall. Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered a good variety, with both Japanese and Western options, and the quality was consistent – perfectly fine for several consecutive days. Dinner maintained a steady standard, and the price was reasonable for a resort hotel. It's a great option when you don't feel like going out. Surroundings and Overall Impression: Miyako Island generally has a slow pace, and its beaches are high quality. Using this hotel as a base, you can cover some major areas simply by using public transportation. Overall, my stay was very satisfying; the strengths were prominent, and any minor drawbacks were acceptable. If I return to Miyako Island, I would consider staying here again."

"The bathroom and sink area were separate, so it wasn't inconvenient even when used by a family. Amenities were well-provided, and the bathtub was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. In particular, the fully equipped kitchen allowed for simple cooking and breakfast preparation, and the presence of a washing machine made it very convenient for a long-term stay. Being able to wash swimwear or clothes immediately during the trip was a major advantage. The refrigerator, microwave, and tableware were neatly organized, making it feel as comfortable as a small apartment. "Pros: The swimming pool and small beach are convenient for playing in the water; parking is close and ample; the rooms are spacious and functional; the hotel is clean; the staff speak Chinese; the housekeeping staff are very polite and smiling; the hotel shop has a wide selection of common souvenirs and local specialties. Cons: The surrounding dining options are not as numerous as in the city; latex pillows are not provided; and the breakfast options and variety are limited."

"Contrary to my expectations from the photos, the hotel turned out to be a disappointment. First of all, the information on Trip.com does not match reality. The site stated check-in from 2:00 and check-out until 11:00. In fact, check-in is from 3:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The staff gave no explanation for this discrepancy. Secondly, the site confirmed a room in the new building. However, I was placed in the old building, which, judging by the exterior, looks like it was built in the 19th century. The room matched the condition of the building. All the furniture was very old and worn out, some even with mold. The view and access from the window was onto a shared balcony, which meant that to maintain privacy I had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The noise isolation was terrible — neighbors were loud from 7 AM to 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. Speaking of the beds, the mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. As for breakfast: not only was it limited to 7–9 AM, but the website had advertised a buffet with both European and Japanese options. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no European options at all, only a fixed Japanese set meal. The only good thing was that at least coffee was available. The hotel has no beach, despite being close to the sea. There is only access to a rocky embankment, where swimming is unsafe. I used the coin laundry service, paying 300 yen just for my clothes to be rinsed in water. There was no detergent provided, nor was it sold at the hotel — I had to go out and buy it separately. The dryer only partially dried the clothes, so I had to finish drying them in the room. If you plan to come by car, keep in mind that there is no lighting in the surrounding area, so driving in such darkness doesn’t feel very safe. Overall, if you are looking for a proper rest and relaxation, I cannot recommend this hotel at all."

"This luxury resort is located on the southern coast of Miyako Island. Staying on Fridays costs around $13,000 per night. The resort itself is very large, with regular shuttle buses running throughout the day and night. The hotel also provides tuk-tuks and golf carts during the day. For those with deep pockets, you can book a villa room with a pool. 😎 Our room was 55 square meters, with a living room right after the entrance. The beds were single and king-size, and the space was very spacious. The bathtub in the bathroom overlooked the balcony, and the view was quite relaxing. The refrigerator provided two free bottles of beer and two bottles of tea, and a capsule coffee machine was a must-have. I loved the living room in the room, facing the large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for relaxing and browsing my phone. The pool is small and square, unassuming, but the lush greenery creates a relaxing and relaxing atmosphere. Every day at 9:30 AM, you can feed the turtles in the hotel lagoon. Even before the time arrives, you'll see them gathered by the lagoon, waiting for you. Watching them swimming freely is so relaxing! 💚 The best thing about staying here is that even if you don't see any turtles while out at sea, the hotel guarantees you'll see some. The room rate is totally worth it! Almost all restaurants in the park require reservations for the evening. We didn't make reservations and went to a Chinese hot pot restaurant, #LittleFatSheep, which was also delicious. If you have the opportunity to make reservations, consider teppanyaki or yakiniku restaurants, both of which are excellent. We only stayed one day, so we didn't have much time to experience all the activities in the park, and we didn't get to go to the Golden Hot Springs, which was a bit of a shame."

"It was such a wonderful hotel that I didn't want to check out. The rooms were spacious and there was a jacuzzi, which the kids enjoyed. There was a wide variety of dishes at breakfast, and we started the day off right with a luxurious meal of shrimp and scallops. We were also able to see sea turtles, which the kids loved! However, when we arrived, we were not shown to our room even though it was past check-in time, and we were made to wait in the lobby. When I asked a staff member if our room was ready yet, we were finally shown to our room. When we arrived, our luggage hadn't been brought to our room. It was a little disappointing when we arrived, but other than that it was a satisfying stay."
