Romantic Hotels in Busan

"We arrived early, but the hotel has no proper drop-off area. The entrance leads inside the building, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed from the moment we arrived. Early check-in wasn’t possible, though we could store our luggage. When we checked in, another staff member helped us but again showed zero expression and little interest. The room was small but clean and looked new. Only reusable slippers were provided, which felt unhygienic. The balcony had a partial ocean view, blocked by nearby tall buildings. The hotel’s location is convenient, with shops, eateries, the beach, and a train station all within walking distance. However, the lack of breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. When we requested help to book a jumbo taxi, the staff acted as if it was a major inconvenience, making the experience very unpleasant. I wonder what the mindset of the receptionist staff is — if you do not want to serve customers from all over the world, then stop working there; if you do, please do your job properly. In short, this hotel is only worth considering if location is your top priority. Otherwise, the poor service and basic amenities make it hard to recommend."

"Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions. We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room) The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet) While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons. Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)"

"Very basic, but comfortable for a day at the beach. The coin laundry was great. Breakfast was unimpressive and repetitive, wouldn't recommend adding it. There's two cafés in the building ground floor. Easy enough to reach by public transportation and by car, but a bit far from all connections to other city. The view was quite nice, the rest average."

"A truly wonderful stay! The front desk had Mandarin-speaking staff who were incredibly helpful with any questions and always happy to chat. They'd always ask if we had a good time when we came back, or where we were off to next. It felt very welcoming and personal. As for the location, it's pretty central on the pedestrian street. You just turn in at the fish cake shop, and you're there. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store right outside the hotel. Plus, the ice cups and freshly ground coffee in the lobby fridge are all free. We were there with our kids during the summer, and having iced Americanos every morning before heading out was just fantastic. The hotel is relatively new, and the laundry room is a huge bonus – clean washers and dryers, even laundry detergent provided. Having a laundry room is a must-have for us when staying at island hotels."
