Every day, there's a Happy Hour offering free red and white wine, specially crafted non-alcoholic drinks, ginger tea, and some snacks."

"My stay at Hotel Royal Chiaohsi was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression with its impeccable service and environment. The buffet at Yun Tian offered an exquisite and diverse selection of dishes that truly satisfied my palate. Soaking in the open-air hot spring while gazing at the beautiful Lanyang Plain was incredibly relaxing for both my body and mind. What truly stood out was the staff's professional yet warm demeanor; every detail reflected the hospitality spirit of a top-tier hotel. Both the facilities and the service are first-class, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. It's definitely a place worth revisiting multiple times!"

"The bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together. Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath. All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size. In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!) Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it. *If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!) Heartily recommend!"

"1. The hotel is new, the surroundings are quiet, and parking is convenient. 2. The room is clean with excellent natural light, and you can see Guishan Island in the distance from the balcony. 3. "When I first saw the website description, it seemed very convenient. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found it was located on a country road with fields on both sides, not directly next to a main road. Driving at night was a bit dangerous. The room was quite clean and tidy, like a private guesthouse. You had to take off your shoes before entering, but the soundproofing was very poor. Around 4 AM, I could hear loud noise and laughter outside the room, easily waking me up. Breakfast consisted of individual small set meals, which I initially thought were for one person, but it turned out to be shared by two, and the portion was rather small. The self-service breakfast bar only had toast for toasting; there were no other dishes. The coffee machine's coffee was a bit sour and not hot enough. I had expected to see fields, but it was just a bare area, and overall, there weren't many facilities available. Considering the price, the value for money wasn't very high. I would probably consider it again next time, but I won't give this evaluation. Thank you."

"Breakfast was great! The room layout and space were also excellent, and the in-room hot spring was superb. Huge thanks to the hotel for providing shuttle service to and from the station, which is very considerate for elderly guests or those traveling with children. Due to environmental considerations, you'll need to bring your own toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, or purchase them at an additional cost upon check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back again!"

"The hotel has all the facilities, and you can have fun in the swimming pool and spa until 22:00! The playroom equipment and instructions need to be improved, the rocker seems to be broken! Although the space is not very big, there are still pool tables and body-sensing games... The room is simple, the bathroom is very spacious, and the bath is very satisfying! The cleaning of water drop marks in the bathroom needs to be strengthened! There are not many breakfast styles, but they are delicious!"

"The 10th floor features a children's playroom, a grass slide, a rock climbing area, a rope course, and a slide. The 6th floor houses both a children's pool and an adult pool, making it a perfect place to take the kids. It's about a 15-minute drive to Luodong Night Market and a 3-minute drive to McDonald's!"

"The customer service staff were excellent! They even upgraded me to a high-floor, ocean-view room this time. The room was quite spacious. While parking in the hotel basement is limited, the hotel thoughtfully noted the sunrise time on the room key card sleeve for the next day."
