"I absolutely loved this hotel! It has a little luxury atmosphere, and when you visit Vietnam for the first time and stay in a place like this, the trip becomes even more magical and unforgettable. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite. Our experience started the moment we got out of the taxi. We were surrounded by great service right away. The staff opened the taxi doors, took our luggage, opened the hotel doors, and a welcoming receptionist was waiting for us. I understand that this kind of service depends on the hotel level, and some people may not even notice things like luggage assistance or doors being opened. But I always notice these little details, and they mean a lot to me. They make you feel like a truly welcome guest. ❤️ We got a large and spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Waking up in a place like this was a real pleasure. Everything was always clean and fresh. Thank you for the big bathtub in the room! I felt that a lot of attention was paid to details, and I had everything I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable. 😊 The breakfasts were amazing. There was a huge variety of food. Thank you for offering so many fresh and delicious vegetables. The Vietnamese coffee was also very tasty. 🤤 It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The beach was very close. It was clean, with powder-soft sand that almost crunched under our feet. 😻 The sea water was clean and had no unpleasant smell. The entrance to the water was gentle, and you could clearly see the bottom. We even saw starfish! The water felt refreshing. At first it seemed a little cold, but after a few minutes you didn't want to leave. I also want to mention the lifeguards on the beach. They were always there and really paid attention to people's safety. They made sure nobody entered dangerous areas, which made us feel safe while enjoying the sea. There was even a sand washing area at the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. 😄 The views from the windows were stunning. You could watch the sunrise, see the mountains, the long beach coastline, and the life of the city. The facilities were great. Working out in the gym with such an incredible view was a pleasure. The infinity pool, the music, and the atmosphere really made you feel relaxed and on vacation. I enjoyed everything and would happily stay here again."

"This was the first hotel where I felt I'd want to stay again purely because of how wonderful the staff were. The person I interacted with was incredibly kind and lovely, I was truly surprised. The only issue I had was that there were many small ants in the room. They were only in the kitchen and a small part of the room, thankfully not in the bed, so it was manageable. But if I were staying long-term, it might have been more problematic for me. The room itself felt more like a studio apartment for an extended stay rather than a typical hotel room. It had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, like a one-room apartment. There were also dishes and cooking utensils, which would be great for anyone comfortable using them. The rooftop facilities were fantastic, with a pool and hammocks – perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. There's also a small cafe at the entrance where you can buy water and sodas, which was very convenient. My flight was on the evening of my checkout day, and not only did they let me store my suitcase all day, but they also allowed me to use the rooftop even after checking out, and said I could use the showers up there. Since I had spent the day enjoying myself and working up a sweat, being able to shower before my flight was incredibly helpful. Coincidentally, the day I visited was a public holiday, and they even had fireworks on the rooftop and offered snacks like fruit, which showed such wonderful thoughtfulness."

"I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline. Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights. Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel. I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers."

"We stayed 4 nights at La Pavillion Gallery hotel.I was really surprised by the service here.We were welcome by kind and polite at the reception.The check in was at 2 pm but we arrived the hotel around 12 pm so they helped us check in early which we really appreciated.Tracy helped us book airport transfer for us from Da nang to the hotel.She guided and assisted us during our whole stay at this hotel.They prepared a anniversary wedding cake and a card for us that blew my mind.The breakfast was really good.Hotel was in bery convenient location.Very close to old town .Tracy checked on us everyday if everything was okay with our room.We noticed that the bedsheet had a little bit of stain which we didnt mind at all because the service here was outstanding.But,they prepared a fruit platter for us when we went back to our room and found a small apology note.That really impressed us.Just the swimming pool was a bit unclean and Birds poop everywhere.And also the chicken wings i ordered had no taste,it needs to be improved, The kind Gentleman at the door i forgot his name but was really kind to us since our check in day too.I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel.Much Love❤️"

"Friendly staff, great location, good price. The hotel is just beside the street market, plenty of restaurants and stores and about 30min walk to the Old center. The wifi and AC was working well. There is a pool. The bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean."

"Second time staying at Cocorico. It’s a nice hotel 😊 The have spacious rooms, some with a great view of the ocean. Bathrooms have big showers. WiFi is excellent! a Smart TV with Netflix. They even added free coffee for guests on level 7 One of the best coffees ☕️ I’ve had! Unfortunately the hotel ddi have an underlying smell of smoke 🚬 which is unpleasant for non-smokers. They also allow smoking inside the building. Which is a bit disappointing and why I couldn’t stay long term."

"The hotel location was very convenient, situated just next to the shopping mall and across the river. The surrounding area was quite nice, especially for an evening walk as the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing at night. The room itself was average and could have been cleaner. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen setup — the room had a stove and hood, but there were no kitchen utensils provided at all. It felt strange to have a kitchen without the basic equipment needed to actually use it. Overall, the stay was decent mainly because of the excellent location, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and room facilities."

"Everything was perfect. We stayed for one night and loved everything. The room was quiet and cozy. The area is peaceful, with all the shops nearby. Hoi An Old Town is within walking distance. The hotel also has a small pool, perfect for cooling off and for the kids. The lovely hostesses are very welcoming and kind."

"We stayed at this hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it! From the moment we checked in, we felt a genuine sense of hospitality. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and polite. The room was clean and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were spotless. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There's a small pool on the premises, which is perfectly fine for a refreshing dip on a hot day. Breakfasts were excellent, I especially recommend the fruit salad. The location is ideal — everything is within walking distance, yet it's quiet and peaceful around. The sea is a 10-minute drive away. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We will definitely recommend it to all our friends!"

"We had a wonderful stay the hotel, the staff is very helpful and speak good English. We were well served by the reception Ms Ha, who recommended places to eat. As we are celebrating our 32nd anniversary, the hotel has gone extra mile by giving us a complimentary bottle of red wine and a personally signed greeting card. The hotel is located near Han River and walkable to Indochina Mall, Han Market and many nice eateries nearby. We had a room overlooking the Dragon Bridge, can see the colourful lighted up cruises moving along the Han River in the evening. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good spread of Western, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The roof top swimming pool has a panoramic view of the city of Danang, a wonderful place to chill and relax with a drink and music. Another reception Ms Queenie has recommended a good place for massage on the day of check out. A very good hotel, will surely come back again."
