"We stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to the Seoul outlets, which makes shopping super convenient. The only downside is that the dining options nearby aren't great. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, and the only place still open was the fried chicken restaurant run by the hotel on the first floor. Everyone there was Chinese, too."

"I had an excellent 6-night stay at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of City Hall Station, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, and many restaurants and convenience stores. It was very convenient for sightseeing and using public transportation throughout Seoul. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially by Seoul standards. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The in-room amenities and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were always helpful, courteous, and willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and quality service. After spending 6 nights here, I can confidently recommend ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun to both first-time visitors and returning travelers to Seoul."

"I usually don’t leave a review unless I have a good experience and this one was great if you’re a solo traveler. 1) Its in a great location right in the center of myeongdong st so you can easily bring back your shopping goods and not carry them 2) It’s super clean and the whole facility smells super nice, it’s nice and modern looking too 3) Pretty quite in the girls capsule I had no trouble falling asleep without earbuds and I’m a pretty light sleeper. Only can get a bit annoying if you live on the top bunk to get up and dow"

"Just as the Reviews shows. Great location in Gangnam area. Hotel is in the middle of 2 stations, very convenient to go anywhere, but its on a hill so mught be an issue for the elderly. Hotel toilet comes with Bidet which is awesome! Clean and comfortable. CU nearby which is great if you need anything at night."

"My stay at HOTEL BOTANIK's Deluxe King Room in Myeongdong exceeded my expectations. The room had a modern, apartment-style feel with brand new facilities and full amenities, making it ideal for those planning a longer stay in Seoul. The in-room amenities were definitely the highlight. The air conditioning had a control panel for temperature adjustment, and it came equipped with an AirDresser, a washer-dryer combo, a separate fridge and freezer, an induction hob, and a microwave oven. Inside the cabinets, there was even a wine cooler, wine glasses, and mugs, giving it the feel of a small boutique apartment. Charging was also convenient, with both USB and Type-C outlets available, and the bidet toilet had a full range of functions. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, and the water pressure was consistent, making for a very comfortable shower. However, there were a few things to note: The kitchenware provided was quite basic, with only two plates, which might be insufficient if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Also, laundry detergent wasn't provided in the room, but you could purchase it at the front desk if needed. There are several construction sites near the hotel, but surprisingly, the soundproofing was excellent during my stay, with no noticeable noise at night. My sleep quality was quite peaceful. Overall, this hotel is more of a ”high-functional type” accommodation. The facilities are new and highly practical, feeling more like staying in a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel. It made for a very comfortable stay."

"The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, just one subway stop away from both Hongdae and Myeongdong, which made getting around the city very easy. Right across the street from the hotel is a true food paradise, offering a wide variety of dining options. Every place we tried had excellent service, which really added to the overall experience. I also really enjoyed the view from the hotel, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The hotel service itself was outstanding. We arrived early in the morning, around 10 a.m., and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in shortly after arrival without any extra fees or complications, which we truly appreciated after a long trip. Overall, the combination of location, nearby food options, great views, and exceptional service made this stay very enjoyable."

"This hotel is perfect for a layover near the airport. You can take the 205 bus directly from the airport to the hotel. It's made up of four buildings, and I stayed in building 3. The spa is in building 4. There's a park and the beach right in front, and plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. They don't provide toothbrushes, but everything else is very smart and modern."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Roynet Hotel Mapo — Great Location & Wonderful Upgrade! We had a fantastic stay at Roynet Hotel Mapo during our family trip to Seoul. The location near Mapo/Gongdeok station is absolutely perfect — easy access to the subway made exploring the city effortless, from Gyeongbokgung Palace to Hongdae and Myeongdong. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Room, which was spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of four. The room was spotlessly clean with modern amenities and a lovely view. The highlight was access to the Executive Lounge — a wonderful bonus that we truly appreciated. The lounge offered a relaxed atmosphere, great refreshments, and attentive service. It made our mornings and evenings so much more enjoyable, especially with two kids in tow! The staff throughout were warm, professional and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast spread was impressive with a good variety of Korean and Western options. Mapo is a great neighbourhood — safe, vibrant and full of great dining options just steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend Roynet Hotel Mapo for families visiting Seoul. We will definitely be back! 🇰🇷"

"the hotel was very nice, it was winter and it was warm enough, but it blew a little from the window, but the underfloor heating was saved, there was always hot water in the shower, the hotel has everything you need for living: a washing machine, napkins, a shared refrigerator, a cooler with water, towels, toothbrushes and toothpastes, the only big minus this is the absence of a microwave, sometimes I wanted to come and make ramen or warm rice... + there was someone's hair in the room and in the shower, but I'm not a very squeamish person, so I cleaned everything myself, and the bed was also broken a little, The bedclothes were stained, so I took my bedclothes from home just in case, and everything was fine, but these are small disadvantages, because the location of the hotel is very good, it's a 5-minute walk to the metro station, there is a CU nearby, namsan is also very close that's why I liked everything, but there are disadvantages that would be worth improving many people write that it's noisy here, but I didn't notice much, only if people check into the hotel, but yes, sometimes there is a smell of food in the room due to the fact that there is some kind of restaurant downstairs. thank you so much for the warm welcome, I'll be back later) p.s.: please put the microwave on🥹🙏"

"We stayed at Shilla Stay Gwanghwamun for 3 days and 2 nights, and later booked another 2 days and 1 night after our staycation at Nami Island. • Front desk service: The staff spoke English well and were very accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage during our Nami Island trip since we had another booking at the same hotel. • Room quality: The room was clean and spacious. However, I personally didn’t like the wooden floor—it felt a bit uncomfortable to walk on without room slippers. • Location: The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance to Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace, and close to several subway stations. • Food options nearby: Plenty of choices, from traditional Korean BBQ to fast food like Burger King. Just note that many restaurants close around 9–10 PM. ✨ Overall: A convenient city hotel with friendly staff, good service, and easy access to major attractions. The luggage storage service was especially helpful for our trip planning."
