Great location within walking distance from Jingan Temple line 2 metro station. Lots of free goodies such as soft drinks, tea, coffee, water. Helpful front desk staff. Plenty of nearby cafes restaurants, shopping options and even table tennis, badminton, basketball, tennis, archery!!! Bring your own racquets though. There is even a Nike running lab nearby. The kids enjoyed the friendly resident cats in the lobby.

Last summer, my kids kept bugging me to take them to Shanghai, but we couldn't make it work. This year, we finally managed to bring both of them. After comparing several hotels, I decisively booked this Atour Hotel near Jing'an Temple and Nanjing West Road. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, surrounded by popular Instagrammable spots, making it super convenient for exploring with kids. I specifically booked the Little Yellow Duck-themed family room on Ctrip, which my kids absolutely adore. It was full of childlike fun, and they were incredibly happy when we checked in. The hotel facilities are perfectly suited for families traveling with children. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry room with a dryer, which was a huge lifesaver for washing the kids' clothes during our trip. Every night at 9:30 PM, they also offer complimentary warm late-night congee. After a long day of sightseeing, a bowl of that was so comforting and heartwarming, making us feel right at home. The hotel's service was thoughtful and attentive, the living environment clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were complete and well-maintained. It fully met all our family travel needs and offered fantastic value for money. This is definitely our top choice for traveling with kids!

We recently completed a wonderful 5-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Shanghai. If you are an international traveler looking for an incredibly convenient base with world-class hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice. 📍 Prime Location The hotel is centrally located and exceptionally well-connected. It is literally just a 3-minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station, making local commuting via the metro or catching regional bullet trains completely hassle-free. 🌟 Outstanding Service (Going Above & Beyond) The front desk staff are truly exceptional and do not hesitate to go the extra mile for their guests. Because we ran into a language barrier while trying to coordinate a campus tour with a local university, the staff stepped in without hesitation and spoke to the university on our behalf to get everything sorted. We also want to give a special recognition to Ms. Wong and her colleagues. When we had trouble navigating the local food delivery apps, they kindly used their own personal apps to order food for us and allowed us to transfer the money directly to their accounts. They were also incredibly supportive with hailing local taxis and guiding us through Shanghai's public transport options every single day. 🍳 Buffet Breakfast The hotel offers a morning buffet breakfast for a very nominal charge. It has a great, decent spread that easily caters to different palates, including: Hot options (Porridge, Noodles, and freshly cooked Eggs) Western staples (Breads, Cereals, and pastries) Fresh Fruits and Salads 💡 Area for Improvement The only real critique we have is that the hotel lacks an in-house restaurant that serves lunch and dinner options. Having an all-day dining restaurant on-site would make the stay absolutely perfect. That being said, the incredible warmth of the staff more than made up for it. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Shanghai!

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to Shanghai Railway Station, about a 300-meter walk. The takeout and drinks around the area are excellent. The hotel service was top-notch, and I loved the unique scent of the shower gel!

I always book this hotel when I'm on business trips because of its convenient location in Jing'an. There's a convenience store right outside, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A big thank you to Xiao Shang for always arranging my room service in advance! My stays are always smooth and pleasant.

My stay at Shanghai Treasure NOA Hotel was excellent. The location is superb; it's within walking distance of Changping Road subway station, Jing'an Temple, and Nanjing West Road shopping district. Exploring Anfu Road and Wukang Mansion was also very convenient. The hotel's retro-industrial style, blended with Shikumen design, creates a fantastic atmosphere perfect for photos. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the entire room was equipped with smart devices. The delivery robot was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The ground floor restaurant and bar offer coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening, all with a great ambiance. It's a tranquil oasis in a bustling area. This designer hotel is definitely my top choice when visiting Shanghai.

My overall stay was excellent. The hotel boasts a superb location, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the subway and high-speed rail station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was prompt, and check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The environment was quiet, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose it again for business trips or leisure travel. The front desk staff, especially the lovely pineapple lady, was very friendly.

The interior of the room was very new and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. We stayed in the double room to the left of the entrance, and although we initially thought soundproofing might be an issue, it was actually quite good. One of the front desk ladies was also very friendly. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's not in the busiest area, but that makes it a nice, quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, which we really liked. The only thing to note is that there's a slight odor outside the elevator entrance due to the building being older. However, the hotel itself offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

This hotel deserves a full five stars! My entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely fantastic. The location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water came on instantly. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and respond promptly. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, highly recommend!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jing'an Temple. The street downstairs isn't too busy with traffic, so it's not very noisy, and the soundproofing of the windows is quite good. The guest rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though the sink design is a bit impractical – water splashes easily, and there's not much counter space for toiletries. The tea bags provided in the room seemed a bit old. The hotel lobby has a very artistic design, and there's a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient.
