Five stars! Seriously recommend it to everyone~ It's right by Metro Line 8, just a few minutes' walk away. Getting to Taikoo Li Qiantan by taxi takes about 20 minutes, so the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is new, clean, and the service is excellent, especially the super friendly front desk staff. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were incredibly delicious. Honestly, for this price in Pudong, you can't beat it. I can't find a single fault – just book it!

Downstairs and in the surrounding area, there are snack shops and supermarkets, making dining and shopping very convenient. The rooms are clean, and the bedding has no strange odors. The hot water supply is plentiful. If you're driving and can't bring your car into downtown Shanghai, this hotel is a good option to consider.

During check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was much more spacious and brighter than we anticipated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable. What surprised us even more was that when the front desk attendant learned we had a child, she kindly arranged for a complimentary breakfast for our child under 12. This saved us a lot of hassle and was such a thoughtful touch, definitely a huge bonus! The breakfast selection was extensive, and our child absolutely loved it. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Lianhang Road Metro Station, making getting around super easy. The overall service was warm and attentive, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly without any issues. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will be my top choice, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. Wishing them continued success!

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and it's not noisy even though our room was by the window. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice. I was here for a business trip, and it's very close to the Shanghai Theatre Academy, within walking distance. All in all, I highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it!

I hadn't checked out yet, and it wasn't even check-out time. I came back from outside to find my room door open, with a cleaning lady already inside, nearly done. It was bewildering; my privacy was completely invaded. (I had taken my room key card with me, and the cleaning lady even used my key card to confirm it could open the door.) After calling customer service from my room to complain, they said someone would come to speak with me in five to ten minutes. I waited for twenty minutes, and no one showed up. I ended up leaving on my own, taking all my belongings with me. Around 1 PM, the hotel lobby manager finally called me to discuss the issue. His attitude was good, but the compensation offered was negligible. Then, at 3 PM, I received another call from the hotel saying I had left a rabbit plush toy behind, even though I had actually taken it with me at noon. I really can't understand how this hotel operates.

Good value for money. I booked this for my dad when he came to visit Shanghai, and I chose a room with breakfast included. My father was very satisfied with his stay. High praise. The location is behind Red Star Macalline, a bit far if you don't have a car, but the upside is that it's secluded and quiet, which makes for a peaceful rest.
