You get what you pay for. The layout of this place offers very little privacy, with long-term tenants all around. The curtains in my room didn't block out much light, and it constantly felt damp and a bit grimy. On the plus side, there's a fridge and microwave, and the room itself is quite spacious. However, the high ceilings made it feel really cavernous and somewhat unsettling. I didn't take photos, but you can refer to their official pictures – just imagine the facilities a bit older than what's shown.

The overall stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which was great, and the family room we booked this time was very good. The free parking was also very convenient. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips in the area. We stayed for 5 days, and during our stay, we had to change our booking, but the front desk was incredibly helpful and cooperative. We were very satisfied! Thank you!

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located, just a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station, and has free parking, which is a huge plus. There are many small restaurants downstairs and a really good supermarket nearby. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the Gree air conditioning works great, and hot water is fast. They even have robots delivering takeout orders! The room was pretty much exactly as shown in the promotional pictures, so you can trust those. On the downside, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't the best; you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway or next door. Also, the cleanliness could be improved; there was a strange odor when I first entered the room, but it disappeared after I flushed the bathroom floor with water.

During check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was much more spacious and brighter than we anticipated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable. What surprised us even more was that when the front desk attendant learned we had a child, she kindly arranged for a complimentary breakfast for our child under 12. This saved us a lot of hassle and was such a thoughtful touch, definitely a huge bonus! The breakfast selection was extensive, and our child absolutely loved it. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Lianhang Road Metro Station, making getting around super easy. The overall service was warm and attentive, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly without any issues. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will be my top choice, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. Wishing them continued success!

Location: It's very close to the subway station, and the place I needed to go was right across from the hotel. The subway noise isn't ideal for light sleepers, but it was acceptable for me. Facilities: The front desk upgraded my room, which was great, but the TV didn't have a playback function, which was a minor disappointment. Service: I received welcome fruit upon check-in and a souvenir upon check-out. Room service was prompt in delivering items. Hygiene: Clean and well-maintained.

A special shout-out to the Borghese toiletries and the thoughtful wet/dry separation in the bathroom – these small details really highlight the quality. 🍽️ **A Feast for the Senses, a Culinary Delight** The hotel's dining options were definitely a major highlight! Breakfast at the Cafe Agora offered a huge variety, from an extensive selection of Chinese and Western hot dishes and delicate pastries, to adorable cartoon buns and freshly made Shanghainese wontons and noodles – something to delight both adults and children. Moreover, the dinner buffet was incredible value for money. It featured succulent grilled fish, shrimp, and various meats, along with authentic local small dishes and crayfish. The DIY ice cream station in the dessert area was an extra touch of joy!

Good value for money. I booked this for my dad when he came to visit Shanghai, and I chose a room with breakfast included. My father was very satisfied with his stay. High praise. The location is behind Red Star Macalline, a bit far if you don't have a car, but the upside is that it's secluded and quiet, which makes for a peaceful rest.
