I stumbled upon a group deal for this hotel, and it offered great value for money, though it's a bit far from the city center. I chose the option that included water park tickets upon check-in, which was perfect for a summer vacation with kids. First, let me praise the service. Since I was traveling with seniors and children, I requested connecting rooms, and the hotel promptly accommodated us. They also thoughtfully decorated the room for my child's birthday and even provided a small cake. As a parting gift, they gave us a souvenir. However, something that could be improved is that standard amenities like laundry dust bags and tote bags were missing from both rooms and I had to specifically ask for them to be delivered. For a hotel located right next to an amusement park, this isn't ideal. Regarding the facilities, the room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I really appreciate that the hotel elevator goes directly to the 3rd floor, providing direct access to the water park. The breakfast spread was also quite diverse with many options, which was nice. However, upon checking in, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room, which is not good when traveling with children. Also, the soundproofing wasn't great; I was woken up both at night and early in the morning by noise. I was also surprised that some breakfast items were already gone before the end of the service. Overall, I think the experience would have been significantly better if the soundproofing was improved. Still, it's worth a visit.

This hotel is conveniently located 1-2 metro stops from the station, and it's easy to get around by bike. It's also very close to Dishui Lake and Cloud Bookstore, both within walking or cycling distance. There are chain convenience stores nearby as well. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant European-style decor, befitting a major chain brand.

Overall, it's a very good hotel🏨. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the air conditioning temperature is just right. Room Amenities: It comes with a drum washing machine, which shows they've thoughtfully considered guests returning from the Water World and Snow World who might need to do laundry. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are A FANG essential oil products. The only downside is the lack of a bidet. Breakfast: A buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the 3rd-floor cafe. The restaurant isn't very large, so I imagine it could get crowded during peak times like summer weekends. Transportation: The hotel's underground parking lot directly connects to the Water World and Snow World, which is very convenient on rainy days. It's also not far from Haichang Ocean Park. Driving yourself is more convenient; if you come by metro, it's about a 10-minute walk, and there's a stretch without a sidewalk, so you need to watch out for vehicles.

Had a fantastic ski package stay! This is by far the most convenient hotel for skiing at Yaoxue. The room was clean, facilities were brand new, and the food selection was excellent. You really don't need to leave the hotel for anything. My package was supposed to end on June 30th, but to my surprise, they offered another ski package after July 1st, so I immediately extended my stay for an extra day. Three days of non-stop skiing, it was awesome!

This is my second time staying here, and it happened to be my birthday during this visit. The front desk staff not only upgraded my room but also sent up two small cakes and some fruit, which were absolutely delicious! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. The bedding is excellent; I slept very comfortably.

We booked a family room at this hotel for our trip to the planetarium with the kids. The room was spacious, clean, and everything felt brand new. The hotel restaurant was huge, with a trendy decor. They even offered late-night snacks, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety that the kids loved. The hotel has a central parking lot, and there were some outdoor dining chairs near the restaurant, perfect for soaking up the sun on a nice day. We really appreciated the complimentary souvenir and fruit platter. The front desk staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. If we visit Dishui Lake again, we'll likely choose this hotel.

My stay at Dishang Hotel left a fantastic impression, definitely deserving of a five-star rating! Location and Parking: The hotel's location is convenient, but what pleasantly surprised me most was the incredibly easy parking. For guests driving, this truly eliminates a major worry. Front Desk Service: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was swift, their smiles were infectious, and they proactively introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area, making you feel welcome the moment you step through the door. Breakfast Experience: I experienced breakfast on the second morning, and I must commend its 'rich variety.' Both Chinese and Western options were available, the selection was quite comprehensive, and the taste was good, powering me up for the day ahead. Overall, Dishang Hotel truly excels in key areas like 'convenience, service, and experience,' making it a truly worthwhile accommodation choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

This hotel felt like it opened before it was even finished. First off, the floors and walls were covered in what looked like Bolton carpet (if it was genuine, that would be very luxurious), but the wall carpet was peeling, exposing the wooden baseboards. The carpet in the elevator made strange noises when you stepped on it. Secondly, the fabric sofas in the lobby and the second-floor restaurant were heavily stained – stains that were impossible to miss. Thirdly, the concrete wall leading from the second-floor elevator to the restaurant was heavily mottled, like a construction site wall. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and items were spread out very haphazardly with no clear flow. Cereal was served in traditional Chinese ceramic soup bowls. For the two days we stayed, the breakfast was exactly the same. On our floor, the carpet just outside the elevator had an odd, stuffy smell. The room size was decent, but the layout was strange. At night, getting out of bed to go to the toilet meant navigating past the TV area where there was a coffee table – if you weren't careful, you could easily trip. The bathroom light was either completely off or blindingly bright, very harsh on the eyes. There's another Jiahsuan hotel across from this one, but it has a different name and owner. Including the Hyatt right by the lake, there are three Hyatt properties here, but the amenities are lacking, and it gets quite desolate at night. There's a cafe by the lake, and apparently, a Coca-Cola exhibition hall is planned for the future. It's not too far to walk to Celebration Square, which is nice for a stroll. The hotel is relatively close to the Planetarium, about a 15-minute walk.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the incredibly thoughtful Manager Yuanyuan! From booking our stay to checking out, every step was perfectly organized. When we couldn't find our way to check in, she personally came to the fountain to pick us up and gave us detailed directions. All our requests, like afternoon tea and help with travel photography, were promptly addressed. Before we left, she pre-arranged everything, saving us the hassle of running around. Her attitude was gentle and considerate, and she handled everything efficiently and reliably. Having such a caring and responsible manager truly made our stay exceptional! 🌹

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is quite close to home, which was convenient for us when we brought the elders to have dinner in Lingang and stayed for a night. I guess there weren't many people before Chinese New Year, so there were plenty of parking spaces, we could just park anywhere, haha. The front desk staff, a young lady, was very proactive and enthusiastic in her service. The next day, when we were checking out, the elders were already waiting in the lobby early, and the front desk staff specially prepared warm water for them. Thumbs up to the front desk! The room was very clean, and the facilities were in good condition. The elders were very satisfied with their stay. Five-star rating!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very new Hanting 3.5 The experience is particularly good. There are free drinks and snacks and mineral water supply. Although there is no refrigerator in the room, there is a front desk and can help save the laundry room. Three washing machines are very convenient and very clean. There is an electric toilet seat that will not be cold. There are double-headed type-c. Two tables are just one for dinner and one for debris. It's very suitable. Health: Very good, I have a little cleanliness. This room is really new and clean. It will not be committed at all! The wet and dry separation is very good, very comfortable, the bedding is very clean and soft. Environment: Also very good, there are various supermarkets around, takeaway is also very convenient Services: The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very gentle and polite. AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was new. However, the cleanliness details could use some improvement. It was a bit disappointing that our family room only came with two breakfast vouchers for three people (two adults and a child), with no extra one for the child. Parking was available, and it was convenient to nearby attractions. The value for money was decent. But, and this is a big BUT, if you're a light sleeper, be very careful, as the soundproofing is extremely poor. Around 11 PM, someone in the adjacent room was crying and sniffling constantly, and I could hear everything clearly from my bedside. Even knocking on the wall didn't help. I finally had to shout ”Stop crying!” for them to stop. Then, at 7 AM, a continuous banging noise echoed through the hallway repeatedly. All in all, I had a very bad night's sleep…

MM222882****When checking in, the front desk agent patiently informed us of the available room options and helped us choose a room. After checking in, there was a minor issue with the room, and the duty manager, a very kind lady, nicely arranged for us to switch rooms. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which we were very happy with. Breakfast included coffee and fruit, and surprisingly, there were even freshly made noodles with toppings, which was excellent value for money.

SShitou2abao## Hotel Review First off, I want to give a shout-out to the housekeeping service. Even though I only stayed one night, I called housekeeping several times for various items, and the aunties (staff) were always very quick to respond. Now, for the rest, it's mostly complaints... 1. For a room costing over 1,000 RMB (a couple hundred US dollars), the in-room amenities at this resort hotel were surprisingly low-end. There wasn't even a mini-fridge in the mini-bar, so I couldn't chill my yogurt, fruit, or face masks. Everything went bad by the next day. The toilet wasn't automatic, which was a first for me in a resort hotel, especially in a big city like Shanghai. 2. The bathroom had no ventilation system. After a shower, I'd break out in a sweat again just drying off and tidying up. 3. As for drying clothes, forget it. There was just one small hook. It really shows a lack of attention to detail. 4. The kids' bunk bed creaked all night. Every time someone turned over, it made a noise. 5. Don't even get me started on breakfast. Unless you go before 8 AM, you'll probably face a long queue. With so many rooms and only one breakfast restaurant, it's impossible to manage the flow of people. 6. In summary, honestly, this nearly 2,000 RMB per night stay felt completely not worth it. ## Trip.com Review We came to the aquarium, and honestly, being able to experience diving without queuing was great. My child was incredibly excited and kept asking to go diving again the next day. I saw that my member benefits included a late check-out service, so I called Trip.com customer service in the evening. The voice prompt said there were 0 people ahead of me in the queue, but I still waited nearly 10 minutes to be connected. As soon as I politely started, ”Hi, ma'am, given my membership level, could you please help me apply for a late check-out?” She probably only heard ”late check-out” before curtly saying, ”I'll transfer you to the hotel front desk.” *Click*, and I was at the front desk... Since this is a benefit of my membership, I believe Trip.com should have helped coordinate it. I know I could have contacted the hotel directly, but I earned my membership tier through spending. During peak summer vacation, there's a chance the hotel might refuse. My reason for wanting a late check-out was simply to let my child take a shower after diving.

QQiudamaoI was a bit nervous bringing my two kids, but they absolutely loved it! First off, the hotel is packed with Ultraman-themed everything, even the elevator announcements. The Ultraman collectible cards really hit the mark with the little ones. The room was clean and tidy, and the bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Even the slippers and toothbrushes were Ultraman-themed – super thoughtful! The park entrance was convenient and quick, which was a big plus. Haichang Ocean Park was so much fun, exceeding our expectations. It was even better than SeaWorld San Diego! The orca, beluga, and dolphin shows were all spectacular, and the Ultraman zone felt like a museum. There were plenty of food options too, and the prices were quite reasonable. I felt like visiting during the off-peak season was a fantastic experience, and I'd love to come back again.
