I had a really satisfying stay here. The place was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable experience. The room amenities were thoughtfully provided, with a fridge and microwave that were super convenient to use. The biggest plus was having the toilet and shower in separate rooms, which meant we could use them without bothering each other – great for privacy and practicality. The bedding was comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy, and overall, I was very pleased. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing; if it were a bit better, it would be perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it.

I requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted it without charging me any extra fee, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was that they also prepared a lovely gift for me to take home. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Coming to Pudong New Area to visit cultural venues like the Shanghai Museum East and Shanghai Library East, choosing to stay at this Ibis hotel was truly great value for money. It's conveniently located near Fangdian Road Station on Metro Line 9, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities are generally standard, and the service is quite warm. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a small snack pack. Downsides: I stayed on the 2nd floor this time, and perhaps because it's a lower floor, the room felt quite damp and needed some ventilation to feel comfortable. Breakfast is on the 1st floor, with the restaurant connected to the lobby. The variety of food is very limited, which could definitely be improved.

Check-in and check-out were both efficient and seamless. The staff were responsive to our needs, and very kind. The room was bright and airy with no strange smells, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep every night.

An excellent travel experience. I came for an exhibition, and the hotel's location really shined during morning and evening rush hours. There's a direct skybridge to the Expo Centre, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the exhibition halls and other forum venues. The shopping street across the road has plenty of food options, everything you could ask for. I could sleep in a bit, take a nap during the conference lunch break, and return quickly after the event. All in all, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again for my next exhibition in Shanghai.

I've stayed at Jinjiang Inn multiple times. The rooms are always clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hot water is consistent. The front desk staff are patient and considerate, and check-in is efficient and quick. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and dining options. It's my first choice for business trips and travel, definitely a five-star recommendation!

The experience exceeded my expectations! 1. The front desk lady was very professional. Upon check-in, she provided all the necessary information, including the QR code for their WeChat enterprise account, Wi-Fi password, and transportation details. She even called to confirm when my travel companion was checking in, which shows great attention to detail! (I've seen too many ridiculous hotel news stories lately, so this was a pleasant surprise). 2. The room design, flow, and layout were very well thought out. Outlets were conveniently placed, and the light switches were intuitive. The storage space and work area were particularly impressive, perfect for two people working or one person with multiple devices. The chair was also quite comfortable. There were basically no 'feng shui' issues – the bed wasn't facing the door, and the TV wasn't directly opposite the bed. The lighting design was excellent as well; the desk lamp was comfortable, and there was no overhead bed light, yet the natural light made the room very bright. The view outside the window was also a nice surprise… My room was away from the road, and in such a bustling area, it was so quiet, I could only hear cicadas – truly wonderful. 3. Overall experience: Excellent. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and this one is pretty much flawless. Apart from the slightly stuffy air in the hallway and the elevator being a bit warm, everything else was great. Service was prompt and efficient, and the storage space was ample. It's suitable for solo travelers, friends on vacation, or business trips. Food delivery was also convenient, and the hotel guests weren't noisy (I'm saying this as a noise victim who just moved from next door…).

My family and I booked a week-long stay at this hotel during a heavy rainstorm in Shanghai. I didn't have any prior impressions of the place, but upon check-in, they upgraded our room. Although the facilities were a bit dated, the service was truly exceptional, easily exceeding five-star standards. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. We have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, and both the staff and the manager went out of their way to find a solution. A special shout-out to the lady on the 17th floor – even though we were on a continuous stay, she cleaned and tidied our room to the highest standard every day, replenishing all amenities meticulously. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

My stay at the丽呈酒店 (Rezen Hotel) in Shanghai Lujiazui truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a big shout-out. I booked a special offer basic king room, and at check-in, the front desk directly upgraded me to a higher room type for free. There were no extra charges, and I didn't even have to ask – their service was perfectly balanced and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's only about a hundred meters walk from Fangdian Road subway station, where you can take Line 9 and transfer to Line 2 directly to Lujiazui and Century Avenue. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, catching high-speed trains, or getting to the airport. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the desk, bathroom corners, and bedding details were all spotless, making for a worry-free stay. The breakfast selection was rich, with a full range of meats, vegetables, pastries, and drinks, and the taste was good, satisfying daily dining needs. I'll briefly mention two minor flaws: the shower water temperature was a bit low; even at maximum, it was still quite cool, which significantly affected the showering experience. Also, the self-service laundry room was quite busy, requiring a wait in line. Putting these two points aside, the value for money in this area is outstanding, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again when I come to Pudong in the future.

The location is great and easy to find, close to the subway station. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but the room was incredibly tiny, much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear people in the next room talking on WeChat calls. Also, they don't allow food delivery to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. Overall, it's okay for a short stay of a few nights, but if you're looking for a better sleep experience, I'd recommend checking out other hotels.
