Service: I came here specifically to experience the hotel laundry service recommended online by university students. The washer-dryer combo was really convenient. They were very thorough in cleaning various types of underwear, children's clothes, and anti-mite laundry detergent, and there was even a special area for washing white shoes. An iron, ironing board, and lint remover were all provided. Service: The laundry and linen staff were very welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff were also very polite. When we didn't know how to open the locked window, they came immediately after we called them. It was also easy to borrow an umbrella from the front desk when it started raining while we were strolling around the old town. Late-night Congee Place: It was so heartwarming! They had plain congee and another type, and the side dishes were incredibly plentiful—various pickles, dried radish, salted duck eggs, small bread rolls, and fresh milk. The lighting was bright. I also have to praise the breakfast; the tofu pudding had a perfect balance of sweet and savory—it had every ingredient I could think of! The wonton and noodle stall was also very quick. I had a very comfortable stay and was extremely satisfied!

The receptionist at the front desk has a very good service attitude. You can read books and drink coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which gives people a warm feeling at home. Recommended!
