Facilities: The new hotel is excellent. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: The front desk staff was incredibly kind. We booked two rooms but only had one breakfast included, and they kindly added an extra breakfast for free. Environment: Very quiet as the school next door was on holiday.

This hotel was an unexpectedly great value, highly recommended for families with kids on a cruise stopover! We booked this hotel specifically for its proximity to the port for our cruise with the kids, initially just for convenience. However, the stay far exceeded our expectations. We booked a standard room, but the layout was very functional and had everything we needed – it didn't feel like a 'basic' room at all. They thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows, and there was even bubble bath liquid right by the tub, which my child absolutely loved playing with in the evening. The hairdryer was powerful and didn't burn my scalp, which was a huge plus for me with long hair. What truly surprised us was the free and unlimited laundry service! When traveling with kids, clothes get dirty quickly, so being able to wash and dry them anytime was a huge relief and lightened our luggage significantly. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactively helped us plan our route to the port and patiently answered all our questions about cruise boarding. The only 'downside' was that, being an older building, there's no elevator. But as soon as we mentioned our luggage, two staff members immediately helped us carry it up to the third floor without a word, smiling the whole time and not letting us lift a finger – which actually made us feel a bit embarrassed. Oh, and if you let them know your boarding time in advance, they can arrange a car to take you to the port! Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay for 1-2 nights during a cruise transition, this place is definitely a hidden gem!

The hotel is quite clean and has a free laundry room. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation easy. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and communication was smooth. There's a security guard at night, and you need to use your card to access the elevator, which feels very safe. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I asked the front desk and found out that it was a De Rucci mattress, which was very comfortable. Well, I will also change the mattress at home when I go home. As for the price, it is still very cheap. At least I think it is much more cost-effective than many chain brands.
