"Booked a last minute stay with Novotel but turned out quite a positive experience!
Location is good, within walking distance to Lincheng East Metro station. Went to watch concert and hotel provided transport service from hotel to stadium, which was very helpful for us!
Also offered complimentary breakfast for one day but due to clashing of schedule we were unable to enjoy.
Hotel slippers is free size and is too big for ladies, could be quite a challenge to walk around and do note that there will be a fee for bringing back the slippers.
It will be better if there is a blind separating the toilet glass and bedroom for more privacy.
Overall, hotel furbish is on the older end but the above kind gesture of providing stadium transport and breakfast does make the experience better and location is not bad too! (:"

The only fly in the ointment is that the elevator door on the fourth floor does not open and has to go down to the first floor and then back to the fourth floor. The elevator door will open. I thought I was going to be trapped ( -ωก `), other good customer service ladies are very gentle and patient, and gave me a late check-out, Opposite the hotel is a lot of snack stalls. It takes ten minutes to walk to Qianling Mountain to get there faster. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is very convenient to take the high-speed rail from Guiyang North. It is also close to Jiaxiu Building. The night view is super beautiful, the only fly in the ointment is the elevator. But the elevator does not blame the hotel hahaha (〃 '▽ '〃), yes, there is fried rice opposite the hotel at night. There is a fat little brother under the bridge. The fried rice is super super fragrant. It is really delicious. There are also convenience stores where you can buy iced glasses for your own diy drink hahaha ૮ (˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶) ა I'm so happy to come back next time,

Sometimes when I'm tired, I just like to get away and relax, not wanting to live the same old work-home routine. I enjoy the quiet comfort of the moment, giving myself some well-deserved ease. Overall, this place was pretty good. Good service and cleanliness are always my top priorities. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend coming here.

Simple room with plenty of space. Good food options nearby and plenty of places to see. I thoroughly recommend Yelang Valley (twenty-forty minutes by car).

CChun feng hua yuDuring the Suzhou Expo holiday, I took my old mother and daughter to stay at the Vientiane Hot Spring Maju Bieyuan. I felt that this was a very satisfying stay experience.
First of all, let’s talk about the service. I went to see the room in advance. After adding WeChat at the front desk, the young lady has been very warm and thoughtful to answer some of my questions. She has a humble and courteous attitude, and she has to answer all questions. She is not impatient at all. After check-in, the smile of several waiters in the room sent things every time, which made people feel like spring breeze and happy. For the entire two days of accommodation, the service can score full marks!
After driving to Malone Bieyuan, there is a separate parking lot downstairs. After parking, the car will enter the room directly from the parking lot, which is very convenient.
The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the toilet, shower, and the independent bubble pool in the room are all clean. The design of the whole room can be seen with great care (the decorative paintings in the bubble pool room, the verses in line with the environment, the right vases and green plants), which makes people relax physically and mentally.
From the Maju Bieyuan, through a glass door, you will reach the area of the public bubble pool, which is very convenient for the elderly. There are more than 40 different types of bubble pools in the public area, the water quality is good and very clean. The entire public area environment design is very careful and can meet the needs of different ages. The old mother was also very satisfied this time, saying that this is the best hot spring she has soaked in the past few years, and her daughter also likes it very much.
The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable and elegant dining environment. We ordered takeaways for Chinese food nearby and it was delivered soon. There are many shops to choose from.
This is a pleasant stay experience. If you soak in the hot spring next time, you will choose here again! At the same time, thank you for the front desk lady who served us these days, the room attendant, thank you!

EemiliciousI chose to stay at this hotel, billed as the 'cheapest Anantara,' but my overall experience was, frankly, below expectations. For the price, I could have found a newer, more comfortable five-star hotel right in the city center.
First, let's talk about the service. During check-in, the front desk staff's attitude wasn't bad, but it lacked the warmth and welcoming vibe one expects from a resort. There were quite a few smokers congregated in the balcony area connected to the lobby, and I noticed the smell of smoke from the moment I checked in, which definitely impacted the overall experience.
I understand that the hotel is older, but the cleanliness of the guest rooms definitely needs improvement. Beyond just making the bed and changing towels, the general cleaning was subpar. There was noticeable dust on the desks and the floor wasn't cleaned properly.
The gym was quite a disappointment. It's small, has poor lighting, and a limited number of machines. If you have a regular workout routine, it might not meet your needs. The children's play center also felt quite dated, which didn't really align with the hotel's positioning as a family-friendly resort. I had planned to let my child enjoy the outdoor pool, but it wasn't open during our stay. The indoor pool was quite crowded on the weekend, though it became significantly less busy after the Sunday check-out rush, making for a much more comfortable experience.
The breakfast, which we added on, was pretty average overall. Neither the taste nor the presentation met my expectations, and it felt rather ordinary compared to the hotel's supposed standing.
Of course, there were some positive aspects to this stay. Since we booked for two nights, we received an upgrade benefit for consecutive stays, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was a pleasant surprise.
The complimentary travel photo shoot included in the package actually turned out to be the biggest surprise of our stay. My child and I experienced a Miao ethnic costume shoot. While the costumes cost an extra ¥10 per set, there were many options, and the clothes were clean and odorless, which was acceptable. The entire changing and shooting process took less than half an hour, but the photographer was very professional. Not only were the photos great, but they also patiently guided our poses. My child was very engaged throughout and even wanted to take the costumes home afterward. Although the package only included three retouched photos, we ended up purchasing more.
The hotel's location is relatively remote, but surprisingly, there's a wide selection of delivery food available nearby. Delivery times were a bit longer, but the barbecue and iced drinks we ordered were both delicious, which somewhat made up for the inconvenience of the location.
Overall, this hotel's hardware facilities clearly show their age, and there's significant room for improvement in some maintenance and service details. The brand itself is appealing, but if you have high expectations for accommodation quality, facilities, and the resort experience, I personally don't think the overall value for money is very high at the moment.

ZZhoujie1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left.
2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor.
3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in.
4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

The price is affordable, the room is very clean, and it even has floor heating. I just asked how many hotels in Guiyang have floor heating. It's very comfortable to stay. For someone like me who is afraid of the cold, the experience is great. The park is not big, but the open hot springs are enough and the water is quite clean. Anyway, I think it’s pretty good. I avoid those popular hot springs. It’s very quiet and quiet here. Not bad, will come again!
