The hotel lobby immediately greeted us with a lovely tea fragrance. The room was spacious and all the facilities were brand new. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. Even the toiletries smelled fantastic; I'm definitely hooked on their hand soap! The housekeeping attendant was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us some laundry detergent. I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

I previously stayed at a global chain hotel in the city center, but the room was terrible and not worth the price. I decisively switched to this one. Although it's a bit further from the city center, Guiyang isn't that big, and a 15-30 minute taxi ride covers everything. The hotel facilities are excellent and very new, and the breakfast spread is plentiful. Xiao Jing at the front desk was also very thoughtful and helped me with a late check-out. Thumbs up! 👍

I specifically chose the Xitian Hotel for its proximity to the East Station, and the location really is a huge plus. Being near the station makes getting around incredibly convenient, perfect for catching trains without any detours or rushing. For just over 200, the room facilities are well-maintained – no signs of age or damage. The power outlets are thoughtfully placed, making it easy to work or charge devices, and the internet speed is smooth, great for streaming or working without lag. The bathroom was dry and puddle-free, with good ventilation and a stable 24-hour hot water supply. The blackout curtains are thick, so you won't be disturbed by light if you want to rest during the day. The overall cleanliness was meticulous, with fresh linens and duvet covers for each guest, and the air in the room felt fresh. The lobby is tidy, the elevators run smoothly, and the staff are friendly and responsive to requests. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and parking is available if you're driving. Among hotels in the same price range around the high-speed rail station, the facilities here are excellent. It's quiet, clean, and conveniently located, making for a very comfortable stopover. Highly recommend it to travelers passing through the East Station.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the subtle fragrance and soft lighting instantly made me feel relaxed. The front desk service was attentive and thorough, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and skin-friendly bedding, ensuring a full night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly cooked noodles were especially comforting. In the evening, the entire city skyline was visible during my swim. The hotel truly excelled in every detail, making me feel right at home. It will definitely be my top choice for future travels!

The hotel facilities are pretty standard. What's very unique is that the room has a private hot spring bath. It's very comfortable to take a bath in the room. It has a strong sense of privacy. The private parking space is just below the room and can be reached directly from the room, which is very convenient. The hotel is equipped with a private butler. Xiao Wei's service during the stay was very good. To be honest, no matter where you stay when you go out, it’s the same. The main thing is that the service can make people feel attentive and the detailed service can reflect the hotel’s business philosophy and service quality. The experience is very good. I hope to book a room directly with the housekeeper Xiaowei next time, which will be more cost-effective. Higher [laughing]

The hotel boasts a tranquil environment, pleasant rooms, and fresh air. Upon check-in, a butler greets you with rose petals and fresh fruit – excellent service! A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

The Anantara Guiyang Resort is truly a hidden gem nestled amidst the karst mountains and forests! The hotel gardens are lush and vibrant, blending Thai resort aesthetics with local Guizhou ethnic charm. Every step reveals a new breathtaking view, and the air is wonderfully fresh. The rooms are spacious and elegant, featuring an oversized bathtub, and the amenities are of the highest quality. The hotel offers a rich array of facilities, including an outdoor pool, the Anantara Spa, and a kids' club. There are also unique cultural activities like intangible cultural heritage tie-dye and Miao clothing experiences, creating a perfect resort atmosphere. Special commendation to our butler, Fanda! They proactively contacted us before our arrival to discuss our needs. Upon arrival, they assisted with check-in and meticulously introduced the resort facilities, dining options, and daily activities. During our stay, Fanda was incredibly responsive, whether it was arranging restaurant seating, providing room supplies, or offering advice on local attractions. Fanda was always patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. They provided attentive follow-up throughout our stay, swiftly and appropriately resolving any minor issues. The butler service was both professional and warm!

1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left. 2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor. 3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

The hotel environment is quiet, but travel is not troublesome. Close to Baijinggu Wetland Park, it is very pleasant to run or walk in the morning, and the air is particularly good. Newly renovated in 2025, there is intelligent guest control in the room, which is very convenient. There is nothing to say about the facilities. There are hot springs and saunas. Whether it is self-driving or taxiing, the location is convenient. I would recommend it to my friends and would like to stay again! 🌳🚗
