The location is good with plenty of food options outside. There is a night food market and subway nearby. On the downside, the room needs to be updated, the lavender color walls are old and the room and hallway smell smokey. It's 2024 and people still smoke cigarettes in the hotel and lobby. The breakfast was average, there were no croissants or baguettes. I chose this hotel chain because it's French and I expected croissants and good bread. It was disappointing.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Gaoxin Road subway station, making it very convenient to get around. It's only a few minutes' taxi ride to Guiyang East Station, which is a major plus, along with their outstanding service. They even provide complimentary late-night snacks like porridge, salted duck eggs, peanuts, and millet porridge, which were delicious. The hotel is very clean, with no dust anywhere. The service is great. The facilities are comprehensive; they have everything, including laundry and ironing services, so you can wash and wear your clothes right away, meaning you don't need to pack extra. The bedding is very soft, hot water is instant and always available. I particularly liked the night light, so you don't stumble in the dark if you get up at night, and the USB charging ports mean you don't need to bring a charger. The hotel's surroundings are also very pleasant. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Haizhu.

The hotel facilities are pretty standard. What's very unique is that the room has a private hot spring bath. It's very comfortable to take a bath in the room. It has a strong sense of privacy. The private parking space is just below the room and can be reached directly from the room, which is very convenient. The hotel is equipped with a private butler. Xiao Wei's service during the stay was very good. To be honest, no matter where you stay when you go out, it’s the same. The main thing is that the service can make people feel attentive and the detailed service can reflect the hotel’s business philosophy and service quality. The experience is very good. I hope to book a room directly with the housekeeper Xiaowei next time, which will be more cost-effective. Higher [laughing]

倆佬旅居各地行,今夏經過浙江江西湖北來到貴州省會貴陽市，頓感氣候之舒服。第一次到此，按慣例住市中心酒店。酒店果然不負眾望：設施完備，衞生一流；酒店交通方便，且後邊就是黔靈山公園；周邊餐飲密佈,當地特色和家常菜餚應有盡有。酒店服務更是周到，前台接待熱情帶領看房和作介紹, 使倆佬有滿意之房間，還按倆佬習慣送來額外的毛巾和介紹去黔靈山公園的適合路線，酒店餐廳也人性化可外帶……。都使長者安心住下且願意續住。酒店小缺是wifi網有點差，有時不得不改用移動網。 總體五星好評。

Having previously stayed at Anantara hotels in Thailand and been very impressed, I specifically chose to book one of the only two Anantara properties in China for the end of my Guizhou trip. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, with a lovely staggered layout and an abundance of greenery. We were upgraded to a panoramic king room with an excellent view. There were also plenty of activities for children, especially the ethnic costume photoshoot. This was a lifesaver, as my rebellious son, who usually hates having his picture taken, ended up looking very handsome! The bonfire sunset ceremony in the evening was also a lot of fun. A big thank you to Miss Apple for her service; she added me on WeChat beforehand to discuss our needs and kept us informed about all the hotel activities. When we were in a rush to check out, she even handled all the post-departure billing for us. Anantara truly put a perfect end to our Guizhou journey!

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

Hotel location is very good in the north of the financial city, convenient to travel, hotel staff service attitude is good, really for the sake of the guests to help adjust the room, is a satisfactory stay.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

We were given a room with a balcony. There is a small park outside the door, which is very comfortable. If there are any shortcomings, firstly, the shower in the bathroom is broken and you can only use the showerhead on the top to discharge water. Secondly, if you go late for breakfast, you will basically only have powder.
