"Le Méridien Huizhou Xiaojing Bay is, in my opinion, the most perfect hotel in Xiaojing Bay, much better than any guesthouse! I personally prefer hotels when traveling; they have complete facilities and services! Of course, there's a price difference, which is to be expected! The hotel has an indoor pool and a pool overlooking the sea, which is incredibly comfortable. I don't like the sand on the beach, but I love the view from it! A slight drawback of the hotel is that there are only two chairs. If a family of two adults and one child is traveling, the child won't have anywhere to sit! We pushed the beds together to sleep. Although it's not a visible area, it's no excuse for the hotel not to clean it. I believe a five-star hotel should have no blind spots when it comes to hygiene! Whether visible or not! The hotel's soundproofing is good; closing the balcony door completely blocks out the noise of the jet skis on the sea. However, the hallway noise isn't blocked out! But it's still acceptable!"

GGuest UserLooking for a family getaway, I wanted a hotel that wasn't too noisy, so I chose this five-star standard hotel nestled halfway up a mountain. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly human-centered, and the lobby manager was very professional. We found everything we needed for dining and entertainment right within the hotel, with the indoor children's playground and outdoor hot springs being particularly memorable. For seafood lovers, the Red Moon Seafood restaurant is just a 10-minute drive away and well worth a visit for its fresh ingredients. All in all, it was a great stay, and we'd definitely come back again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and beautiful, with convenient parking and complete facilities. Breakfast, afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and takeout are all provided by the butler. The butler, Xiao Jia, is particularly helpful and always available. It was a very good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views.
The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane.
The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile!
There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out!
👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

The location is great – easy to get to attractions by taxi, and plenty of restaurants nearby, so we didn't have to worry about where to eat. The hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area, and the space for two was ample. Overall, we had a very comfortable experience. The hotel staff were all very helpful, especially the staff member in our room, Sister Xiaolan, who was very efficient in resolving our problems. Our stay felt like home, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for couples!

The value for money here is excellent! There are abundant indoor and outdoor play facilities for children, and adults can also enjoy their own entertainment and photo opportunities. Overall, it's very comfortable!
The entire resort exudes a healing South French manor style, with white European-style buildings paired with endless lush green lawns. Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos.
A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day.
The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids.
There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎

The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable.

The room is located in a complex with many kiosks and restaurants. Our host picked us up from the gate and shown and explained us everything we should know about, gave us useful information and advices. She was so kind, served us home made food ☺️I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
