I especially loved the sweet drinks, the dessert soup for supper, and the impressive array of juices and milks served at breakfast. The hotel even has a food delivery robot, which the kids absolutely loved watching. Hotels are really stepping up their game these days! Before check-in, Front Desk Associate Xiao Zhao called to ask my preferred floor and location, and even upgraded my room. She also added me on WeChat so I could easily contact staff with any questions. At check-out, they asked for feedback to help them improve. Of course, it's a five-star review!

Ms. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.
