MM30811****這家酒店不在市中心，但是門口就有地鐵，對面還有個Ldil超市。前台服務熱情，每個房間送一瓶白葡萄酒，吧枱飲料，臨走還送一個冰箱貼紀念品，服務沒得講，早餐也非常豐盛，早餐晚餐時間，大廳還有鋼琴演奏。缺點是不靠市中心，旁邊是一大片墓地。總之，是超出期待的一次入住。

BBillonesThis hotel is massive, and the service and facilities are excellent. We stayed for five nights, and I'm very grateful to Trip.com for helping me communicate with the hotel to secure a room upgrade and cover part of the cost. I do have two minor regrets about the hotel: firstly, the room service phone went unanswered for most of the 24th and 25th; secondly, the ”courtyard view room” actually faced an inner courtyard, which felt quite oppressive due to direct line of sight with other rooms.

GGuest UserDie Hotel is super nice, the personal or employees are great friendly and helpful especially the frontdesk especially ms. Adela, who’s not tired to explain and help me and other guest . The spa area is nice as well. Breakfast selection is great, the room is nice the paninis view and also the bed is comfortable to sleep right after a long day of walkingWe will definitely comeback again.

They were some children running and screaming in the corridor in the morning but I told the parents to make them stop.

GGuest UserWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

GGuest UserI have stayed in this hotel many times. The location is very good. It is within walking distance to the old town and 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. The room is not big, but clean. The breakfast is rich.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
