Amazing
AAnonymous UserGreat rooms, friendly staff. Parking a car is a bigger head ache. Valet parking is the concept but did not work smoothly. No short term parking in front of the hotel, so had to go 3 times around the block until I found a corner to park and find the bell boy who was very busy parking other cars. Room hadn’t heating - cold. Breakfast so so …

GGuest UserProbably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference. I was offered a glass of champagne while checking in, a couple complimentary chocolates were in my room & also a a personalised greeting card which were all nice touches.
Location was great, the walk into city centre was nice too in the good weather. It rained once in the evening while I was there & was able to get an umbrella from reception.
My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable.
The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used. I’ve been in hotels with bigger selections but lesser quality.
I can’t speak on the spa as I didn’t use it but was told it’s a very private spa & only you’ll be in there on a time you book, no other guests can use so can imagine couples would really enjoy that.
Would definitely stay here again & Prague was a great city to be honest so I will definitely return.

GGuest UserWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

CCheah-QQXYZIt’s a decent hotel, though its location is a bit unusual and can feel quite deserted at night. However, the nearby Strizkov metro station provides convenient access to Prague’s main attractions.
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. There is also a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is handy if you’re unsure where to eat nearby. Breakfast was adequate—nothing extraordinary, just a typical Western spread with eggs, bread, juices, and so on. Overall, for the hotel’s price, I would recommend.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Panorama Hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
The staff were friendly, kind and attentive and spoke many languages, including English to a very high standard.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and consisted of a very wide range of both cooked and cold options, as well as teas, coffees and juices. The staff were very busy keeping everything stocked up and clearing tables to let the next wave of guests find a free table.
It was also extremely beneficial to be able to use the luggage storage before check-in and even after checking out.
The location is great, just a 2-3 minute walk from the Arkady shopping centre and 4-5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It is also only 2 stops on the tram to the nearest metro (subway / underground) station. The public transport in Prague is very efficient: we had a 72 hour ticket which allowed us to use almost every form of transport on almost every line for no extra cost, which I also recommend as the best way to get around the city.
We did not use the spa facilities but they looked great.
I recommend this hotel from my experience.
GGuest UserFor a five-star hotel, the hygiene was excellent, but the facilities felt a bit dated. Specifically, there was nowhere to place my phone or other items next to the toilet in the bathroom, which resulted in my phone falling off the toilet paper holder's metal cover. Additionally, the sink was a bit shallow. However, these minor points aside, the location is a little out of the way, but it's very close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The service was absolutely top-notch. Disposable slippers, razors, and tissues were readily available, and anything else you might need could be requested from the front desk. Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel's atrium interior was luxuriously decorated and quite impressive.

龍龍正月We paid city tax of 8 euros for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located on the banks of the Vltava River and the views are amazing. We booked through trip.com and got a special discount for airline ticket holders, so it was a great deal.
YYassen AkeelGreat location , 7 min walk to I.P Pavlova trams or metro station then a few stops from Charles Bridge very clean hotel and rooms .
The following very important to address
1-No coffee in the room only tea
2-Shower cubicle very tiny you cannot even turn round inside , not suitable for adult at all .or large size person.
3- Breakfast very poor selection for the price paid , never book with breakfast in this hotel.
Thanks

Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
