Spa hotels in Prague

I arrived by train and walked from Prague Main Station. The cobblestone streets made it a bit challenging with a suitcase, but it was only about a 5-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the Powder Tower and Smetana Hall, which was convenient for attending a concert at Smetana Hall in the evening. There's a large shopping mall with a food court right nearby, and a supermarket was also very close. The location is excellent for sightseeing. The room had a wall-mounted hairdryer, an electric kettle, and coffee. There was a bathtub, and the shower had good water flow and pressure. I stayed in March, so it was a bit chilly, but the heating seemed to be central, and I felt a bit cold during the night. When I asked the front desk about the air conditioning switch not working, they informed me it was for cooling and couldn't be used at that time. I also had breakfast. There was a wide variety of breads, ham, cheese, hot dishes, yogurt, and cereals – I was very satisfied.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to both the train station and the Old Town. The Powder Tower and the concert hall are right across the street. There's a free happy hour daily, and free coffee is also available, though unfortunately, my alcohol intolerance prevented me from fully enjoying it. Freshly made omelets are offered for breakfast. My only dissatisfaction was that the actual room type and facilities were completely different from what was stated on Trip.com. I booked a standard room for single occupancy, but the room I actually stayed in, as shown in picture 1, bore no resemblance to the 13 photos and facilities (which included a deep soaking tub) listed for a standard room on Trip.com. There was no bathtub at all. Instead, it was identical to the single room photos in picture 2 (though the bed size was a double). The actual area felt more like 20/21 square meters, rather than the 22-27 square meters advertised for a standard room. While this might be due to unclear information on the website, it was misleading. If these were the actual dimensions and facilities, I would have been better off booking a single room directly, which would have been cheaper for a solo traveler.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Prague Towers. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the rooms were very well cleaned every day, which really stood out. Food and drinks at the hotel are a bit more expensive compared to prices in the city, but the convenience and wide selection make it worthwhile, especially after a long day. The elevators are fast, so staying on a higher floor is no issue at all. The room was spacious, with large comfortable beds and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. If you stay higher up, the views are open and very enjoyable. The spa located at the top of the building is a highlight, and having access to Thai massage on site is a big plus. There is also a gym with modern equipment. It is not very large, but more than enough to stay active during a trip. Parking is plentiful at the hotel and included, which is a big advantage. There is also a metro station right outside the hotel, making it very easy and quick to get into the city center. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a high-quality hotel with great comfort, service, and facilities. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Hotel Don Giovanni Prague with my daughter during our visit to Prague. Overall, the hotel was acceptable and convenient. The location is practical, especially because it is close to public transport, and it is easy to reach the city centre from the hotel. The room was generally comfortable, and the hotel has a classic, large-hotel atmosphere. However, I cannot say the experience was outstanding. Some aspects of the service could be warmer, more attentive and more guest-focused, especially for foreign tourists who may need assistance or clear guidance. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected a little more consistency and personal care. In short, it was a decent stay, but there is need for improvement. Not a bad hotel, but not excellent either. That is why my rating is 3.9 out of 5.

The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

You absolutely *must* try the breakfast! The ingredients themselves are exceptional. You can enjoy a leisurely meal in a quiet and spacious setting, and it was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. The hotel itself was also superb, and I really appreciated how attentive and dedicated the staff were to making sure everything was taken care of.

We stayed here one night as an emergency but it's amazing. Didn't expect much but it's superb. I wish we stayed here the whole time instead. Strong AC. Small but cozy bathroom. Excellent view outside the window. So clean and in a nice area but still quiet away from the touristy bit.

The breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

The room didn’t meet the description I ask for 2 single bed and got a double also there was no tv in the room did speak to reception weren’t helpful said room had been recently refurbished and not got around to putting tv in there rude not helpful no offer to move us to a different room
