I can't describe the place and the cruise. It's amazing and luxurious, and all the staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is beautiful, and there's always an employee there to keep your room card with so it doesn't get lost. The room is clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, a dresser, a chair, and a table. The balcony has a table and two chairs. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet. The buffet includes three meals (we are Muslims, and some of their food isn't halal, so they provided us with vegetarian food). There's a swimming pool and a water slide. There's a billiard table. There's also a sound room with speakers, an amplifier, a microphone, and soundproofing. In the afternoon, there are kayaking, water slide, free diving, and swimming in the Gulf. After dinner, there are fishing activities. Before sunset, there's a fruit and nut snack, and there's a menu if you want to buy juice or soda. There's also an early morning exercise before breakfast, but I didn't attend it. After breakfast, on the first day, we went on a trip to swim on the beach and visited the hidden village. We went back to the cruise and had lunch. The next day, we left at 6:45 in the morning. We saw a cave and went back. We ate a meal and made checkouts. We went back. It was the best two days. When going to the cruise, you take a simple boat. The trip to the cruise takes 30 minutes.

Superb experience from check-in to check-out. Outstanding service by Bryan and team onboard - they were attentive, helpful and fun! Food onboard was great with good buffet spread and delicious 6-course dinner! On the boat, room is tastefully decorated (enjoyed the balcony and bath tub!) and there is much space to chill and hangout. Excellent itinerary providing excellent view of and immersion in Halong Bay. Timing of activities was good and not that crowded making them enjoyable and unhurried.

On the positive side, it's worth noting that the cruise ship itself is in good physical condition, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly; guests are also free to move around wherever they wish throughout. However, the food was a letdown. The portions were far from generous – in fact, quite meager considering the number of passengers on board. The quality was also very average. As is often the case on cruises, the price of beverages was exorbitant, especially when factoring in the country's usual price levels. Regarding the itinerary and activities, we weren't very impressed. The ship barely moved, spending almost its entire time docked in the same area, and the activities offered were quite underwhelming.

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

We found it a mixed bag of good & bad. Food bad, western trained chef please No milk for coffee or ice for drinks WiFi , non existent Prices high Room & Staff were excellent. Our room, en-suite & balcony were perfectly clean & comfortable. Prices were expensive, like asking for 300,000 corkage to open my bottle of wine I brought with us. Food was not for the western pallet. New western chef please. Serving staff are not trained. Eg. 3 stand next to the buffet but when the coffee was empty, it took a long time to replace, then no milk. Out in the smaller day boat, supplies also ran out, like ice for warm soft drinks or beer drinks. A good senior manager could turn this all around Advertised WiFi never worked, a big problem as there was mostly no internet available by 4G.

It is recommended to compare prices. At that time, Trip was the cheapest. The meal on the ship was very good. You will not be full at all. There are many activities. The waiter will also provide activities after dinner. I am really happy. However, the cruise ship next door is on Dancing at the top, I also hope that if there is such an activity, it will be easier for everyone to integrate. The waiters throughout the process are super nice. You have to pay extra for the shuttle bus to the port. I just asked the trio customer service at the time and they replied that the shuttle bus is 25 US dollars for a round trip, but in the end There is a charge of 35 US dollars.

Relaxing cruise experience in quieter location. Overall is wonderful experience but take note of their location..its my 2nd time at halong bay overnight cruise. They are not cruising at the main attractions area , so its definitely not as beautiful and scenic .Which also means not as crowded and busy with other cruise boats. Boat is slightly old but still in good condition and clean. Ruby and especially andre the team is friendly and always smiling and attentive. Food options are plenty and really yummy. The dining room ambiance is simple and decorated differently for every meal. Sightseeing option is minimal so great for who wants to relax and for families with children. Our room was well decorated for our anniversary and the team sing a song and give performance which was a surprise.

We had an excellent night aboard the Doria Cruise. The staff were incredibly attentive, always smiling and very considerate, which made the experience truly warm and enjoyable. The boat itself is very well-equipped: the pool is a real bonus, the terrace is spacious for enjoying the view, and the cabin was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the kayaking activity, which allowed us to explore the bay up close. However, there are a few minor points for improvement: the food is generally good and very generous, even if it's not gourmet cuisine. We also noticed a slight odor in the cabin's bathroom (which we didn't report as it was tolerable). Overall, it's a wonderful experience that I highly recommend for visiting Lan Ha Bay!

Drinks are not included in the meal and are sold separately. Drinks are too expensive. Even the basic drinks are 5 to 6 times more expensive than the price sold in the store. The head waiter seemed to be the type of person who makes people feel very uncomfortable. He would constantly come and ask if I wanted to buy a drink. If I didn't order a drink, he would look at me very unpleasantly. Then when I entered my room, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. So I called one of the employees to get that and he managed smoothly. I ordered 2 cocktails for dinner, but they were the worst cocktails I had in Vietnam. And all the foods are decent. The activities were fun, including boating, kayaking, and caving. The guide was very friendly and fun. He took pictures of everyone and gave everyone a photo at the end of the tour.

The boat looked great on the outside, but in fact was quite deteriorated on the inside, especially for the room. The jacuzzi bath tub has obvious stains, where my parents' toilet cover was not fully intact. The actual rooms that we received were far worsen than the advertised photos we expressed to see. Having said that, the crew did an amazing job in serving from embarking to disembarking. The crew manager was well talented, from tour guiding to cooking class teacher and tai chi master.... He was so hard working! In terms of food, we were served tons of dishes until we could not take it any further. Food quality wasn't as great as we anticipated, but it was still above average. We now strongly suggest that the cruise owner needs to renovate the entire ship of aqua elegance.
