Addis Ababa Hotels with Pools

Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

I expected a lot from the hotel, but I can’t say that I liked it. The windows of the rooms either overlooked a noisy generator or a noisy road. The rooms are good, a good bed and amenities. Good level of service, all the staff are very polite. Upon arrival, they put a plate of fruit. We didn’t really like the breakfasts - in fact, we only ate an omelet and fruit, everything else was not to our liking. I went to the spa. The water in the pool is cool, the pool is outside, although it is always cool in Addis Ababa. The pool is a good size and will suit those who like to swim. I went to the spa. Good sauna and hammam. I signed up for a back massage. In the end, they gave me an expensive full body massage. I asked for a strong one - it was good. But why they left a bump on the back of my head is unclear. I felt pain and it was too late to tell them to stop - it hurt for 2 days afterwards. I think that in terms of price-quality ratio, this is a good hotel for Addis Ababa. Chain hotels here are overrated, unfortunately.

The hotel is perfectly clean. The location is quite far from city center and the airport however shuttle service is available for free. All staff are super nice and helpful. All amenities you need are provided.

The hotel was nice I like the rooms and the view on the city of Addis the service was great and the restaurant food was ok. Will definitely recommend.

The environment is not bad, weddings are often held, and the view from the balcony is also pleasant. The facilities are so bad. There is insufficient pressure in the faucet. Turning on the faucet is like firing a machine gun. I can't take a shower without leaving it on for half an hour. The food in the restaurant is terrible, both for breakfast and dinner. The service feedback speed was very poor and the service attitude was mediocre. I called for service and it took three hours to arrive. In the evening, I was told to check out the next day. The waiter banged on the door at 23:00 at night and urged me to pay for a bottle of water. There are no instructions on how to use the phone. The most difficult thing to say is the faucet. It makes a lot of noise when the water is stopped. The faucet keeps activating like a pump that cannot pump water. The service attitude of the waiter is better than that of the manager. The manager has a big airs, but the waiter is more considerate of the guests.

Very good hotel, the staff was great, very welcoming. On my request, they changed my room to a suite on the top floor with a great view and a jacuzzi. The restaurant offers a delicious special pizza and a tasty cutlet. A point of improvement would be the breakfast, which could offer more diversified dishes.

I stayed for 2 nights, service overall was pleasant. Special mention to Asefa. Breakfast is a good mix of sweet and savory, western and local. Wellness center was not a great experience though. I booked a Swedish massage but wasn't convinced. And I was given a bath robe that was torn. Just an extra tip, beware of people outside the hotel who claim to work for the hotel (or another hotel). Seemingly nice people, but may take you to dangerous places

It's an old hotel, so you can't ask for too much. The overall experience is good, the environment is good, and the food is good. As a Hilton with history, it is very rare. There are many guests inside and the business reception is also good. I will stay here again next time, overall it is good.

The service is good, because I am not satisfied with the facilities, I changed 3 rooms. The national economy of Ethiopia is not good enough, and it has been in disrepair for a long time. Although the living is very ordinary, it is understandable!
