First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted.
Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type.
Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Bloom House Hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the poultry sausages as I don’t eat pork, though it would have been even better with the addition of baked beans. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a truly restful stay. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of our visit - a steam room would have made it perfect. We will definitely consider staying at Bloom House again on our next trip to Paris.

LauraJaneLucassVery good value for money hotel! The rooms are clean and nice and the towels and dressing gowns .. oh my gosh I need to find out what brand they are- they were the best feeling, most fluffiest towels I’ve ever felt in my life. Really good quality! The pool area is really nice and modern, although the water could be a little bit warmer. Buffet breakfast was good value for money and ran over a decent time range. Easy to get around the city with public transport - both buses and trains within a very short walk. Over all I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Guest UserThe hotel and the room were both exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The metro station was nearby, and the Champs Élysées was only a 10 minute walk away, with other major tourist attractions accessible within 30 minutes via the metro.
However, one drawback of our stay was the hotel staff. We only encountered one particularly kind and accommodating staff member, whose name we, unfortunately, forgot to ask. He was truly outstanding and made our experience more pleasant. In contrast, the majority of the staff were quite condescending. We observed that French speaking guests received excellent service, whereas we, as English speaking guests, did not receive the same level of attentiveness or assistance.
It was evident that the staff did not extend the same level of respect to English speakers. Despite this, we remained courteous, expressed our gratitude for their service, and bid them farewell. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this hotel, but we sincerely hope they reconsider their approach toward non
French speaking guests.

The room was cleaned every day, very clean, the room facilities were complete, there was no kettle at first, and then asked the front desk to give the kettle. The toilet wall in the bathroom was different from other hotels. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos. It will not be confused. There is a swimming pool. When we were going out to rain, the front desk immediately gave us an umbrella. There was a Chinese restaurant that weighed and bought various vegetarian dishes around the corner. There was a relatively large Auchan supermarket not far away, which could supplement various food and fruit. Food stores and fruit shops in various countries are nearby, and you can walk to Chinatown in District 13.

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away.
What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms.
My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton.
Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

The location is very convenient for tourists; you can easily find Chinese, Japanese, and Korean food just downstairs.
The only downsides are its proximity to a main road and the fact that the glass doors don't provide much soundproofing, making it a bit noisy.
