Amazing
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Bloom House Hotel. As a new and popular hotel, it had a great atmosphere. The major advantage is its proximity to Nord Station, making travel very convenient. While the location isn't the most ideal for shopping or sightseeing on foot, we absolutely loved exploring Paris by bike, which was a fantastic way to see the city. It served as a good base for our trip, and we had a pleasant time.

MMiiLAn excellent hotel with great service, convenient location, secure parking, and a stylish atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay at Drawing House Hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable, nothing to complain about. the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also excellent, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Montparnasse Station, making it very convenient for train travel. Getting to major attractions around Paris was relatively easy as well, with good transport connections in all directions. One of the biggest advantages for us was that this is one of the few hotels in Paris that offers privat parking garage. It was extremely convenient and, most importantly, felt very safe. If there is one small downside, it would be the bathroom sink design, which feels a bit cramped and not very practical to use. However, this is only a minor detail and did not affect our overall experience.

GGuest UserThe family room, with two rooms nestled in a gated area, offered considerable privacy. While the room wasn't as large as expected, the bathroom was large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff provided helpful information, such as how reliable it was to call a taxi rather than using a Bolt, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The location, right by the Seine, made getting around easily. Overall, it was a quiet, elegant, and comfortable environment.

GGuest UserCheck in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination. The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

DDanThenWe had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip. The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting. Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

XXiaocaiyidieI booked this place when I went to Paris in December. My flight arrived in the morning, and I was worried it was too early to check-in, but the front desk was really accommodating. They let us rest for a bit, and then we were able to start our day right away. It's about a ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which makes getting around pretty convenient. If you want to experience the sights of Paris on foot, it's about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There are a few supermarkets nearby, which was handy for breakfast. There was also a bakery with delicious croissants. The Korean supermarket was quite expensive, and they didn't have cooking oil, which was a shame as I had planned to cook a couple of meals. The kitchen sink didn't drain very well, and the induction hob would stop working if it got even slightly hot, so I gave up on that idea. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to sleep 1-2 people, so overall, it was a good stay. On our last day, after checking out, we still had some time, so we used the self-service luggage storage. It wasn't cheap, though!

LLamlamSinThis hotel is located in the 1st district, close to the Louvre and the Opera House. There are Carrefour and international restaurants around it. It is very convenient and quiet in a busy area. The hotel opened last year and its overall design adopts Japanese style, which is elegant and clean. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was cozy, and free sake was provided upon check-in. The toiletries used are from the Diptyque brand, and the scents chosen are fresh and comfortable, making the entire stay experience even better. The service attitude is very good, attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in Paris!

GGuest UserA lovely small hotel with a really great location! It’s 6-9 minutes from the opera therefore very, very central and as someone who loves walking around the entire city it’s amazing and in the center. Waking down and up as to the side you could get everywhere. The room was quite spacious especially for the price in Paris. Everything was very clean and overall I had a great stay. The room also had a nice Parisian window which one could open and see a beautiful Parisian street. Overall great price for a great location and cleanliness which to me is very important. Will definitely be staying here again. Also it is located really close to one of the cheapest parking slots since we were staying for 3 days and parked the car.
