GGuest UserGreat location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the price was a bit high when booked for New Year's Eve.

MMaria TrinidadThe hotel is EXCELLENT. Very well located, very clean. The reception is very friendly. Mr. Gregorio did everything possible to speak Spanish and make us feel at home and we are very grateful for everything. The breakfast is very good. The facilities are perfect. Highly recommended, and of course we will return😍
GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.
CChristina M GiuffreContinental Comfort in Budapest 🏩
For €260 a night 💶, the “junior suite” delivers big on comfort — a bed you’ll melt into 🛏️, pillows with personality, and a breakfast omelette 🍳 that could win awards. The staff are genuinely lovely 😊, and the building itself has a historic glass dome that makes you stop and stare.
Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌.

AAnonymous UserNeither amazing nor terrible, just average. The breakfast area was incredibly crowded, mainly due to tour groups. There was some noise in the room from the tram and constant sirens from police cars, fire engines, and ambulances, which was quite bothersome. However, the transportation was convenient.
GGuest UserThis hotel is fantastic! The staff are so warm and friendly. The New York Cafe is right next to the hotel's ground floor, which means you don't have to queue for a table during your stay – super convenient, especially in peak season. We also had breakfast there, and the selection was incredibly rich and varied. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
AAnonymous UserCheck-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.
GGuest UserThis hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's within easy walking distance to many of Budapest's famous attractions, such as the Parliament Building, Fisherman's Bastion, and Chain Bridge. This saved me a lot of travel time during my trip, allowing me to explore the charm of this beautiful city at a more relaxed pace. During my stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. This stay not only added convenience to my trip but also filled my entire Budapest journey with wonderful memories.
