Niagara Falls Hotels with Balcony

The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

The room is big enough, there is a free toothbrush, you have to ask the front desk to get it, that is, the air conditioning sound is sometimes loud, but there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs. Parking is 20 plus, convenient to travel, and the surrounding area is a playground. Very close to the Great Waterfall, opposite the Ferris wheel.

We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway. Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet. They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊 Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here.

It is very convenient to have Tim Horton Starbucks nearby. Not far from the waterfall view The room is simple, the price is very good. Service friendly Small suggestion, if the room is unoccupied for a while, remember to wipe the supplies and furniture before the tenant checks in Thank you.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

The room was large and clean, but the sink was quite clogged, and it took a long time for the hot water to come out. Since the sink was clogged, it was a real hassle to get hot water. I wasn't happy with that. Breakfast was too simple; they didn't even offer boiled eggs, which was very disappointing. I chose this hotel because it's close to the waterfall, and parking is free at the hotel, so you can just walk to the waterfall.

Every time I visit Niagara Falls, I choose to stay at this hotel 🏨. It's affordable, the rooms are spacious, and they offer free breakfast. The location is convenient, and there's free parking too.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location is perfect — close to shops and restaurants, but still quiet and relaxing.
