LLila K TThe building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

GGuest UserHighly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Aapp1234It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right in front of Clifton Hill and you can walk to Niagara in just 8 minutes. The American side is close. The water pressure is not well controlled and the water splashes out of the bathtub. I thought it would be noisy because Clifton Hill was nearby, but I can't hear you in the room.

8888448The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the waterfall and the town, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, parking, and sightseeing. It's also very affordable. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! Thumbs up!👍

NNini111The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

AAaronMartinezThe place is very well located. Excellent price for what it offers. However, the person on duty at 6:20 p.m. was very rude and wanted to ask me for something. He reluctantly replied that he was busy on a call, so I preferred to ask him for a piece of paper to write down what I needed since I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. Other than that, everything was fine.

GGuest Userstay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Great Waterfall and not far from walking. Therefore, the hotel began to charge for parking, but fortunately, the network helped solve the problem.
The yard is very noisy at night, quiet until midnight
Breakfast can be taken with yogurt, bar, juice, apple bags.
Overall, the price is not bad.
