"The location is superb, it’s just 10-15 minute walk distance away from Niagara Falls. There’re plenty of choices for restaurants nearby, you can even catch 24/7 opened McDonalds in 5 minutes walk distance away. The staff on duty was so nice and helpful. Apart from the facility was old, it was still usable. Breakfast provided free is also good enough. Worth stay!"

GGuest UserThe host is very nice. The location is very convenient just 10 mins walk from the Rainbow Bridge. The place is clean and they prepare fresh breakfast in the morning. Recommend it to those who do not plan to drive during the trip. The only thing is we couldn’t get a refund for the first night as our flight was cancelled and we got there the second day.

LLila K TThe building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

Aapp1234It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

GGuest UserI took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.

PPrincess UsiWe originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

NNini111The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

GGuest Userstay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn
