"I specifically booked a room with a view, and it offered a panoramic view of the waterfall. I could even watch the fireworks at night. The facilities are a bit old, though. What I didn't understand was the unclear charges for 'pay at the hotel' and parking fees. With taxes added, the total amount didn't match up at all. I reported it to Ctrip, and they refunded the difference, which is why I always choose to book with them – any issues are resolved satisfactorily."

"Our stay at the hotel was highly enjoyable, primarily due to its exceptional location. The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. "It's hard to rate this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent, perfect for panoramic views of the waterfall from your room. However, there was a power outage during my stay, which meant the elevators were out of service. Hauling luggage up the stairs was a bit of a nightmare. Also, perhaps because it's accommodation near a tourist attraction, they tend to charge some self-imposed fees, so guests should be aware of that. On the bright side, Trip.com was very responsible in helping to resolve the issues, definitely providing an extra layer of protection compared to booking directly on the official website."

"Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade to what we thought we were getting - ie the one in the photo of our booking (below)
Admittedly in the small print the word “partial” did appear so I had no recourse.
Expect a 20 - 30 minute wait for lifts to arrive to take you down and as a result breakfast was heaving!!
That said the room was lovely and it was clean and the views were brilliant…as you’d hope for £410 for one night!!
Oh and remember tax is on top of everything advertised - so the $70 parking is actually $87ish etc etc"

"I recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

Other then that it was a very pleasant stay I suggest it to everyone"

"Very nice view, worth for booking.
Hotel staff very nice, I arrived by uber but my son lost a handbag, so I ran out to see, and a receptionist lady also ran out for help, she is super helpful to help me to contact the driver, even we cannot reach out the driver, and when I checked in the counter, another super nice receptionist lady explained very detail to me for how to contact the drivers again or report police etc, both 2 receptionist ladies are super super nice and helpful and professional.
The last one is the manager and we lost another backpack and wonder it was lost in hotel, he spend long time to look for me and review cctv few times for me, they all are very kind hearted and helpful when you have problems. Really appreciated and touched.
Room was a bit old but everything looks good, room service food also good."

AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.
GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel with trips.com, when I tried to check in they said there’s no reservation for me even though I showed them the confirmation number, they said trips.com didn’t send the confirmation to them, and I need to contact them myself. I asked them to borrow the phone so I can call because my phone is prepaid, and they said their phone doesn’t work to call outside, believe it or not, and they couldn’t help at all, so I contacted trips.com through live chat, the rep was so helpful, she contacted the hotel directly and was able to sort out the issue, then the guy from the hotel said he gone above and beyond to help me and he’s not supposed to. I found that’s funny because he didn’t help me at all from the beginning until trips contacted them. So I told him I was not satisfied with how he handled the problem initially, then he apologized, but not sincere you can tell by his tone of voice.
In terms of the hotel, it only has 2 floors, the 1st floor is kind of in the basement, the carpet is very old, but the room is clean. The heater wasn’t turned on, the room was cold when we arrived. The heating system and the washroom fan were very loud, so we have to turn off the heat in order for us to be able to sleep.
AAnonymous UserThe location is good with a WeGO bus stop in front of the hotel. Many places are walkable. The room service is good too. But you have to pay extra for parking.
TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
CChi LeungThe hotel is located in Niagara, about a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls. The price is cheaper than the city center, and the room is very large and can accommodate 4 adults. The service is good and the room is clean. You can consider staying here.
GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
