"Very lovely boutique hotel. We were impressed with how they decorated for the holidays inside and out. Very beautiful and cosy. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly also. Location suited us as a bit away from the crowds but still easy to get to everything in Niagara Falls."

"Marriott rarely disappoints! I believe I stayed on the 11th floor, and the waterfall view was perfectly clear. It was a shame the weather wasn't great that day, but the scenery was very much like the online photos! We bought a package that was supposed to include the hot spring spa, but upon arrival, we found out guests need to book online in advance to use the service. My family and I were put on a waiting list, and unfortunately, we never got a slot before checking out."

"We booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience.
The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service.
I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all.
Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement."

"It might have been my mistake for not checking thoroughly, but charging CAD30.00 for what they call 'private parking' seems exorbitant. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10."

"We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!"

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"The hotel reception staff was very polite, introduced the surrounding attractions in detail, told us how to walk more smoothly, and patiently helped us solve any problems we had. The soap and shampoo provided are not enough, and no toothbrush is provided. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean overall, but the lighting is a bit dim. There is free parking."

"The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it."

I stayed for 2 nights, but unfortunately I was told that the room could only be cleaned from the 3rd day onwards.
The room itself was clean and comfortable.

MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

GGuest UserHotel located on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Great location. Our hotel had a great view of the Falls, but it is a little bit farther back than the Fotos show on the Internet. Breakfast was not good. It was overcrowded you had to wait to get in and there were not enough seats at all. Skipped the breakfast buffet.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

JJoe CiampoThe set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all .
The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.

GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
