Niagara Falls Hotels with Wifi

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

Incredible value for the hotel. Decent location, with access to nearby attractions. A bit of a walk to the falls, without options for a view from the hotel. The service was generous, offering a complimentary coupon to the Denny’s across the parking lot, as well as cucumber/lemon water options in the lounge. The facilities were commendable— the indoor/outdoor pool being heated was a perk, as well as the sauna was a great addition. The hotel came across as being very sanitary, and it had a nicely curated aesthetic overlapping modern/retro features. 

We booked our stay at Niagara Fallview Hotel by IHG at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were still able to provide us with a room with a partial river view. The hotel’s location is excellent — it is very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many popular spots. It is also next to Tower Hotel and Marriott, which makes exploring the area very convenient. The room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel provided fresh towels and basic room cleaning every day. The bedding was not changed daily, but it was changed every three days, which is reasonable. Kids stay free, and the hotel was also happy to provide extra towels for the children. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a nice place for young kids to play and enjoy some time after sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs was just okay, but there are many dining options nearby. Parking can be a little challenging — the underground parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel does provide an alternative parking option a few blocks away, which is about a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location, cleanliness, family-friendly service, and the ability to get a river-view room even with a last-minute booking made this hotel a great choice. We would highly recommend it for families visiting Niagara Falls.

Right in the heart of the waterfall scenic area, just a 7-minute walk to the Niagara City Cruises dock. It has direct indoor access to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Starbucks, restaurants, and shops are right outside. We had a high-floor room with a floor-to-ceiling window/balcony offering direct views of the Horseshoe Falls. We didn't even need to leave the room to watch the fireworks show at night.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The ”solution” provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he ”cannot help with anything” and ”cannot do anything” to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

Nice property and location. Just a short ride to Clifton Hills and the Falls. Staff was accommodating and rectified issues with additional charges in a timely manner. Will certainly stay there again.

I generally liked my stay, but there were a couple of things that could use some improvement. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking instead of the small individual toiletries, it would be great to have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Even a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner would be a nice touch. Additionally, the fan in the room wasn't working properly, so maybe that could be fixed, I felt pretty hot when the fan didn't work properly when I was taking shower. Other than those issues, everything else was fine. Free breakfast are good.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
