Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a nice and affordable place to stay. It’s close to Niagara Falls, fast food, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the chlorine in the pool was very strong, and my kids kept coughing every time they went swimming.
MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.
GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.
GGoksel 79It is a two star hotel but has the comfort of a 4 star hotel. Not much to say, we had a two-night stay and it was a really great and hassle-free two days. The heated pool area and heated pool water were great. Thanks to the staff and the owner. The location is great, everything is perfect. Sheets, duvets, towels are incredibly clean. You can get coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. It's a great example of a team that loves its job from top to bottom.
GGuest UserIt might have been my mistake for not checking thoroughly, but charging CAD30.00 for what they call 'private parking' seems exorbitant. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10.
AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.
GGuest UserThe falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to casino and shops.
The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot.
TTati11We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
GGuest UserVery cheap, you get what you pay for - very basic, nosey air con, curtains that don't close properly, overlooking car park, tv didn't work. Did the job, I wasn't expecting much so satisfied but only just. I do feel the pictures are misleading.
