Niagara Falls Hotels with Gym

Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

We've enjoy our stay in this resort specially our kids. We love our room, theres microwave and dining table + chairs. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Water park is beautiful and safe theres a lot of lifeguard in every corner. Theres 2 small jacuzzi but we never try, you have to wait for your turn. Very good location, theres a-lot of nearby shops and restaurants.

Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it. However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider.

The location is very good. It is close to the Rainbow Bridge and we can directly walk to the USA. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. The 10th floor restaurant has a good view to see the water falls. The concerns are that the Queen's bedroom is too tiny. Just a small Queen bed (it is the Queens bedroom, but I think it is a full side bed) in the room. The bathroom is a tiny room with a shower and a child type toilet. The clothes handling pole is weak. I handed a light jacket and it crashed.

Saved our honeymoon! Absolute perfection from the staff to the room. After a very disappointing stay at a different hotel, we moved to the Wyndham Grand Fallsview for a night, and it was FAR better in every conceivable way—location, service, and the people. We arrived at 11:00 AM hoping for an early check-in. While no rooms were ready yet, the staff was incredibly accommodating. A massive shout-out to Ken at Valet who seamlessly helped us deposit our luggage so we could go sightseeing (We love you, Ken! You're the best.) until our 4:00 PM check-in (which was impressively fast). What truly set this hotel apart was the warmth of the front desk team. We mentioned we hadn't been able to cut our wedding cake and asked if they had disposable plates so we could share it with them. Not only were they thrilled about my wife and I getting married recently, but they provided us with disposable containers with lids! LIDS!!! Later, one of the staff members even approached us to tell us how good the cake was. Their welcoming energy was exactly what we needed and truly saved our honeymoon experience. Pros: ＞The Room & Views: We booked an upper-floor King City View room, and it was to die for. Spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. It had a cozy sitting nook with a view of the Skylon Tower and even a partial view of the river on the horizon. The absolute highlight was watching the 10:00 PM fireworks right from our bed! ＞The Pool Facilities: Really nice setup with two hot water mini-pools and one huge main pool. The air in the facility is temperature-regulated, so you don't freeze the second you step out of the water. Plenty of chairs and towels were readily available. ＞In-Room Amenities: Having coffee, tea, and hot water available in the room was the perfect way to warm up after our swim. ＞The Staff: From Ken at Valet to the front desk team, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. ＞The vouchers: My wife and I truly enjoyed the vouchers. TGIs, the funzone vouchers, and many MANY more! So worth the stay! Cons: ＞Absolutely none. All pros! We are definitely coming back the next time we are in Niagara. Thank you to the entire team for turning our trip around!

Location is unbeatable, probably the closest hotel backing onto the Incline Railway. With a Niagara Parks pass, you get unlimited rides right down to the Niagara Falls walking path/platform level. That convenience is huge. However, they know it and gouge accordingly: $50/night parking + $16 resort fee on top of room rate, which is outrageous when nearby lots go for $20–30. The hotel itself is very dated: old-hotel smell, tired decor, no modernization. They're coasting on location alone. The 14th-floor observation deck offers a nice falls view when mist isn't blocking it. Amenities are basic but functional. Free coffee and tea/water only, no breakfast. At the end of the day, you're paying for extreme convenience at a still-acceptable budget level, otherwise you'd be shelling out far more at the high-end hotels or the casino nearby. That said, if you're willing to walk a bit or catch the very frequent WEGO bus (included with your Niagara Pass), you can find cheaper, better-kept hotels further out. It's your call: overpay for a dated room and extreme doorstep convenience, or save money and ride the bus like most visitors do on non-peak season.

It was a good stay according to the price tag. Room was clean and renovated. Only the towels needs to be bit more fresh. They have bit of foul smell. Rest was good.

Holiday Inn Niagara Falls is a great value-for-money hotel. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are very clean. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and they offer free parking, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of dining options just a 2 to 3-minute walk away in the neighboring hotels! It is only an 8 to 10-minute walk to the falls. This hotel is an excellent choice in the Niagara Falls area!”

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
