Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. The panoramic terrace suite we booked this time was definitely the best room in the entire hotel. Apparently, there are only two such suites in total, one on the sixth floor and one on the seventh. We got the one on the seventh floor, which is the outermost top-floor position shown in the first picture. The great thing about this location is that it's far from the central area, making it very quiet (the pool area can get quite noisy with activities). The view towards the reservoir is completely open, filled with lush greenery, and the scenery is fantastic. The terrace on the seventh floor is smaller than the one on the sixth, but in exchange, the indoor space is an entire extra room larger. During this Dragon Boat Festival, it was hot and rainy, so having this extra air-conditioned room turned out to be even more practical than the terrace. I was quite satisfied with the room's facilities and layout. However, there was one issue: on both nights, large flying insects (beetles) somehow got into the room. It seems like there might be a gap somewhere that isn't properly sealed (I don't think we let them in when opening the door, as bugs this size would be very noticeable). I suggest the hotel checks this. The hotel offers a wealth of activities suitable for families. This time, we mainly enjoyed the lake boat ride, the swimming pool, and go-karts. My child loved it and had a great time, insisting I give a five-star review! Regarding dining, the breakfast quality doesn't quite match that of a typical five-star hotel, though the variety is decent. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers average, run-of-the-mill lunch and dinner options, and the prices aren't too expensive. Driving half an hour to Zhenhai offers more choices. The hotel's butler service was quite attentive, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The small gift received upon check-out was also a nice touch. Overall, our experience this time was very good.

And the chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional – the food is delicious, not greasy, and incredibly appetizing, all at a reasonable price, so there's no need to dine out. The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably.
