SsiyurongThe hotel is located in the busiest area of Xigu District, next to Wanda Plaza and a Hunan restaurant. Parking is very convenient, and the hotel is easily found thanks to its prominent signage.
Upon entering the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent environment and cleanliness. Various snack stalls were set up near the entrance. Two friendly receptionists warmly helped us check in and patiently told us about local delicacies and gave us complimentary souvenirs. Seeing our large thermos, they even brought us three bottles of mineral water, which made us very happy. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and even had disinfectant wipes in the bathroom. Most importantly, they used L'Oreal shampoo, which is a definite plus. They even served us a comforting bowl of white fungus soup in the evening – the service was truly excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. I hope the hotel continues to thrive.

一進大堂就感覺很有設計感，燈光和氛圍都很有電競那味兒，前台服務也很熱情，辦入住速度很快，態度特別好，讓人第一印象就很棒。
房間整體乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位，沒有一點異味。電腦配置很給力，顯卡、內存、顯示器都很專業，玩大型遊戲非常流暢，不卡頓不掉幀，鍵盤鼠標手感也很好，外設都是大品牌，用起來很順手，對電競玩家來説真的很友好。網速也很快，下載遊戲和在線對戰都很穩定。
床很舒服，枕頭也很軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上玩累了休息得很好，不會被外面的噪音打擾。洗浴熱水很足，水壓穩定，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。
位置就在蘭州中心附近，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，樓下就是商圈，出行也很便利，離地鐵站、公交站都不遠，去哪裡都很方便。
整體性價比非常高，無論是來蘭州旅遊、出差，還是和朋友一起來開黑，都非常推薦這家電競酒店。服務好、配置高、位置好、體驗佳，下次來蘭州中心附近玩還會優先考慮這裏，真心推薦給各位電競玩家和朋友聚會的小夥伴！

KK-taoziI booked this hotel in a rush the night before my business trip, and it was my first time staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff was efficient, and check-in was quick. Their attitude was also very thoughtful, and they even proactively recommended good local restaurants, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My one-night stay was quite hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the most pleasant surprise was the local specialties like Jiangshui Bantang and Tianpeizi. They tasted very authentic, not like those perfunctory buffets – it was really satisfying in the morning. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The value for money is great, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

MM631593****It's a KTV that was converted into a guest room. The front desk and reception room look like a hotel. My room is super big. Half of it is probably the former performance stage area. The carpets are old. On the top 8th floor of a commercial building, the elevator was crowded and it was difficult to wait. There are restaurants and KTV on the floors 2-7. Not too much to deal with for one night.
