Fantastic service! They contacted me in advance and even provided high-speed rail pickup. We also got a room upgrade. The B&B's location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it for another night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Pingyao Ancient City.

For accommodation in Pingyao Ancient City, seriously, just book Chengfu JinYuan! It's a courtyard transformed from an old Jin merchant's mansion, full of ancient charm yet not outdated. The courtyard scenery is absolutely picturesque, offering tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a super peaceful night's sleep. The location is truly unbeatable – very close to the main street, making it easy to go out and explore, yet far enough from the noise when you return to the courtyard. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom facilities are clean and functional, ensuring maximum comfort. I have to specifically praise the service; it was attentive and considerate throughout, without being intrusive. When guests were dining, they would proactively offer appropriate utensils and even brought warm millet porridge – these small details truly warmed my heart. They also provided travel routes for outings and offered pickup/drop-off services upon arrival. It's not overly commercialized, full of human warmth. Staying here in Pingyao is an absolute no-brainer; I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip! The beef noodles are incredibly delicious.

My travel plans suddenly changed, so I ended up in Pingyao, a place I hadn't visited in many years. The city has changed a lot! The most pleasant surprise was finding this guesthouse online. My first impression was how thoughtful and enthusiastic the hosts were, and their dedicated service. They gave detailed recommendations on how to explore, where to eat, what to see, and even provided maps for tourists. They also arranged free pick-up and drop-off, which made me feel incredibly at ease. Then there was the environment itself... simply stunning! It was quiet, elegant, with the grandeur of a Jin merchant compound and the beauty of a smaller garden. Truly, every corner was a picturesque spot, perfect for photos. It’s an ideal courtyard for girlfriends who love taking pictures. Each room in the guesthouse is unique, offering a variety of styles to suit different preferences. We decided to extend our stay for another night without hesitation. Being in such an environment made us feel comfortable, secure, and completely relaxed.

Come to Pingyao to play, it is estimated that this is a newly opened hotel. The environment facilities have nothing to say. It is very clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to go anywhere next to the ancient city. There are snack streets next to various restaurants to eat. The hotel service staff are also good. Everything is in place. Give me a good experience, and then Pingyao will live in his house! ! !

Chengjia Old Home is a typical Shanxi house style, with a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle, quiet but not far from the commercial street. The room is carefully decorated and clean. The service is responsive and considerate, and the pick-up and drop-off services are in place. A very satisfying stay experience. The only thing that needs improvement is that the breakfast can have more variety.

The location is excellent. It's right in the center of Goseong, making it a great base for exploring the city. Starting from the center, you can easily explore all directions and then back to the center, making it a great location. It's my first time at Pingyao District Office, so it's a bit tricky to judge the hotel facilities. However, the room is modern and well-appointed. The bed was clean and the mattress was adequately comfortable. The bathroom has good hot water. While the cleanliness is a bit lacking, the kindness of the owner and staff makes up for it. Boss!!! I had a great stay and had a great time.

I was a bit conflicted about where to stay in the ancient city before checking in, but I'm really happy with my final choice. This hotel, 'Seven Ins and Seven Outs Jinshang Mansion,' is right on West Street, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-equipped. They even have a travel photographer in the lobby! I bought my 'See Pingyao Again' show tickets at the front desk for a group discount price. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the show, with the pickup/drop-off point at Xixi Gate – make sure you don't go to the wrong spot! Highly recommend it!

This was my second time at Xinghuacun Inn, and it was just as thoughtful and welcoming as before. My room was upgraded, so I got to experience a different layout from my last visit. The room decor, cleanliness, and everything else met high standards. The restaurant staff were incredibly accommodating and enthusiastically waited for guests who hadn't arrived yet for their meal. A special thanks to Shi Tao, the hotel manager, who was responsible for our pick-up and meticulously arranged all the details. He also assisted us on our last visit, and coming back this time truly felt like coming home. If any friends are visiting the ancient town, or if I return myself, I'll definitely choose Xinghuacun Inn again.

It offers excellent value for money and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Pingyao.

A wonderful inn nestled in a tranquil location amidst the bustle of the city. From the initial pick-up and parking arrangements to the final departure, there was not a single unpleasant experience; they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and meticulous. The inn is elegant, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly, patient, and responsive. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air daily, and the Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order. While the variety isn't extensive, every bite is satisfying, especially the bowl of beef noodles, which is incredibly good! The room's simple and elegant decor perfectly reflects the ancient city's style. No matter how exhausted you are from exploring, returning to the courtyard provides a truly relaxing and tranquil experience. Overall, it was a truly wonderful two-day stay. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Dong Yanxia (I think that's her name) for her patient, meticulous, and attentive service, which has left me and my family with wonderful memories of this holiday!
