FFat HiThis is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. The hotel is just a few steps away from Exit C of Huaxin Metro Station. With robot food delivery service, ordering takeout is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Free laundry service is available on the sixth floor，you just have to bring your clothes to 6th floor, leave a note, and the staff will wash them according to your instructions and deliver them back to your room. In the evening, the hotel also provides warm milk, which is very thoughtful. Special appreciation and thank employee Xiao Li. She went out of her way to help me with a misdelivered package. Not only did she help coordinate, but she also followed up on the entire process until all my packages were safely delivered to the hotel. I’m truly grateful to Xiao Li. Her service exceeded my expectations.
这是我在中国住过的最好的酒店之一。酒店距离华新地铁站C出口仅几步之遥。有机器人送餐，点外卖非常方便。房间宽敞干净。六楼提供免费洗衣服务，您可以把衣服送到楼下，写张便条，工作人员就会按照您的要求清洗并送回房间。晚上酒店还提供热牛奶，非常贴心。

Our stay at MGM Shenzhen exceeded expectations and was one of the most complete resort experiences we have had in the Greater Bay Area.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern architecture, direct beach access, extensive resort facilities, and stunning views of the South China Sea. We booked an ocean-view room and the view alone was worth it. The balcony featured a large daybed overlooking the beach, pools, gardens, and coastline, making it the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Amenities included a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, premium tea selections, complimentary bottled water, minibar beverages, wine glasses, quality bath amenities, indoor slippers, beach slippers, and even shoe-care accessories. Attention to detail throughout the room was impressive and reflected the luxury standard of the property.
The resort facilities are excellent. There are multiple swimming pools, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, direct beach access, children’s play and water areas, and plenty of outdoor space for both families and couples. The beach was clean, the water was calm, and the entire resort felt peaceful despite being in one of China’s busiest cities.
One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. Rather than a simple hotel activity, MGM organized a full outdoor show featuring professional dancers, fire performers, music, special effects, and interactive entertainment. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, attracting guests of all ages and creating a memorable resort experience after sunset. It felt more like a special event than standard hotel entertainment and was something we genuinely looked forward to each evening.
Service throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful.
What impressed us most was how complete the overall experience felt. Between the beach, pools, ocean views, resort facilities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms, it truly felt like a destination in itself rather than simply a place to stay. You could easily spend several days here without feeling the need to leave the property.

The restaurant on the first floor serves delicious food, and they offer complimentary coffee and craft beer. The pool and gym are well-maintained, perfectly meeting the need for relaxation during business trips. A special shout-out to Eva, who was prompt and meticulous with her arrangements from check-in to check-out, significantly enhancing efficiency. The overall experience was practical and efficient, with no unnecessary frills, making it a reliable choice for repeated business travel stays.

GGuest UserI originally booked a standard room, but since it was my first time visiting, they kindly upgraded me to a larger one. The hotel room was quite smart, and the hotel itself was clean and hygienic. The service was very responsive to all requests, especially the facilities on the 14th floor – though small, they had everything. One side was the dining area with a nice view, and the other was a multi-functional area with self-service manicures 💅, an arcade, a fitness area, and an office area. Overall, it felt very cozy. The buffet breakfast didn't have many options, especially the fruit, which was just so-so. Overall, it was good, and my child wants to stay here again next time.

Environment: The location is also great; it's convenient to get to Dameisha Beach by subway.
Service: Very good, they upgraded our room for free.
Breakfast: They have everything you'd expect. The freshly made egg and rice noodle rolls are recommended. There aren't many drink options, but coffee is available.
Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was OK, but this time I found a stain on the duvet cover. However, the staff quickly responded and changed it.

The view from the window is great, with a clear sight of the Ping An Finance Center. It's also close to Lianhua Mountain and Bijiashan Park. UpperHills has plenty of dining options, which is very convenient.
Indulging in the executive lounge double privilege: The food at the executive lounge was excellent.

In the evening, a butler informed us that we could go to the Sunset Glow Cafe for some dessert soup. Unfortunately, we were nearby but didn't see the message, so we missed out.

IiammikeThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a one to two-minute walk from the metro station. Although there aren't many restaurants right around the hotel, you can take the metro four stops to Yuncheng Vanke Li, where there are tons of dining options. In the evening, you can go two more stops to Xili, where you'll find the Wangtang Night Market and 366 Street, which are absolutely bustling with food stalls. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable, and they offer a VIP membership for watching movies. There's even a complimentary late-night snack service from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even gave me a coffee when I checked out.

It's really impressive! The room itself is quite spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and thoughtfully laid out. It's clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent stay. Downstairs, you'll find Yitian Holiday Plaza, a large and trendy shopping mall with a wide selection of shops and restaurants, which is extremely convenient.
