Guest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, right near a transportation hub and a commercial district, which made it super convenient whether we were there for business or leisure. It saved us a lot of time on commuting. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and gentle, and both check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions, really showing their dedication to service.
The room cleaning was impeccable – no dust in the corners, bedding changed promptly, and the bathroom area was fresh and odor-free. The overall environment made us feel very comfortable and secure. All the facilities in the room were well-maintained; the air conditioning worked smoothly for both cooling and heating, the blackout curtains were thick and effective, and the mattress firmness was just right for a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; almost no noise from the hallway or outside seeped into the room, ensuring high-quality rest. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, hot water came on quickly with stable pressure, and the toiletries provided were complete and pleasant to use.
The hotel's public areas were kept tidy and elegant, security patrols were thorough, and the elevators ran smoothly and quietly. The breakfast offered fresh and diverse ingredients that catered to popular tastes, and the dining environment was comfortable. Both the facilities and the service exceeded our expectations, offering incredible value for money. All the fatigue from our journey was wonderfully relieved here. If we visit this city again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers.

Guest UserI specifically booked this hotel for its iconic seaside pool, which is definitely its biggest highlight. I'd heard online that it's an amazing spot for photos, so I made sure to reserve it in advance to capture the sunset. We checked in at 1:30 PM, only to find the pool completely empty. I immediately contacted the butler, who promised to arrange for it to be filled right away. We then went out to explore, and when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, there was only a shallow amount of water in the pool. We completely missed the golden hour for sunset photos, which was really disappointing.
After communicating with the butler, the hotel staff handled the issue very sincerely and offered some compensation on the room rate. The next day, the pool was fully filled, and we were able to get some great shots. However, the midday temperature was very high, and with the harsh overhead sun, we didn't go for a swim. The atmosphere for photos was quite different from what it would have been at sunset. The after-sales service was sincere and prompt, so overall it was still acceptable. The pool was filled the next day, and we successfully took photos of the pool, which indeed turned out great. The room environment was also very good, which significantly improved the overall experience. All in all, I'm satisfied.

Jace38I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen recently. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Futian district, a close distance to Futian high speed rail station.
We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door with refreshing welcome drinks and friendly service. The checking process was quick and smooth.
We selected a room that had access to the club lounge. The lounge is excellent, with 5 meals a day provided. The quality of the food is high and the there is a varied selection to choose from. However, i would recommend going down to the main restaurant for breakfast.
What really made our stay great was the fantastic room service and general friendliness of the staff. While we were staying in the club lounge we were lucky enough to have Mandy take of us. She did an amazing job helping us with any help we needed. She was extremely professional and her communication in English was very impressive. I would definitely come and stay again, and hopefully have Mandy there to look after us during our next trip.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are quite complete. There's a self-service laundry and a fitness area on the 14th floor. They even offer late-night snacks on the 14th floor after 9 PM. The room offers great value for money. The front desk lobby has a stylish design, and staff like Yoyo are very thoughtful during check-in, even asking if you're on a business trip. Hotel parking is free, and they'll even prepare breakfast to go. Overall, the service is very attentive and thoughtful. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

Guest UserI specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations.
First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out.
**Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing.
**Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!!
**Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

Heard from a friend that this place is great for families with kids, so I decided to check it out while I had some free time. The stay was really good! 🎧
🦁 It's located in Xiaomeisha, and the surrounding area is very well developed. It took us just over 2 hours to get here from Guangzhou. The previous hotel here was demolished, so the MGM hotel is brand new and the environment is excellent.
🦁 There were many young ladies at the front desk helping with check-in. What really impressed me was when I called to ask for an extra blanket, it was delivered in less than 3 minutes!
🦁 We happened to arrive during a typhoon, so the two outdoor pools weren't an option. There's no indoor pool, but with a baby, we weren't bored at all. There's an indoor kids' area for over 8s and another for over 3s with a ball pit, so no worries about getting sunburnt.
🦁 The first floor was buzzing with activities, probably because it was a Saturday. There were magic shows and other performances, and the kids had a blast.
🦁 The hotel is right by the sea, just a few steps from the beach, offering great privacy. I didn't get any photos because of the rain, but it was very quiet.
🦁 The room was my favorite part. It's probably because it's new, but it was super clean. I booked the cheapest room type, and the layout was fantastic. The toilet, shower, and walk-in closet were all separate. There was a big bathtub, a large desk, and a spacious sofa in the room, making it convenient for eating takeout. Our smallest room was 53 square meters.
🦁 The balcony view was amazing; you could see the ocean at a glance. Every room seems to have a great sea view, thanks to the curved design. So, whether you book a cheap or expensive room, you won't be disappointed with the view.
🦁 The hotel isn't overly huge, so it's easy and not tiring to get to different areas.
The attentive service from our butler, Hyacinth 🪻, was the icing on the cake. And the young man at the front desk, Blue Whale, was also handsome with excellent service!
This hotel is genuinely great, with no complaints.

My stay at this Hyatt Centric property far exceeded my expectations; it's truly a top choice for anyone visiting Nanshan. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right at a subway interchange, and within walking distance of Coastal City and Shenzhen Bay Park, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure. Our room was on a high floor, offering stunning 270-degree panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the Qianhai cityscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The in-room smart controls were easy to use, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a great wet/dry separation – the cleanliness was impeccable. The public areas have an artistic vibe, with the lobby feeling like an art gallery. The high-altitude outdoor garden is fantastic for sightseeing and photos. The self-service laundry and gym facilities are also well-equipped. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a quiet, comfortable, and excellent value-for-money hotel. It's ideal for both short stays and longer visits, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! The sea-view room I booked was even better than the pictures. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire ocean. I could lie in bed and gaze at the blue sea and sky, wake up to the sound of waves and the sunrise in the morning, and watch the sunset over the sea from the balcony in the evening. The ambiance was absolutely perfect.
The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The appliances were all new and worked great. The owner and housekeeper were warm and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. They were super quick to respond to any questions I had. It's a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's incredibly photogenic! My beach vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sea-view getaway!

YelianghaogeqiuPros:
1. Location. It's incredibly convenient! Take Metro Lines 1, 2, or 8 to Window of the World station. Take exit A (specifically A3), turn left without going above ground, and you'll emerge directly into B2 of Yitian Holiday Plaza. From there, take the direct elevator to L2, exit the elevator, turn right, and head towards the end of Zone A to find the hotel lobby. (If you exit at B3, you'll be in the plaza's food street, which is small and crowded).
This means during summer or rainy weather, you have one-stop access to transportation, dining, and shopping, all indoors!
In the opposite direction of Exit A is Exit J of Window of the World Plaza. No need to cross the street, it leads directly to the main entrance of Window of the World.
2. View. Our room directly faced the main entrance of Window of the World, offering a great view for firework shows (though there wasn't one at 9 PM on the Saturday we stayed!).
3. Service attitude was pretty good.
Cons:
1. The lobby is small.
2. Room facilities are outdated.
3. The carpet was dirty.
4. Some areas of the room weren't clean enough.
Summary: The location absolutely wins, especially during summer or rainy days.
