GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just about 20 meters from Exit C of Huaxin Station. The front desk, for such a large hotel, feels a bit modest; it gets a bit crowded with three or four staff members working there simultaneously. I think it could use a renovation.
Service was good, responses were prompt and efficient.
Regarding facilities, the air conditioner in the room was very loud. It would turn off once it reached the set temperature and then restart when the temperature rose again. Both the turning on and off were quite noisy. Luckily, my family are all sound sleepers, but if you have trouble sleeping, you should seriously consider this. The water temperature in the shower was a bit unstable, fluctuating slightly between 35 and 38 degrees Celsius.
The soundproofing in the room was mediocre, especially from the ceiling.
Breakfast was good, and the restaurant environment was pleasant.
The hotel seems to have a lot of international guests. If you have Koreans staying next door, you might hear strange noises in the middle of the night.
Also, there was often a smell of smoke in the hallway on our floor. It seems Shenzhen's smoking control isn't as strict as advertised.

TTracy86-86The best part about the loft room was that my elderly companion could sleep downstairs, and I could sleep upstairs, giving us both our own space without disturbing each other. However, the stairs had wide steps, which was a bit tiring on the feet. The front desk lady provided truly excellent service. When I checked out, I accidentally left two bags of New Year's gifts that my elderly companion bought for relatives at the water bar, but I remembered leaving them at the front desk. When the front desk staff changed shifts, she helped me review the surveillance footage. Even though we couldn't find them there, she kept helping me recall where I might have left them, then went to the water bar to look for them, and finally arranged for them to be sent to me C.O.D. While the gifts themselves weren't particularly valuable, the warmth of her service was truly commendable.

GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival!
Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring.
For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective?
Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

Every day, I'd return to a completely refreshed room—spotless floors and all surfaces meticulously wiped clean. What touched me most was the thoughtful service: not only were all amenities replenished, but even my casually placed clothes and laptop cables were neatly tidied up. They managed to maintain tidiness without disturbing my personal items at all. This level of meticulous observation and proactive service genuinely made me feel respected and cared for. A huge thank you to the staff for making my short stay feel as comfortable and reassuring as being at home. Absolutely highly recommended!

YYao0106Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable.
Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways.
Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic.
The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

The sea view from the room's window was beautiful; on a clear day, the beach and sunset were truly stunning. Enjoying breakfast with the sea view on the second day was also very pleasant, and the complimentary sweet soup at night was a nice touch. The room even came with eye masks and earplugs, though personally, I found it quite quiet at night. If you're looking for a getaway with friends to enjoy sea views and relax, I highly recommend this place. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again next time!

BBearFamilyyijiawukouRoom: I got an upgraded room with a Dyson hairdryer and a lovely terrace where I could relax with tea or coffee – a really pleasant escape in the urban jungle. A minor drawback/suggestion: one side of the bed didn't have enough space, making it a bit tight to get out. It would be great if the bed could be repositioned for more balanced space on both sides.
Service: The front desk staff were professional and courteous; I was very satisfied. I just used the tablet to request a toothbrush, and it was delivered instantly – very convenient. One thing I must highly commend is the bottled water placed in the elevator area. It was super convenient to grab anytime, and it was always replenished. This shows excellent service awareness, and it truly deserves a big thumbs-up! 👍
Cleanliness: Just like other Atour hotels, it was consistently good. A small suggestion: for the shower gel/shampoo, it would be more reassuring if they used those 'tamper-proof' wall dispensers.
Facilities: The building itself clearly looks like a renovation, so it's not as new and modern as some other Atour locations, and the parking lot is a bit cramped. However, its convenience makes up for it. The interior space layout is very Atour-like – youthful and stylish. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers, connected to the gym, making it small but well-equipped. The breakfast selection was standard but tasted good.
Overall: My stay was exceptionally satisfying, especially the service, which deserves five stars! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, checked me in efficiently, and promptly responded to all my requests. Their service was detailed and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet, providing a great overall experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was pleasant, and the attention to service details truly impressed me. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Window of the World. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The staff were very warm and attentive, fulfilling all our requests, even arranging a room with a direct view of Window of the World for us. We were able to watch the drone show and fireworks display from our room at night. The executive lounge benefits were also great; the food and drinks there were a big hit with the kids. Upon departure, they even gave the children gifts, which thrilled them to no end. My kids are already asking to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

__huishao`The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Both the customer service and front desk staff were fantastic, providing exceptional emotional value. The only minor issues were the long wait times for the elevators due to the office building downstairs, and the parking signs were a bit hard to find. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend it.
