GGuest UserStayed here for a conference at the Optics Valley Convention Centre. Takes about 10 mins to walk there through an underground walkway. The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. On the first day there were all kinds of welcoming fruits, a huge waffle with drink, etc. They have free laundry and ironing services, you can call the 'ah yi' to get the laundry from your room or you could go to the laundry room at level 2 yourself. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for me as a picky eater. The air-conditioning was centralised, so when the room gets warm, they told me to open the window, which did make the room cooler. The toilet was like in Japan with heated seat and bidet. The shower head was like the rain type. I like that they have motion sensors which activated dim lights when we go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Just that the lights are a bit too dim for working and reading. Overall, the hotel exceed my expectations! Kudos!

Its exterior is perfect for taking photos, offering some great shots. The hotel is located in a prime area, not far from Hankou Customs House, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Xiananfang, and Bagong House, making transportation quite convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The service is absolutely impeccable, and they even gave me a complimentary upgrade. Huazhu brands are truly trustworthy.

· Amenities: Compact but well-appointed rooms. Offers nice touches like flower/herbal tea and coffee. Includes a game room and guest laundry facilities (washer & dryer).
· Service (Exceptional): The front desk staff, especially 露露 (Lulu) and 小夏 (Xia Xia), are highlighted as super enthusiastic, friendly, and going far beyond their duties. A specific example is given where Lulu helped retrieve a parcel from another hotel location, which greatly impressed us.
· Convenience: The hotel restaurant is popular and busy in the evenings.
The staff manages the laundry service by collecting dried clothes and delivering them to our room. Before that, they informing us via WeChat. The guest laundry is available, not being used by many guests.
Verdict: A highly positive review that strongly recommends the hotel primarily for its outstanding, personalized service.

The bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable; as someone who usually struggles to sleep, I stayed at this hotel for two nights and slept for over 9 hours each night, waking up feeling great the next day. Breakfast was also excellent, and the hotel staff were very welcoming. The lobby environment was lovely too, with many beautiful young women coming to take photos every evening.

They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in.
A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.
Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

MM220137****Great location, right next to Chu River and Han Street. It's lively yet peaceful. The hotel itself is definitely five-star quality. The breakfast is especially rich and filling; you don't even need to go to Shanhaiguan Road for an early meal. The front desk lady was beautiful and enthusiastic, and very quick to respond. When there was a slight leak in the bathroom, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Staying here definitely enhanced my four-day trip to Wuhan.

GGuest User環境挺好的，過年定的親子房滿適合帶長者小孩來住玩，這裡有農場、有咖啡、這裏的人也挺好。來的這天天氣也好好，暖氣開的很足有點熱。蠻喜歡這裏的。缺點的話，就是半夜大概三四點狗狗就一直在叫還有公雞打鳴的也別早，沒有睡好。除去這些，在這裏的時光很開心。

The common area on the second floor boasts lush greenery just outside the windows, and they even have big-screen movies playing indoors 🎬. I stayed in an 8-bed male dorm. The bedding is changed for every guest, so it's super clean and convenient.
My impression of a city, I believe, isn't solely defined by its beautiful landmarks, but also by the warmth and hospitality of its people. The staff here are incredibly responsible and helpful. They patiently explain everything and are always happy to answer questions with enthusiasm.
