BBuerderenThe hotel has a fantastic location right on the strait. We were upgraded to a sea-view suite, which was reasonably spacious and had a great view, but the bathroom was small and didn't have a bathtub.
The hotel concierge service was especially excellent. Knowing our luggage had been lost by the airline, they gave us a toiletries kit with a set of pajamas, underwear, and toiletries – very thoughtful.
The breakfast was decent and quite plentiful, but not to our taste, which was a slight disappointment. We had dinner at the nearby Serra Palace, where the service was excellent.

JJanCitythis hotel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful from the very first moments we arrived. The rooms were freshly renovated, and the bed was the best one we’ve had in many months of travel very firm very new. We really enjoyed the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, we enjoyed the smiles. We enjoyed the location, easy walking distance to all kinds of things to do and we also enjoyed the price for being right on the bosphorus river. It was a very good deal in comparison to all the other ones around there. we will be back again.

GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

GGuest UserI was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night.

LLily@GardenThe hotel is ideally located right by the ancient city walls, incredibly close to both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We booked a sea-view room, and the views were absolutely stunning – we spent every day just gazing at the sea from our room! The breakfast spread was quite generous. Enjoying breakfast in the semi-open-air restaurant, while watching the sea, seagulls, and passing cyclists, was such a delightful experience.

KKongfangzhengrenI had to give this hotel a big full score for the service. I couldn’t pay with my credit card and they called an employee to walk me to the ATM to get cash for payment. instead of letting me go out alone at night to find it. When I parked. Manager and staff 2 people direct me to reverse. When I went out in the middle of the night, three employees ran out to guide me to avoid the car next to me and safely poured out. When I checked out on the last day, someone helped me with my luggage. The front desk manager kept a comic beard like a senior butler. The attitude was very good and the English was good. It felt at ease. If the manager did not increase the salary, I did not agree. There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel, but I think there are too few hot dishes, too many cold dishes, and the breakfast is not very comfortable. But the scenery of the place to eat breakfast is invincible. In general, if you don't rely on the sea, the location here is indeed a bit biased, but if you come to see the sea, this is the best choice, but pay attention to eating after 11 pm may not be convenient, the hotel location is very high on the hillside, but there is a convenience store. 67 euros a night for less than 600 yuan is very cost-effective, and the parking lot is large, which is rare in Istanbul.

Kahvaltıda dikkat ettim zarar ziyan israf olacak ürünler konmamış bu duyarlılık için ayrıca kendi adıma kaynak tüketmedikleri için shreaton ailesine yine teşekkür ederim .her gün odamız tertemiz girdik .her ay birlikte olabilmek dileğiyle ...

DDr.WaheedThe hotel itself is lovely with brilliant staff who were always welcoming and helpful. However, the central air conditioning was not very effective, and I often woke up during the night feeling too warm , the same issue affected my family. There were also a few broken items in the room, and the cleaning service was only average. On the positive side, the food was excellent and the pool was a highlight of our stay.
