GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, and it is an integrated building with the Ciragan Palace. Standing on the balcony of the room, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast restaurant, Peacock Restaurant, and Turkish Restaurant have rich and delicious dishes. Especially in the breakfast restaurant and Peacock Restaurant, you can experience the best service. Every manager of the restaurant does it personally, which is very enjoyable. The front desk, concierge, and room service are impeccable and fully staffed. Every need will be responded to and met in the first time. It is the first time to feel the kind of meticulous and warm service of a small luxury hotel in a big hotel. Although it is a bit unpleasant to travel in Istanbul, the Kempinski Hotel Istanbul impressed us and added to the fun of this trip!

GGuest UserHotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel room was good but it’s a bit noisy. Maybe hotel can further improve the noise isolation in rooms. I’ve preferred this hotel mainly due to perfect location at the heart of Ortakoy. Thus, I could take pictures of iconic Ortakoy Mosque with Bosporus bridge on background. In addition, there’s Michelin restaurant just next to hotel and you can also enjoy baked potato or other cheaper options in just 2 minutes walking distance with a very nice sea view. Moreover, I’d suggest you to have a cup of tea at four seasons hotel and visit Yildiz Palace and Besiktas carsi which are all at walking distance to hotel.

GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

GGuest UserI was happy with our stay at this hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Sinan and the brother who helped us with our luggage. I can't remember his name. They were always smiling. The location is excellent. There is a ferry station on a nearby street that takes you to Emono and the Asian side. The only negative thing is the noise of the nightclub at night. We only heard it one night.

ZZhizhuoGreat location, close to the tourist area. The room offers a sea view. However, the staff's attitude was truly bad. The guy at the front desk during check-in acted as if I owed him money; he just tossed my passport onto the table. The bellhop was nice, though. The room had a musty, armpit-like smell. I'm not picky about the environment, but the service attitude was genuinely poor.

KKongfangzhengrenI had to give this hotel a big full score for the service. I couldn’t pay with my credit card and they called an employee to walk me to the ATM to get cash for payment. instead of letting me go out alone at night to find it. When I parked. Manager and staff 2 people direct me to reverse. When I went out in the middle of the night, three employees ran out to guide me to avoid the car next to me and safely poured out. When I checked out on the last day, someone helped me with my luggage. The front desk manager kept a comic beard like a senior butler. The attitude was very good and the English was good. It felt at ease. If the manager did not increase the salary, I did not agree. There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel, but I think there are too few hot dishes, too many cold dishes, and the breakfast is not very comfortable. But the scenery of the place to eat breakfast is invincible. In general, if you don't rely on the sea, the location here is indeed a bit biased, but if you come to see the sea, this is the best choice, but pay attention to eating after 11 pm may not be convenient, the hotel location is very high on the hillside, but there is a convenience store. 67 euros a night for less than 600 yuan is very cost-effective, and the parking lot is large, which is rare in Istanbul.

SSofa criticismPerhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere.
One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

The room is clean and the amenities are superb.
I got everything I asked for straightway, the checkin was quick and my luggage were brought quickly in the room while I was enjoying a welcome drinks with my family..
If I could give 10 star I would.
I definitely recommend this hotel, my children absolutely loved it.
Shop and restaurant are a minute walking distance.and you can do grocery shopping if you want and even order food from outside to your room.
The breakfast is delicious.
Again the staff are very friendly and helpful..
