The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. As for the room, breakfast, and service, no complaints at all, only gratitude.

The hotel's location is good, not far from the train station, and both Metro Line 3 and Line 5 are within a 5-minute walk. There's also a Lidl supermarket downstairs. Right outside, there's a small park. I booked 4 nights here, but due to an urgent matter, I needed to check out a day early. For some reason, the hotel refused to cancel one night. The cleanliness was decent.

Best service and staff!! Find us chopsticks and spoons in the midnight!! Print board pass for us for free!! Sooo friendly and helpful!!
Room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed.
Good location and could get every attraction within  20mins. Love it!!

It was a great hotel with a great location and security!
In terms of security, the door could only be unlocked by a hotel staff member who knew the guest, or you could not enter the hotel without your room key. This meant I could enjoy my trip with peace of mind, both during my stay and when I went out.
The room was also clean and spacious, and worth more than the price!
If I had to point out a disappointing point, it was that we stayed in the farthest room in a triple room, and the Wi-Fi connection was often poor.
However, aside from the Wi-Fi, it was close to tourist attractions and supermarkets, and it was well-lit and safe at night, so I was very satisfied in every respect! I would definitely stay here again when I visit Barcelona!

Had a lovely stay in this place, very clean and tidy room. Service was very pleasant and friendly. It is suitable for all travellers. Everything is easily accessible from this location. Camp nou is just 25 min travel if we travel in car or else it is easily accessible through public transportation.

The Hotel have really nice Lounge & Lockers for guests who arrive early before check in time or leave after check out time to use.
The room is rather small but newly equiped with all necessary items.
I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We booked a family room for 4 people.
The room is clean, tidy, no issues with the service.
It is worth noting that there is a wardrobe only in one room.
There is no kettle in the room, which is also strange for a family room.

It is very suitable for coming with friends. The hotel has a good service attitude and is willing to help guests. The location is also very convenient. It takes 4-5 minutes to walk to the subway station, and usually 30 minutes to various attractions. The only bad thing is that the hotel room has poor sound insulation

The rooms are big enough but the soundproofing is very poor arguably no soundproofing to speak of
You can hear the conversation in the next room clearly, and you can also hear the toilet flushing upstairs and downstairs. Apart from the convenient location, this price is really not affordable, I wonder if all the hotels in Madrid soundproofed so bad no one wants to travel to sleep with such noisy sounds.

Really good location and easily accessible by car. Hotel itself is great, rooms of decent size and nicely designed, bathroom are very practical and really clean. Walls between rooms are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors but it wasn’t outrageous in my opinion. The parking of the hotel was full and I learnt this after my booking so that wasn’t great, but on the bright side the parking of the mall Principe Pio in front of the hotel had space (open 24hr and was actually cheaper than the hotel parking - a win for us). 
Staff at the counter was the only minus for me. When I called the hotel to enquire about parking & ZBE car plate registration the man hung up on me due to what I believe was poor English (which would have been fine if he just said so). I had to call back again and got another person who explained details to me nicely in English. Also, every time we passed by the front desk we barely got any glance or had someone saying hi which is a shame (if not rude!). In hospitality, being welcoming is the #1 rule and the staff at the front desk was lacking in that regard.

Overall, Acta provides essential services and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to many attractions, retail stores, restaurants and bars. Most of them are within walking distance. There are things I think could be better such as providing complimentary drinks like a bottle of water instead of charging (€3 per bottle); the shower area, as the shower screen is too short, so it can’t fully prevent water from spraying onto the floor and can make the floor a little wet. That said, it's still worth the price and I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Keep it up.

Generally, it is a good hotel for living  but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly  and helped us for fixing the problem.

. The room is a bit thin, but comfortable
. The only thing to play is the water temperature is frozen and hot
. Location is also very convenient to go to attractions
