I came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view. 

However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly. 

1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here. 

2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish. 

3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

Booked two rooms and was assigned with one corner room which is bigger than the other. 
Corner room was big and we enjoy the stay.
Coffee capsules was only on the first day as welcome drink.
Hair dryer different to use as we need to press the on button constantly.
Washing machine in the basement was out of service during our stay.
Hotel location is fantastic, very near to Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

The hotel is well-located and clean. 
It will be nicer if they have to improve the service a bit, especially the man at reception. The two ladies are perfect.

It’s a very cozy apartment located in local residential area. The room was equipped with all the equipment u need for cooking. There are several supermarkets in 10 mins walk. I just love the place and will definitely choose it again.

The hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings.  Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.  
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped.  Perfect for 2 people, couple or family.   Staff are helpful and efficient.

The aparthotel features a kitchen, conveniently equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and dish soap. However, the microwave/oven combo unit was a bit complicated and difficult to use.

The on-site laundry room is very convenient, though there's only one dryer for two washing machines. It also has usage time restrictions, so early morning is the most suitable time to use it.

The Studio room we booked was a decent size, but bed types couldn't be chosen. We arrived a bit late on check-in day, and our request for a twin-bed room couldn't be accommodated. We were told we could switch the next day. Having read previous guest reviews, we spent the entire next morning following up on this, and eventually, our request was granted.

A minor point of dissatisfaction was that free cleaning services are only offered for stays of eight days or more, and there were extra charges for fresh towels. Toilet paper also needed to be requested from the front desk, and only hand/body wash was provided.

The shower was over a somewhat small bathtub, and the shower screen was a bit too short, which often led to water spilling onto the bathroom floor.

The lobby provided filtered water and free coffee. In the afternoons, there were also complimentary limited pastries and lemonade, which was a pleasant bonus.

At €20, the breakfast felt a bit basic. We didn't have a need for the gym or meeting rooms, so I can't comment on those facilities.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from Bercy Village and the Court Saint-Émilion station on Line 14, putting most major city attractions within 30 minutes. The proximity to two small supermarkets, Carrefour Express and Franprix, was also extremely convenient.

Dining options nearby are decent for a short stay, but for our longer visit, they started to feel a bit limited.

The hotel shares a road with Pullman Bercy, and the meeting point for our day tours was conveniently located just around the corner, making pickups and drop-offs very smooth.

Overall, it was very good.

It was easy to access, the room was spacious, and the customer service was polite and satisfying. On the day of check-out, they kept our luggage without us having to ask.
The surrounding area may be a little noisy at night.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

位於在比較住宅區雖然去鬧區比較遠一些些，但相對也比較安全，對面是一個小學校，旁邊就有超市，走去車站大約五到七分鐘，房間裡面有廚房鍋碗瓢盆都有也有洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱、膠囊咖啡機，但是沒有調味料跟油要自己帶，很乾淨舒服，馬桶跟淋浴間分開不會搶廁所。網路很快速大廳也很舒服，推薦大家
唯一的缺點是我那張床有一個位子太常被客人坐在那邊，所以有點凹陷，其餘沒有什麼可以挑剔的，尤其在時裝周的時候可以住到這個價位又乾淨舒服的飯店很感謝了

The decoration is nice and the room is big. The service attitude is very good. There is a large space on the first floor for meetings, office work, and solitude. The room has a kitchen and tableware, but there is no pot to cook and cook, so you have to prepare it yourself. You have to take care of the hygiene yourself, free cleaning once every 8 days, or paid cleaning for 20 euros per time.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better

Taking advantages of coming early before meeting started decided to stay at same property to avoid the hassle of moving around. Basic unit with separate bath and shower, decent size living and kitchenette which unfortunately are not doing any cooking. Breakfast spread seem to be the same throughout will be nice to have variant especially since we are putting up for 5 nights

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to main attractions and transport. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Conveniently located near Stratford International Station, and you can easily walk to Stratford Station through the Westfield Shopping Mall.
Weekly room cleaning service is provided for free.
The amenities are sufficient — including a TV, desk, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob. Overall, highly recommended.
The only minor downside is a faint but slightly strange smell from the bathroom, though it’s still bearable.

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. 
Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. 
Overall I liked my stay here.

Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again.
