I really like Citadines hotels – they usually have excellent locations, close to the metro, and are well-equipped. This time, I chose a hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. I didn't pay extra for a room with a view, but I still got one, for which I'm very grateful to the administrator who checked me in. A huge plus for this hotel chain is that all the essentials are in the room: a fridge, microwave, dishes, and even a dishwasher. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, a large mirror in the room, an iron, and an ironing board. I didn't opt for breakfast. Across the street from the hotel, there was a large Monoprix store where you could buy anything you needed to heat up or chill.

Since it's an apart-hotel, rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Towels can be replaced upon request if needed. Trash can be taken to a special room on the floor. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, so I didn't need these services. The only minor issue was that during my visit to Paris, I experienced abnormal heat, and the hotel's air conditioning system simply couldn't cope with it (considering the room was quite large – the effect would have been more noticeable in a smaller area). Although the staff tried their best and did everything they could, and even brought a delicious gift from the hotel due to minor system issues. Open windows also didn't help, as Metro Line 6 runs right below them – on one hand, it's very convenient, but on the other hand, the noise from the metro with open windows was disturbing. In any case, this didn't spoil my impression of the hotel. I gladly recommend it to other Eiffel Tower fans like myself, and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The area around it is very lively, with both Chinese and French restaurants available. The hotel even provides a fridge, induction cooker, and all the pots, pans, and dishes you'd need, so it's a great option if you want to cook your own meals.

The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around Paris. There is also a supermarket, an IKEA, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Major attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Galeries Lafayette are easily accessible by metro.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby offers free drinking water and freshly ground coffee.

The room was a comfortable size and well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, and dishwasher, which made it convenient to prepare simple meals. The hotel also has an elevator and air conditioning.

The hotel is close to a main road, so some noise from people talking outside could be heard at night. The sound insulation is average, but overall it was a convenient and practical place to stay.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! First off, the location is fantastic – super convenient to the Louvre, Orsay, and Notre Dame. It's right on the street too, which makes parking easy. Plus, there's free coffee on the first floor.

The room was very clean. While they didn't clean it during my stay, there were trash bags in the room and a bin at the end of the hall, so I could take out my own trash.

I love the location as it's very close to the metro station and is easy to access. The elegant ambiance of Hotel Catarina de Opera perfectly complements its convenient location, making it a delightful stay for both relaxation and exploration. The attentive staff and impeccable service truly elevate the overall experience, ensuring a memorable and comfortable visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in the luxury and warmth this hotel has to offer.

The hotel is just one metro stop behind Le Marais, located in a more residential area, but it's still very convenient. Line 3 is right outside the door, and there are a couple of supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. On the street next to the hotel, you'll find plenty of bakeries and coffee shops to choose from.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. They have many branches in Paris, and this one is in the 16th arrondissement, not too far from the main attractions. It's perfectly situated for a city walk in the most romantic city. With a kitchen, it's especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals. There's an Auchan supermarket just 200 meters away that has everything you need at reasonable prices, and it's much larger than the nearby G20 and Carrefour. The street next door seems to be an 'Asian street' with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese restaurants. If you register as a member at the front desk, you get free breakfast, one voucher per person per meal. There's also a coffee machine near the breakfast area on the ground floor with free coffee and milk daily, but it's best to use your room's cups. The hotel's philosophy is all about self-sufficiency, sustainability, and living well. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a little dated, especially the faucets, which aren't ideal, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which is why I extended my stay for another night.

This was my second stay here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the subway is conveniently located. It's quiet despite being in a busy area. The room was clean, with one bedroom and a living room. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping. There's also a small kitchen where you can cook, equipped with an oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and so on.

I booked two rooms for two nights. First of all, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with balconies – great! They were also close to the train stations, especially Paris Lyon Station, which was only about 700 meters away. The rooms were fully equipped with a kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, and a microwave, so I could cook simple meals. The only downside was a slight odor, possibly from recent renovations. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk was open 24 hours a day, and unlimited free drinks were available. (Coffee, cocoa, and sparkling water were also available.) Kitchenware was provided, so you could cook your own meals. Numerous supermarkets and a metro station were a 20-meter walk away, and Line 13 runs through the heart of Paris.

Extremely great location - near the tube station and also a great area in general with many eateries and supermarkets nearby. Covent Garden is also a walkable distance away.

But there was a heatwave during our stay so we were better off outdoors than being in our rooms (during the day). Their aircon are generally not made for such extreme heat so we hardly felt any aircon and at times we felt like we were in an air fryer. I had my portable fan with me so made it feel slightly better. Night time is generally better.

The main lifts were also constantly under maintenance throughout our stay so we had to use the cargo lift. Not that we mind to be honest but it just feels annoying to see the notice every time we want to use the lift.

Other than that, my family and I would certainly come back here. Probably will try them out during winter then.

The front desk staff were very friendly. There's a free coffee and milk machine on the ground floor (G). The room was quite spacious for UK standards, had everything including a hairdryer, and was generally clean. Pretty good overall.

The location was absolutely fantastic! All the major sights like Big Ben, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, and the National Gallery were within a 5-10 minute walk. Since we needed a room for four people, we stayed in an apartment-style room. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, a bathtub, one large double bed, and a sofa bed for two more. I also appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower room. However, the dishwasher inside was rusty and not very clean. Plus, there was a constant noise, whether it was from the pipes or the room upstairs, which kept me up at night.

This was my second stay, and this time I was assigned a room facing the street. Unfortunately, the building exterior was undergoing renovation, so there was scaffolding outside the window, which slightly affected natural light and ventilation. However, the overall experience was still great. I skipped breakfast at the hotel to try different breakfast spots on the street. Highly recommended.

One of the best Citadines I've been so far. Just about 5 years old. The studios are well equipped and it's very quiet, especially to the big inner yard with a Japanese garden.
I chose this Citadines because allccommodation in the London city centre is too expensive and mostly substandard, especially if you are used to travel in Asia.

An exceptional hotel! Truly stunning with breathtaking views that take your breath away. The staff is professional and friendly, with excellent service from start to finish. Everything is immaculately clean and meticulously organized.

I had unforgettable day here. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made the check-in process quick and hassle-free. They were always smiling, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern furniture and elegant décor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft enough to ensure a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries, and fresh towels provided every day. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay.

One of the highlights of this hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping areas, and popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time travelling. Public transportation was also easily accessible, which added to the convenience.

The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, providing a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The fitness centre was well-equipped with modern machines, and the free Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property. I also enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had a cosy atmosphere and comfortable seating areas.

Breakfast was another standout feature. There was a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, local dishes, and international options. Everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that guests had everything they needed.

What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude.

Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.
