The room was spacious and not crowded. The bedding was clean and tidy. The staff were especially friendly and responsive. I was just unlucky because the noise from the room next door was a bit loud, waking me up in the middle of the night. I hope this can be improved.

The details are impeccable. The room has a wide view, the sanitary corners are cleaned very clean, and the quality of bath products is good. It was a very pleasant stay.

The Elaine Hotel is the closest hotel to my event. It is close to the starting point in the morning. The room is small and it is quiet for a night. The front desk lady is very polite and greets warmly. There are several hotels, restaurants, supermarkets around, not far from the subway station.

The hotel is in a great location, located in the city center, convenient transportation, and a wide selection of dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is modern and comfortable, and the beds are soft, which ensures that I can have a good night's sleep. The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the bathroom and in the public areas, and maintains extremely high standards of cleaning.

Services, hotel staff friendly and professional, always smiling and willing to help. Check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

Overall, this hotel provided me with an unforgettable stay with its excellent location, comfortable accommodation, professional service team and abundant facilities. Highly recommend to any friends who come here for a trip or business trip!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it was much better than last year. We booked a single bed for three people, with no windows, but the hygiene was OK. The room was spacious and had a small corner sofa. The only problem is that the water flow from the bathroom faucet is too weak and the water is too thin to wash your hair. It is only suitable for taking a quick shower in the summer. It is recommended to increase the water volume, but you can’t save water so much, right? Otherwise I couldn’t wash my hair, so I endured not taking a shower for three days. The cups in the bathroom are disposable paper, and they are covered with a plastic bag, which doesn't feel good. There are few toiletries and the countertop is too small to put them all, so they are placed in paper cups. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery. I slipped when I went in wearing cowhide sole shoes. There is no anti-slip mat. But there are plastic slippers. The washbasin is leaking and the ground below is always wet. There are many lights in the room, and the bedside lamp is very bright. It is very close to Yanwuyuan Community. The front desk clerks and managers are very enthusiastic and greet us with smiles every time we come back. Since I will come to visit my relatives again in the future, I applied for a membership card this time, hoping that I can get more discounts in the future.

Location is perfect! I like that bathroom has normal wall not a glass one like in most Chinese hotels ! Since I am solo traveler and I did stay few nights they upgraded my room without charge . No breakfast but it’s a lot  of restaurants around

The room is very comfortable and clean, especially the makeup mirror. The experience is very good. The price is also very high. The location is very convenient in Binjiang Tianjie. The little brother at the front desk also upgraded the room type for free. It is recommended ～

Hotel is about 15 mins walk from metro. Not many nearby for food. You can have more choices of food near to the metro station. This hotel is not so convenient for didi drivers as they tend to miss the turning. When we arrived in Hangzhou on the evening, the didi driver missed the turning (as it was supposed to be a 1-way road) and had to drive one big round (extra 10 mins) back to the entrance of the hotel.
Facilities of the hotel is very new and there is a common washing machine on another level. But you have to go down to the lobby to ask receptionist to help you get lift access to the other floor for washing

This stay really exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is too convenient, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, and there are all kinds of places to eat and shop around. The room was very clean, even the corner of the bathroom was not stained, the bedding was soft as lying in the cloud, and I slept super peacefully all night. The front desk lady was very good, the check-in was very fast, and she took the initiative to recommend me nearby niche attractions. The details are also very intimate, there is enough charging port on the bedside, the Wi-Fi signal is full, and the smell of toiletries is very comfortable. The price is really nothing to say, I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!
I have been on business so many times and finally found the treasure hotel! The room was soundproofed, and the corridor was completely invisible when the door was closed, and the overtime was not disturbed late at night. The desk is spacious enough, the desk lamp is still eye protection, plus a lot of charging ports, the office efficiency is directly full. The front desk helped print the documents in a timely manner, and it could store luggage for free. It was too friendly to the business party and had been set up as a fixed residence for business trips!

The room was spacious and clean, and the waiter was very good. I took my daughter to Wanda last night. The male manager of his house forgot to ask what his name was. He kept explaining to me. I was afraid that I would go the wrong way and send it to the door. Thank you very much 🙏 I will choose it next time.
