No bidet, and you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. This makes going to the bathroom, especially number two, quite inconvenient and frankly, uncomfortable, as you have to wipe and then put soiled toilet paper in the bin.

The bathroom door doesn't seal properly, so water splashes/flows out. The entire bathroom gets soaked after a shower. Tissues weren't refilled automatically, and the bath mat was taken away but not replaced with a new one. For a room for four people, there were only three hangers.

Both check-in and check-out are entirely self-service via machines. There's really no human interaction or service to speak of.

The location is decent; it's not far from Taipei Main Station, but not particularly close either. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk there. Ningxia Night Market is about 10 minutes away, and Dihua Street is roughly 20 minutes away.

Everything was fine and the location is quite convenient. Smooth check in, spacious space and clean room. They have body wash, shampoo and treatment but no hand soap. Staffs were nice and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and space was big enough to accommodate two big luggages. However, I noticed the bottom cabinet to be filled with dead bedbugs (at least 5 of them) uncleaned. There is lack of sound proofing as well. It is really convenient to get from Taoyuan airport to here (via bus 1840). The service through trip.com was okay, but there is no 24/7 front desk staff

The signage has clearly been updated, so why haven't the pictures been refreshed? When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk. I wanted to store my luggage and needed to enter a code, but it kept saying it was invalid. I then tried to contact the front desk by 'dialing 9,' but there was no phone that allowed me to enter numbers. The whole process was just really clunky.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

The hairdryer wasn't great. The water pressure in the shower was really good and comfortable. The soundproofing definitely needs improvement. All the machines in the gym were working well, which was a plus! It's quite close to Union Hospital. Google Maps directed me to the elementary school next door, which required a bit of a walk.

I arrived late at night, and the staff were very enthusiastic, guiding me through the self-check-in process and helping me complete it quickly. The whole thing took about two minutes, and I had my room key. My room was on the second floor and close to the road, but it was very quiet once I closed the window. Ironically, I could hear the TV next door. The room decor was a bit dated, but it didn't affect its functionality. There's a bus stop downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located at a convenient location where there are eateries nearby. We were also allowed to park our 2 bicycles inside their store room. Will need to use the common lifts to level 10, which the hotel is located.

Malapit lang sa 7/11 at family mart, walking distance lang din sa taoyuan train station. Nsa baba lang ang carrefour. Everyday palit mg towel at water bottles. Malinis at super affordable. Thank you.
