There is an option to get the hotel by the pathway next to tegut  supermarket but you have to walk up the stairs to get the 2nd floor. Then you can use the elevator going down the ground floor to get the key but you can follow this way only on monday to saturday. By the way, I got a free upgrade and was very happy with the room and all kitchen utensils.

Location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the S-bahn station and only one stop away from the airport. If you fly from T2, it's even more convenient to just walk for 15 minutes. 
The room is quite big as well, and having a Nespresso machine gives to it a nice classy touch. Having said that, the fact that soap-body soap-shampoo is all in one product is a bit disappointing. 
The check in process needs to be a bit smoother, it's not intuitive at all.

Apartment is very new and its a short walk to the Cologne cathedral and christmas markets. It is easy to find eateries in the vicinity and supermarket is close by too.
I had a problem with the key card as if cannot be used to open the door, had to wait for IT guy from other site to get to at for 2 hours. Once resolved all went well.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay . Very much helped by the wonderful customer service in Cologne. The room was beautiful and we had a lovely courtyard type view.. couldn’t find a kettle in the room, but there was a great coffee maker. We did find a kitchen with a kettle and it was no problem to go there.i would say for the price it was excellent above all expectation.
We could find a charging point anywhere in the building. I’m nit sure if there was wi fi. It was a lovely soace to return to and relax in. We both had the best nights sleep. I would return to tgat apartment and I would recommend you to friends. Thank you,
