Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected.

There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, which made navigating the hotel and its facilities challenging. With kids in tow, this added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones.

But the location is awesome !

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. We had two twin rooms and the hotel said only one twin room was booked and the other was a double bed. Room size wasn’t accurate too, trip.com stated 45sqm but hotel told us it’s only 41sqm. The curtain isn’t clean too, attached photo proof. Kitchen utensils weren’t clean too. On my first night, I called to ask to provide an option as there was construction going on even at 3am midnight, concierge said they would check but never return a call after.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

The hotel itself is beautiful and definitely lives up to the luxury standard, spacious rooms, great facilities, beautiful design, and a very comfortable overall stay. I genuinely enjoyed the property and would have given it a much higher rating if not for the service.

Unfortunately, the service from some staff was quite disappointing and inconsistent. For a hotel of this level, I expected the staff to be more attentive, professional, and guest-oriented. Some interactions simply did not feel like the level of service you would expect from a luxury five-star hotel.

It’s a shame because the property itself is excellent, but good service is a big part of the overall experience. Hopefully, the management can look into this because the hotel has everything it needs to be exceptional. The service just needs to catch up.

The highlight of my entire Bangkok trip was unexpectedly this hotel! It's hands down the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. Initially, from the photos, I thought it would just be similar to the Mandarin Oriental Singapore's family rooms, but it absolutely blew that out of the water. This hotel genuinely puts effort into its service. The family room actually had a Nintendo console, a children's toilet, and a full set of Sebamed children's toiletries that were replaced daily. All the complimentary snacks were incredibly delicious and something you can't buy elsewhere! The living room also had a kitchen and a washing machine, making it feel just like home. Both the room and the living/dining area were spacious enough, not cramped at all. The family room even had a secret little door for kids to go back and forth from the living room – no child could resist a family room like this! The hotel breakfast was also incredibly delicious! The staff were all very friendly! In short, if I ever come back to Bangkok, it will definitely be for this hotel! It's absolutely worth every penny!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this experience and must give it a five-star rating. The facilities are well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making them very convenient to use. The hygiene is absolutely top-notch; both public areas and rooms are spotlessly clean and fresh, with no stains or odors on the floors or in corners, and good ventilation. This attention to detail creates a comfortable and reassuring environment. The staff are warm, attentive, patient, and friendly. They respond promptly and answer any questions thoroughly, being both helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, and they even gave me a farewell gift upon check-out. Overall, the experience was excellent and highly recommended. I will definitely choose this place again if needed!

Bringing my furry friend this time was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, truly! They thoughtfully prepared a pet bed, a dedicated pet hair dryer, pet towels, water bowls, and poop bags. Pets even receive a welcome gift (a pet plush toy). The room was spotlessly clean and completely odor-free. The pet-friendly rooms have a small courtyard, and they even provide a special pet key card! What touched me most was how the staff actively greeted my dog; this feeling of being respected and accepted was wonderful! I also want to thank the hotel staff, especially the lovely Zhang Yao, for her meticulous care! From introducing the hotel facilities to promptly bringing us mosquito repellent patches, and then, knowing I extended my stay for another night, bringing new key cards and all the dog's necessities directly to our room in the morning. Even though the hotel is a bit remote, it's truly worth it! This is the best pet-friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Looking forward to my next visit!
