Our stay at Sofitel The Obelisk was exceptional! I have visited this hotel several times before and every time i will repeat my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent.The breakfast was terrific and I loved the pool serene area. The staff was friendly and helpful, thank you so so much Mr. Mahmoud & Mr. Ankur & Mr. Baha and all the staff there.

We had an incredible time at Sofitel Downtown. The staff were incredible warm and welcoming - the receptionist even surprised us with a room upgrade. It was the perfect gesture after arriving in Dubai after midnight. Even though the main pool was out of service (for good reasons, it’s summer) we were still able to access another pool to cool off. The location is excellent, super close to the air conditioning walkway to Dubai Mall. The hotel itself is luxury! We’re so glad we stay. Thank you so much to the team, especially Nanda who is an absolute superstar. We’ll be back!!!

Great location on JBR2 overlooking JB beach. Rooms were very quiet and bed was huge and really comfortable, must have been the wife snored her head off. Stayed in a Luxury Sea View room overlooking the whole of Jumeriah beach and Dubai wheel.
Excellent choice of food for breakfast , caters for every nationality.
Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. 
Loads of places to eat just outside the hotel along Jumeriah walk and across from beach.
JBR2 Metro station only a 5 min walk from hotel.
Air con was great .
If I stay in Dubai again I wouldn't hesitate staying here it has everything we needed.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The resort is breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Palm. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort, making my stay truly relaxing.

The dining options are exceptional, with a wide variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisines from around the world. The breakfast spread was outstanding, full of fresh and high-quality choices. The spa and wellness facilities are world-class, offering a sense of peace and rejuvenation.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service – every staff member was attentive, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Whether by the pool, on the beach, or at the restaurants, the hospitality was flawless.

Sofitel The Palm is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely be returning on my next trip.

We traveled with our 14-year-old child and booked a family connecting room. Each room is relatively independent. The room is decorated simply and tastefully, the faucets are all Grohe, and the bedding is great. The hygiene is very good. The air conditioner is quiet and the temperature is suitable. The front desk and restaurant, including the room cleaning staff, all speak good English and communicate smoothly. Very polite,
The breakfast place is not big, the coffee is delicious, and the croissant Madeline is very delicious. It is a stone's throw away from the Arc de Triomphe, quiet in the hustle and bustle.
Plan to come again in the summer!

Excellent Business Stay at Sofitel Opera – Impeccable Service and Top-Notch Facilities

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Opera during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel’s service and facilities. From the moment I arrived, the team made sure everything was seamless, which is exactly what I needed for a stress-free business trip.
Facilities:
The hotel itself offers everything a business traveler could need. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets—perfect for getting work done in between meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

There is a bar facility on the first floor of the hotel, which is available for daily watching during the European Cup. The bar service is quite good and highly recommended. In addition, the front desk staff is a little slower, but very attentive and professional.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Shanghai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel blends modern luxury with subtle French elegance, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere from the moment you step in. My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and offered great city views. Overall, Sofitel Shanghai delivers a comfortable and refined stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is perfect for families. The staff are great—very welcoming—and everyone is always ready to help. The surrounding area feels very safe and enjoyable for walking, with several shopping malls within walking distance.

The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Disneyland and The Bund. However, the area around the hotel is new and full of interesting cafés and restaurants. The swimming pool is also heated, which is a big plus.

Three staff members truly stood out during my stay:
	•	Mr. Klay (Reception): He helped me a lot with my extension, upgraded our room, and was extremely polite. God bless him.
	•	Mr. Allen: You will see him everywhere, always ready to help and make your stay easier.
	•	Mr. Igor (from Poland): An amazing person. You can ask him anything about the city—where to go, the best restaurants, and useful local tips.
