Because I wanted to watch a performance at Carnegie Hall, I booked a hotel blindly according to the map and didn't make any mistakes. Because of the late check-in, I was given a $100 coupon (but the deduction was not successful in the end). It is within walking distance of Central Park, Trump Tower, Carnegie, and the Museum of Modern Art. It's a good choice for my first experience in New York

Located in Lower Manhattan, the building is very old, so the bathroom has a smell of sewer, and there is the sound of garbage trucks operating downstairs at night and in the morning, which affects rest! The worst thing is that the light is very dim, and the room needs to turn on the lights during the day! There is a restaurant bar on the first floor downstairs, which is very lively. There will be noise on the lower floors. Overall, it feels like a pitfall and will not stay again

We had a good experience at Gild Hall. Only stayed for one night, but it had everything we needed. Big bed, clean bathroom, okay view. The location was great for us, as we were able to walk to everywhere, and the subway was only a couple blocks away which was extra convenient as well. However, there were lines for checking in and out (only one person was working the front desk) so that was a little annoying. We also couldn't check in until 4pm (pretty late compared to other hotels), with no options of a late checkout (had to leave by noon).

The location is excellent, the room is very nice, the breakfast is very rich, the rooftop terrace has a beautiful view, it is very close to various attractions and it is very convenient to walk, the waiters are also very good, and generally everything is very satisfactory

This hotel is directly opposite the Mercedes-Benz Arena, offering distant views of Lujiazui's 'three-piece suit' (referring to its iconic skyscrapers). We received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room. The room's decor had a distinctly 'Shanghai style,' yet still felt very elegant. The large floor-to-ceiling windows paired with a leather chaise lounge reminded us of the W Hotel. Breakfast is served on the 18th floor in the Chinese restaurant; while the variety wasn't extensive, the quality was excellent, and the views were incredibly expansive. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the pool was clean and not crowded. Our butlers, Nancy, Smiling, and Yuki, proactively contacted us two days in advance to discuss our itinerary and even prepared ice in the room for us. Highly recommend this stay! 🫰
