"Location is good, some 400 mtrs distance to bahnhof. Just past rive you will see the polybahn sign and campari hotel sign. Coops store is nearby except on sunday. Room is clean, size is ok. Bathroom had shower curtain to segregate toilet bowl and shower area, either way still wet. You can get utensils plates and kitchen towels from lobby area if you need to eat inside room. No kettle but hot water is available from lobby to fill up and thermos flask is provided there too. Coffee tea also there. You have return the utensils once done.
Luggage storage is avaiable. Extension of check out time is available only if you book thru their own website. All ok and acceptable."

GGuest UserAffordable hotel in decent neighbourhood. It’s 15min walk from Zurich HBF. Sink basin is located inside the room instead of bathroom. Room floor can be get wet , if you are not too careful. Air conditioning is not there, but fan is provided.

EEmily_YI recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day.
Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference.
The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure.
The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

JjingxxUnexpected huge room for a triple room with good personal space between the two beds. Expected more amenities to be provided though, was not expecting the toothbrushes and slippers to be charged separately. Good that mini bar is provided for our room type :) service was above average but room key was quite heavy and kinda old school that we still had to manually lock the room door although they allowed us to drop off the keys before leaving the hotel. Location was alright, 10 minutes walk to the Zurich HB station but tram was convenient.

GGuest UserThe first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport .
Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard.

GGuest UserLocated in the city center by the lake, the location is convenient and you can explore the surrounding attractions on foot. The hotel is close to the lake and has beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the lake and mountains from the room, and the scenery is different at dawn and dusk. The environment is quiet, combining the convenience of the city center with the leisure of the lakeside. It is an ideal choice for both sightseeing and leisure.

HHarmonickFine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views!
Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

LLee W.KThe location is convenient, close to Zurich Train Station and the city centre. However, the hotel Wi-Fi is unstable and tends to disconnect automatically. The breakfast selection is limited, and the room does not have a ventilation fan. On the positive side, the check-in and check-out process was very easy and fully self-service, with no staff required.
