The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct elevator from the MM line subway right to the hotel entrance, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are quite spacious and come with a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a countertop. The breakfast is quite generous, mainly Japanese and Western style. The front desk provides common amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, but there are no small-sized skincare products or facial cleansers, which some other hotels do offer.

Guest UserThe room was very spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the facilities weren't too old. It was very clean, but since the entire room was carpeted, there was a slight odor, which was tolerable. The balcony was tiny and not very useful, but the view outside was fantastic. The bathroom was a highlight – very, very large with excellent natural light from a big glass window. The hotel's location is superb; several popular attractions are within walking distance. Downstairs there's an amusement park, which makes it perfect if you're traveling with children. It's just one subway stop from Yokohama Station, a major transportation hub. You can also reach the subway station via an underground passage, which is very convenient. The Haneda Airport limousine bus stops directly in front of the hotel, so you don't have to walk an inch, and the staff even helps with luggage, which was a very nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Yokohama.

PangxiaozhuyaojianfeiThis was my first time staying here, though I'd passed by before and really liked the area. This time, I specifically chose Yokohama for a weekend getaway. The Narita Express takes you directly here, no transfers needed. I picked a hotel near Yokohama Station to minimize walking. However, finding the Northeast Exit A was a bit of a challenge. I couldn't exit directly from the north exit and always ended up looping through the central north exit, haha. I'll try again next time.
This was the first time in my life experiencing such a noisy JR (train) room. The sound of trains passing by was incredibly loud, but I managed to train myself to view it as white noise. I didn't sleep well for two nights. Still, it's much better than the vibrating subway rooms back home, which reminds me of the agony of some hotels near Chunxi Road in Chengdu.
Despite the noise, the hotel's location is actually quite good, and the service and room size are better than the Sotetsu hotels in Tokyo. Plus, having a Family Mart convenience store and Beck's Coffee right next door was a huge plus.
However, I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. I'm getting older and can't handle the noise anymore.

zzzforfreeThis hotel boasts a great location, not far from Yokohama Station, making it easy to get to Sakuragicho and the Red Brick Warehouse via local lines. It's also very convenient for trips to Tokyo. The room was incredibly comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel in this price range! It was very clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. You really can't fault the service at Japanese chain hotels either.

If you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering.
The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal.
The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use.
Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable.
One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events.
There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind.
The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7.
The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content.
Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

GopinathaanStayed here recently — great value and a really charming, retro-style room interior that felt unique and cozy. Clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Best feature: it’s only a 3-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so dining options are plentiful. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate a nostalgic design and convenient location.

Luiz C.B. da SilvaIt is not the first time I have stayed at this capsule hotel. The capsule does not make you feel claustrophobic, and it is quite sound isolated from other capsules. In addition, the hotel is very well located, just a couple of minutes' walk from Yokohama Station. The only problem is that there is no private men's bathroom. So, if you don't feel comfortable showering in front of others, you may have to consider another option. If collective showering is okay, there is plenty of space. There is even a sauna and pools; not to swim, but it is big enough for several people to enjoy it at the same time.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

Anonymous UserThe location is super convenient. From Exit 3 of Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line), turn left and walk straight. When you spot a 7-Eleven, turn left again. Continue to the very end of the street, and you'll see the hotel sign in the upper right corner. Head inside, and that's the hotel entrance.

Guest UserThe place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great
