Shah Alam Hotels with Breakfast

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

should have gone through proper renovation and deep cleaning before the takeover. A lot of the furniture, fixtures and room facilities look dated and are in need of renovation. The overall cleanliness can also be improved, especially with a more thorough deep cleaning. During peak check-in hours, there was a long queue at the reception and we spent quite a lot of time waiting to check in. We also requested to change to another floor as we were not comfortable with the ground floor room, but our request was repeatedly rejected. Despite these issues, overall it was still a good stay. Hopefully the hotel management can improve the room condition, cleanliness and check-in process.

decent business hotel, wish the check in counter to be bigger as it does feel cramped in there. there are few things that the hotel falls short of, and I have personally highlighted to the front desk for improvements :- upon checking in, given the first key to my room, which i later found out someone was staying in; it appeared messy and untidy; DOUBLE CHECK IN IS A MAJOR RED FLAG🚩 secondly, there’s aircon unit malfunctioned so we requested for a room change. The technician was swift and front office was prompt in accommodating so no complaints on that. However what happens next is what discomforts me. in the middle of night, the hotel staff rang our door bell thrice, within the interval of 5 mins, while we were soundly asleep, to retrieve the key card for the first room we changed from. first the hotel door doesn’t have peephole, guest wouldn’t possibly know who’s knocking or asking, and it’s dangerous to answer doors in such condition, in middle of the night. a light knock, combo with a “room service” would be appropriate, if situation is really dire. i don’t know how serious it is when they see the need to demand the return of key card for a room that has malfunctioned aircon, in wee hours. simply ridiculous

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway.

I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice place to relax and spend some time with family and friends. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciate the hospitality and the effort from the hotel team in making the stay comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I also found the hotel suitable for both business trips and family stays. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there were enough facilities to make the stay convenient. In terms of value for money, I would say the hotel is a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Shah Alam without spending too much. There are always areas that can be improved, but overall, my experience was positive and enjoyable. Thank you to the team at De Palma Hotel Shah Alam for the good service and hospitality. the room is very huge and spacious, i book deluxe twin and got dining area, pantry area, one big office table with lazy chair, as the room is so big that at night i felt like someone is knocking the door outside, and i got a bad dream that night, sleep at 2 am but wake up at 5am with sweat but the air conditioner is working, there is a total of 3 air conditioner in one room.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay. However, the location was only average, as accessibility and nearby amenities were somewhat limited. Service was acceptable, though nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, a decent choice for short business stays, with the room being the highlight of the experience.
