The location is fantastic! Although the room was small, the layout was very efficient. I was surprised they even managed to fit a bathtub and had a separate wet/dry area in such a small space – only in Japan/Korea! The great location meant I could pop back to the hotel to drop off my shopping, which saved a lot of time. Plus, if you cut through the Olive Young store next door, you can get to the other side of the street easily. When checking out, you can use the self-service machine on the first floor, which is super quick. Cars can pull right up to the entrance in the morning and evening. At other times, you have to walk a short distance, but overall, it's very convenient – a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and exploring!

This was the best hotel of my trip to Korea. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around, and it was very clean and tidy. To the north are Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village, and to the south are Cheonggyecheon Stream and Myeongdong. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

## Location: Perfect Score Right across from Lotte Duty-Free and less than a 5-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty-Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Its location is comparable to the Aloft nearby but significantly better than Voco (which requires a bit of a detour). If you're here for serious shopping, this location will definitely save you time and effort. ## Room & Facilities The room size is similar to Aloft's – both are on the 'compact' side. It's a bit smaller than Voco, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might want to reconsider. The hotel is located within a mixed-use building, so you'll need to go to the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Waiting for elevators during peak hours can be a bit of a pain. There are free luggage lockers on the 9th floor lobby, which are very convenient to use. ## Service & Details The service was adequate, neither exceptionally good nor bad. However, there's a noticeable drawback: my Trip.com reservation explicitly requested a 'high floor,' but I was given the 11th floor (guest rooms are on floors 10-18). This compromised both the view and the quietness. I recommend calling ahead to confirm or actively requesting a higher floor upon arrival. The central air conditioning noise from the adjacent building runs 24/7, which somewhat affected my sleep. ## Alternatives Next door is Ibis. If you're not sensitive to floor level or room size, you could compare prices for the same location and pick whichever is cheaper. ## Summary: If you're looking for ultimate convenience and don't mind a smaller room or the occasional elevator wait, this place is worth considering. However, if a great view, spacious rooms, or a high-floor experience are important to you, I suggest lowering your expectations or looking elsewhere.

Second stay at Nine Tree Myeongdong I and high recommend anyone to stay here. Super convenient location, just steps away from airport limousine bus stop, subway station and right at Myeongdong street itself. No need to worry about pulling your luggage too far or crossing the road/up down stairs. Staff were friendly and professional during check in. This time my room was a bit smaller than the previous time but it was sufficient as I was traveling solo. Rain shower water pressure is not as strong as the hand held shower head but loved everything else in the room!

While Ctrip shows this hotel opened in 2024, it's likely an older hotel that's been rebranded or renovated. The facilities are a bit dated and the lighting is dim. However, its prime location is a big plus. The sandwiches at the TWO SOME cafe downstairs are delicious. You can walk directly to the hotel from Seoul Station by following the overhead walkway, and you even get a view of Namsan Tower. Namsan Hanok Village is also nearby and worth a visit.

From the airport, head straight to 4A-3 where there are self-service ticket machines. Buy a ticket to Ramian Apt, Financial News, which I believe is called ”Klaimi Apartments” in Chinese. I checked in at 3 PM, but you can store your luggage earlier if you arrive ahead of time. You can pick up pajamas, facial cleanser, lotion, and tea/coffee packets at the elevator entrance. Toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought yourself or purchased from the vending machine on the first floor. Washing machines cost 2000 Korean Won per use, and dryers are 1000 Korean Won for 20 minutes.

Great location! It's right by Yeomchang Station on Line 9, about 1.5 hours from Incheon Airport. There are plenty of buses too; route 604 goes to Hongdae and Myeongdong. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a 24-hour soup and rice place perfect for a late-night snack or breakfast. You can also find an all-you-can-eat BBQ for 21,900 KRW right outside Exit 3 of the subway station. There are designated smoking areas at both the front and back entrances. The room was a bit small, but fine for just me. The facilities are a bit old and not very well maintained, but at least you can open the window for some fresh air. Laundry service is available for 3,000 KRW. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring Seoul. On my first evening, even though I arrived a few hours later than planned, I was still able to enjoy an evening walk at Changgyeonggung Palace, followed by dinner at Gwangjang Market, a stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream, and a walk back to the hotel via the charming street of cafés and bars beside the walls of Jongmyo Shrine. Public transportation was very convenient, with several bus stops within a block or two of the hotel, and there were multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well. Despite being so centrally located, the area did not feel crowded, noisy, or especially touristy. It is also close to SNUH, which may be a plus for some travelers. My favorite part of the stay was the view of Changgyeonggung Palace from my room. The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate, though not especially fancy. My main complaints were that the bedside plug was awkwardly hidden behind the mattress, and that the toilet did not have a bidet, which was particularly inconvenient given that toilet paper cannot be flushed.

You can search for ANEUK Hotel on Naver Maps (searching for 'annk' won't work). 3. The lobby on the first floor offers self-service ice, a hot water dispenser, a coffee bar, and disposable tableware, all free of charge! This is fantastic. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 4. Although it's not super close to the city center, the subway is quite convenient. There's a bus stop about 50 meters away that goes to many places. It's relatively close to Hongdae; just a bus ride across the river. 5. Downstairs, there are tons of shops, the kind locals frequent. Eating grilled beef intestines with beer is incredibly satisfying. Plus, ordering takeout is very convenient.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! 👍 The only downside is that the room is a bit small. The front desk staff speak English, and the cleanliness is decent; I always bring my own disposables anyway. Myeongdong is right downstairs, with large Olive Young beauty stores and CU convenience stores. Shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. If you turn left out of the hotel, Myeongdong Station Exit 5 is a 1-minute walk. If you turn right, Lotte Duty-Free and Shinsegae Duty-Free, along with department stores, are less than a 10-minute walk away. The subway and taxis are also super convenient nearby. The 6015 airport limousine bus goes directly to the hotel! 👍👍👍
