GGuest UserMy stay at Novotel Sevilla was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect — close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to all major attractions like Seville Cathedral.
The staff were friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view of the city.
Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seville. 🙌
MMamamiyaaGreat location! Right across from the train station, with a McDonald's and a large supermarket next door. You can catch a bus right across the street. They offer complimentary fruits, lemonade, gummies, and candies during afternoon check-in. Plus, free luggage storage is available.

GGuest UserThe superior family room I booked looks like two rooms with two beds, which is different from the picture shown in the order. The size of the bed should be two 1.35-meter beds. The windows can be opened, facing the inner courtyard, and it is relatively quiet. The hotel has a sense of design. The door of each room is a painting. The breakfast is rich. It is also very good to book an ordinary family room with two children. It is recommended to match the room with breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is really good.

AAnonymous UserThe breakfast included with the room makes it excellent value for money, especially compared to local prices where a single breakfast could easily cost 100-200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to consider that. The room itself is a bit small, but overall it's still quite good. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking.
LLengnvnvThe XIII Hotel is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Spain. Living in it is like being in a palace, with scenery in every corner.
The hotel service is also very good. Miss Andra at the front desk impressed me the most during this stay. Miss Andra speaks fluent English, which is rare in Spain. There will be a tour of the hotel on the day of check-in, and the whole process is explained by the lady. Finally, we will be taken to the hotel attic to overlook the panoramic view of the center of Seville.
The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Spanish ham is enough to fill you up~ Although the hotel breakfast is a little expensive, I still recommend everyone to try it, it's very good 👍
Seville is also one of my favorite cities in this trip to Spain. I hope I can stay here again next time!

KKH77The hotel has nice decorations but it is located not very near to all tourist spots. One has to take bus or train from near the hotel to the destinations which will take easily take 15-30 mins. There is only one restaurant nearby.
The counter staff is not very helpful in offering local tour information apart from asking us to consider joining the local tour..
Luggage storage is provided free though and
GGuest UserNice and clean hotel, good size bedroom and bathroom. I'm not sure if they have double beds, but we got twin beds put together. Stayed on the first floor with a big terrace. Private parking available in their basement for €13/night. Breakfast was good, many varieties to choose from continental, hot cooked food and sweet pastries although stayed three nights there and they were the same. The swimming pool was open and was not busy which was good as in April just wanted to sit on the sun lounger, there were 5 loungers. Bus stop just outside the hotel, with bus 22 can take to the centre less than 30 min and cost €1.40/trip.
Wwangwei02aAn absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!
MMariaThe hotel is very good: modern design of the rooms, location - within walking distance from the famous Plaza de España, hearty breakfast (I would like to separately praise the hotel for the many coffee machines in the dining room - we never had to stand in line for coffee). A comfortable wide bed allows you to have a good rest after a day full of impressions. I cannot help but mention one minus. We were unable to connect one of our three devices to the hotel Internet (Wi-Fi). It was our oldest device, however, I am convinced that hotels should ensure Internet access for all guests and all devices.
