"A huge thank you to the owner for their incredibly warm and friendly hospitality. They went above and beyond by helping us secure discounted tickets for the scenic area's cable car, entrance, and electric shuttle. The courtyard is incredibly cozy and sun-drenched, nestled against lush green mountains, with a clear stream flowing just below. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, ensuring we had a wonderful night's sleep. The adorable resident dog was a delightful distraction that helped ease the children's travel weariness. In the evening, we took the kids to the rooftop to stargaze. The sight of a sky full of stars was a truly precious experience for children growing up in bustling first-tier cities. Laojun Mountain Liming Scenic Area is quite off the beaten path; I stumbled upon it by chance and, after a bit of research, decided to add it to our itinerary. It was absolutely worth the trip, and the photos speak for themselves! The tourist pedestrian street where the guesthouse is located has very reasonable prices, whether for dining, convenience stores, or small supermarkets. I hope the Laojun Mountain Liming Danxia Scenic Area attracts many more visitors, allowing the local community to benefit further. I truly love this place and wish it all the best. GGuest UserThe proprietress is very nice and very enthusiastic! The breakfast is delicious! You can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the room. Kuoliugu is the favorite and most satisfying hotel in the whole trip to Yunnan this time, and was infected by the enthusiasm of the boss. We had a train at 20:25 in the evening and told the proprietress to let us stay in the room until 19:00. I was really touched. The most surprising thing about the trip was that in addition to the beautiful scenery, there were people I met, and the proprietress was one of the surprises!

YYinghuiThe inn is quaint, the dining and tea-making area on the 2nd floor is very spacious and the view is excellent.
I like to taste the hostess's cuisine the most, and make a unique flavor meal with the freshest and freshly picked vegetables, handmade tofu, eggs and other ingredients. Every meal is delicious.
If you like climbers, you can also make an appointment to ask the male owner to lead the climb.
The accommodation is very clean, the bath water is hot enough and the washing is very comfortable.
It is a lovely and memorable place to relax.

GGuest UserThe most difficult part of the road on the self-driving road. I found this inn at night. It was very warm. When I arrived at the aunt, I saw that we didn't eat and cooked our own eggs for us. The fruit I took was really touched at night. 🥹
When we left in the morning, we boiled 2 eggs for the child. If you need to stay here, it is highly recommended 👍

GGuest UserThe inn is quite new. It has a smart toilet and a projector. However, it is located at the end of the village. The environment of the parking lot is a bit poor. It is muddy and difficult to find the road at night. There are no lights. However, the proprietress was very enthusiastic and came out to lead the way. It is quite close to the parking lot. Yes, the room is relatively quiet, and you should be able to see the snow-capped mountains from the second floor. There is no door to the bathroom, and the toilet flushes too loudly, which somewhat affects the rest of the people in the same room. Everything else is pretty good.

YYuslaini AzmiStay less than 24 hours there so my experience must not enough to describe fully the service. When I was arrive there the receptionist seems close already, I try contact via Trip.com but it linked to phone hotel which its difficult for me to call the owner as mostly thehy can't speak in English. I hope the owner makes initiative to answer guest that booking via third party like Agoda or Trip.com so it will be easier for me.
The room I book not provided aircond and no showercap or basic toiletries given, usually hoteel.provide like tooth brush, tooth paste but nothing was there maybe they forgot to replenish I don't know as I also check in late around 9pm. Overall , its a strategic locstion for those who want to catch up train early morning because the hotel location just like 400m away from Ljiang railway station (high speed train)

SSimone ManuzziA family that runs this house. We found ourselves very bebe, you can see that the owners have had experiences outside the country. The guesthouse has international optics.
Unfortunately the place, still kintano from tourism is not very frequented making the hotel a white fly in the middle of nowhere.
They were helpful in everything, in the food, in accompanying us to the panoramic points, in giving us directions.
The only slightly negative note is the cleanliness and the disorder. Not having a constant flow of customers it is evident that the whole structure is left to itself for a moment making the different corners created by lotus messy and not perfectly cleaned.

GGuest UserThe American Castle Garden Inn did not disappoint me, the environment is nice and the service is warm! The beautiful boss also gave me a free upgrade to a sea view room, and the breakfast arrangements were also very good. The roadside of the courtyard is right next to the sea, and you can have a panoramic view of the sunset and sunrise. During the day, you can bask in the sun and drink coffee in the courtyard, or you can drink it under a tent on the nearby grass. There is a photography base next to it and it is very quiet at night. It is nice to walk around the lake. There is no hustle and bustle here, which is suitable for friends like me who like quiet.

1118978****August is the rainy season in Lijiang, so stargazing there is a matter of luck. Even the shop owner said the weather forecast wasn't always accurate, as the weather at high altitudes is quite unpredictable. The road to the manor was sunny all the way, and luckily, after sunset at 9 pm, the sky was filled with stars. We saw the Milky Way we'd been waiting for, the Summer Triangle, and a fleeting shooting star. The manor had a friendly manager, kind owners, adorable fruit vendors, and ripe plum trees. We were also fortunate to meet a super nice guide who helped us take photos with the starry sky and edit them. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, and very close to the sky. My son gave it a perfect score. Looking forward to seeing the meteor shower again in winter.

CClinomaniac LyeI recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics.
While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl.
I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety.
Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

My sister and husband cook and cook very delicious. The ingredients are grown and raised by themselves. It is absolutely delicious. Especially recommended tofu and chicken hot pot. The environment of the inn is also very good, clean and clean, a total of five rooms, three standard rooms and two big bed rooms, if you can, the private field is very good, you can sit in the attic and chat freely. This time we were chartered for six people and stayed for two nights. Because the first night had already booked the Youth Hostel, I couldn't retreat, and the Youth Hostel couldn't solve the meal. I came to my sister for dinner. I originally planned to stay in Stone City for two nights and immediately changed to stay for three nights! Imagine how great my sister is at home, recommend it!
