We felt like VIPs! The owner shared fascinating insights into Naxi culture and even took us on a pleasant private hike around the village. Both breakfast and dinner were quite impressive; the rice noodles and matsutake chicken hotpot were absolutely delicious. The neighboring 'Six Three Restaurant' offers tasty home-style dishes. A delightful surprise was receiving a thoughtful souvenir after we got home. This stone village guesthouse is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and leisurely stay.

This hotel is a romantic miracle rising from the ruins of capitalism. The staff's mental state is a century ahead of contemporary workplaces; their 'liveliness' is off the charts, and they genuinely care about the services they provide. Even during the National Day Golden Week, a peak period for businesses to capitalize, they maintain an assertive 'you dare to ask, we dare to deliver' attitude, whether it's for food and drink provisions or recreational needs. Hotels in this region share the same auspicious feng shui of the land, and the snow mountain views are inherently stunning from all of them. But Shitoucuo (Stone House) takes aesthetics to the next level within its ecological niche! Feel free to take all the pictures you want at the hotel; every shot will leave you speechless. You can drive right up to the entrance, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable and roomy stay. The guesthouse owner and staff were excellent in their service, very responsive, and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

I highly recommend this hotel! The owner is incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They'll even help you with your luggage all the way to your room and invite you for tea. They're always ready to assist whenever you need something. Since we prefer a relaxed trip and it was our first time here, the owner thoughtfully put together a personalized itinerary for us. I strongly suggest trying the horseback riding at the stable they recommended – the service there is fantastic! The hotel's photographer also takes amazing pictures; they're patient and really listen to your needs. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious, and the chili sauce in the breakfast area is incredibly good – homemade by the kitchen staff. Plus, there are two huge, super friendly and adorable poodles!

This is a truly beautiful ranch B&B, it's hard to believe all these stunning views can be seen right from the property. Many spots around the B&B offer panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains, and you can even witness the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' from your room. For an even more expansive vista, you can just take a few steps outside to the entrance or observation deck. There are many adorable cats and a very striking Bernese Mountain Dog! The ranch also has other small animals like cows, sheep, and rabbits. I think they offer horse riding services too, but I was in a hurry and didn't get to try it. The facilities are comprehensive, and the landscape design is excellent. The service at the B&B is superb; when I arrived, the staff kindly upgraded me to a suite. They also provided a complimentary breakfast (the vegetables were homegrown and incredibly fresh and sweet!), afternoon tea, and a sweet soup before bed. Getting to the ancient town is very convenient, you can simply take the B&B's car directly, and the staff even helps with your luggage – it's very thoughtful. If you're coming to Lijiang, I highly recommend this B&B; you'll have a wonderful experience. I wish this B&B continued success and prosperity.

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

When I didn't feel like going out to eat, I could simply order in; all the dishes were freshly stir-fried and full of 'wok hei' ( smoky flavor). The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!

First off, the guesthouse's ambiance is truly wonderful, completely living up to my imagination of Lijiang Old Town! The courtyard is beautifully maintained, with flowers and plants artfully arranged. Sitting there, sipping tea and soaking up the sun, was incredibly relaxing. The room decor also features strong local characteristics, with wooden structures and ethnic soft furnishings. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The only slight drawback was that the facilities felt a little outdated. For instance, the heating in the room was quite slow to react, and the water temperature and pressure for showering at night were a bit inconsistent. I hope the owner can gradually upgrade these. Also, there was no proactive cleaning service during my stay, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. It would be perfect if there could be a simple tidying up each day. However, these minor issues don't overshadow the positives. Tingxueju's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the owner is very warm and welcoming, offering many great travel tips. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Lijiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a peaceful environment!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
