Honestly, this has been one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far! I can’t really comment much on the location because we honestly didn’t have to think about it—the hotel provides a private car to take us around, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The experience itself is amazing. There are SO many activities included that we were actually confused about which one to try first! The room was beautiful, with an incredible direct view of the Snow Mountain. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. They also provide unlimited drinks, alcohol, fruits, and so many thoughtful little extras throughout the stay. But honestly, it’s not just about the unlimited drinks 😆—the whole experience, service, activities, room, and attention to detail were exceptional. My only regret is that we stayed for just one night. I definitely think 2–3 nights would be perfect to really enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. Perfect in every way. One of my favorite stays in Lijiang and absolutely recommended!

My stay at Lijiang Riemann Wenhua exceeded all my expectations. The package included airport pickup, and the driver was waiting for us bright and early. The drive from the airport to the hotel took a little over an hour and a half, with the last 30 minutes being on winding mountain roads. I got a little carsick, but the paved road was manageable. As soon as we arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a duplex room on the second floor, and opening the window revealed stunning views of Wenhua Lake and distant mountains, instantly putting me at ease. The air quality here is excellent. The hotel boasts its own large garden, small animals, a coffee shop, swings, and more. The property is very quiet, free from the hustle and bustle of commercial areas, making it perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with a natural, wood-themed decor. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night. The attention to detail was impressive; all the toiletries and disposable items were of high quality, and the hot water was consistent, making for a very reassuring stay. The staff's service truly deserves a huge commendation – it left a lasting impression. From check-in to throughout our stay, any issues were addressed promptly and patiently, never feeling perfunctory. It gave off a very warm and genuine vibe. For those of us who prefer not to plan itineraries, simply participating in the hotel's various activities is enough to enjoy Wenhua Lake. This is especially friendly for first-time visitors. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all delicious, with fresh ingredients. The rice noodles and local specialties are definitely worth trying. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the view outside the window was truly delightful. This stay felt incredibly worthwhile. From the environment and service to the overall atmosphere, you can feel the dedication of the owners. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wenhua Lake and will recommend it to friends looking for a slow-paced vacation.

The room is very new. The bed is soft yet supportive, and the bedding is excellent, with two pillow heights. The bath and hand towels are thick, and the slippers are also thick-soled plush ones, while the shower slippers have thick, soft soles. With the double bed and single bed put together, it's 2.7 meters wide, enough for 2 adults and 2 children. From every aspect, it's clear the owner carefully selected items and aims for a quality establishment. The location is very convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the East Gate of the ancient city. There are many restaurants opposite, as well as a very new large supermarket, making shopping very easy. There's parking available, and you can also park outside. The Public Security Bureau is directly opposite, which makes it feel very safe. The rooftop terrace has a cafe and a nice view. On a sunny day, you should be able to see the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun', but it was cloudy every day we were there, so we couldn't see it. The owner is very enthusiastic. One thing to note is that the bathroom and sink area don't dry very quickly, but it's fine as it's separate from the main room, so the water doesn't overflow.

This cozy hotel, nestled at the foot of a snow-capped mountain, simply has too many wonderful things to praise! First off, the room environment is fantastic. From our window, we had a stunning view of the snowy peaks. It was incredibly relaxing to come back to the room and sit on the balcony, just taking in the beautiful mountain scenery. The room amenities were also excellent; coffee, tea, and unlimited snacks and drinks from the lobby were all complimentary, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Secondly, the service was absolutely top-notch! They were incredibly responsive to every request, helping to resolve any issues we had and recommending local dishes that were all delicious – not a single bad recommendation. Everyone was super nice and genuinely enthusiastic. Honestly, just chatting with them was a pleasure, making us feel right at home. They even prepared late-night snacks for us at 10 PM, and the glutinous rice balls with fermented rice wine were absolutely divine! Finally, both breakfast and afternoon tea were superb, with the breakfast service being particularly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel's location is also great, convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Oh, and for those planning a winter break, you should definitely consider it! We asked, and there's a very high chance of seeing the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' phenomenon from February to March. I didn't take many indoor pictures, but the photos uploaded by the hotel on Ctrip are definitely accurate to what you'll find.

We chose a hotel with a hot spring for our last day of the trip to relax, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel's location is a bit remote, it's perfect for self-driving tours. Plus, they offer a value-added service of a 10km car pick-up and drop-off within Lijiang city. We returned our car in the ancient town, and the driver picked us up to go back to the hotel – a seamless transfer! The private hot spring tub in the room was excellent, fully smart-controlled, and all the in-room amenities were also smart. When we called the front desk, they responded quickly, and the shuttle arrived very fast. Xiao Ying and Xiao Gu provided great service. As for the dining, afternoon tea can be delivered to the room, beautifully presented, and the mini-bar was well-stocked with not just soft drinks but also many snacks. The most noteworthy was the hotel's dinner hot pot; the yak beef felt even better than in specialized yak beef hot pot restaurants.

The room in this B&B is very new. I like the wooden structure very much. The toiletries, mattresses and bedding in the room are very good. It can be seen that the boss is very careful in selecting the products. You can watch the sunshine of Jinshan Mountain while lying on the bed. I am so happy🥳 , the B&B also comes with snacks, fruits, and a great breakfast 👍🏻 The boss and housekeeper carefully introduced the delicious and fun places in the surrounding area, which was very worry-free. The attentive service of every staff member in the B&B made this trip to Lijiang very satisfying! Baisha Ancient Town is more flavorful than other ancient towns. It doesn't have much commercial atmosphere. It is lively during the day and very quiet at night! Great for vacation! I will choose to stay in this B&B next time I come to Lijiang.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive. Perhaps due to the large temperature difference between day and night, the rooms even have electric blankets. The only downside is that the hot water takes a while to come on, at least a minute or so, but it's not a big deal. Cleanliness: Very clean. It felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Maybe I'm not a very meticulous person and don't have a strong preference for cleanliness, so I don't pay too much attention to these things, but overall there were no hygiene issues. The toilet even had a thoughtful toilet seat cover. Environment: Apart from being a bit remote, the environment is truly exceptional. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and you can see the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' (Rizhao Jinshan). Although the standard room we booked had its view of the snowy mountains blocked by trees, the entire hotel is located within a scenic area, making it feel like you're living in the mountains, full of ambiance. My suggestion would be to eat before checking in, as the hotel is quite isolated, and it's difficult to order takeout nearby. If you need oxygen tanks or anything similar, it's best to buy them in advance before checking in. Service: The service is excellent, with a butler-style approach. Since my friend and I were first-timers and unfamiliar with the area, we wanted to rest at the hotel without eating first, only to discover there was no takeout available... But we were too tired to go out. The staff helped us by buying food from a restaurant near the entrance and delivering it to our room, which was truly commendable. In summary, it's close to the snowy mountain scenic area, has beautiful views, and you can even see the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight.' Highly recommended! The only drawbacks are the limited dining options nearby and its remote location, making it difficult to order takeout. Otherwise, I don't see any other issues.

First and foremost, I have to commend Zoey at the front desk for her exceptional and thoughtful service – truly the best I've experienced at any Hilton property. Whether it was helping me choose the right pillow or receiving a package for me, her service was meticulous and efficient. Every day, she'd also thoughtfully ask if there was anything I needed replenished. This Hilton in Lijiang is also a great value-for-money option. Although it's not directly in the Old Town or ancient villages, getting a taxi is still convenient. About 500 meters to the left, there's Wenbishan Lake, perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The 1.9-kilometer lakeside walking path offers beautiful views of the clouds and mountains, which is quite nice. The facilities are quite new, with smart toilets, and appropriate water pressure and temperature in the showers. The air conditioning was also quiet. The hotel's dining options are a bit limited, but you can walk about 1 kilometer to a nearby food street for more choices.

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right near Baisha Ancient Town and at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it boasts a prime, front-row view of the mountain. With unspoiled agricultural land in front, the panoramic views are completely unobstructed. You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!

Book in advance during peak season, and stay is still smooth and efficient. The facilities are intact, the WiFi is stable and smooth, the service staff is friendly, the surrounding food, drink and fun facilities are perfect, and the overall is very satisfied.
