The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. There was no smell in the room. Very suitable for short stay. The mattress is very ergonomic and sleeps very well~ The place is a bit remote, suitable for self-driving playmakers to stay. 不完美的旋律Tabata Boutique Suites is located near Tabata Station on the Yamanote Line. There is only a small shopping mall next to Tabata Station, which has a bakery, a small supermarket, and several restaurants. There is also a McDonald's and some small shops about 50 meters away. The B&B is about 200 meters walk from Tabata Station. It is located in a residential area and is very quiet. There is only a 7-11 convenience store nearby, and there are few people and cars. The B&B is in Room 403 (the original information said Room 404). We couldn't find the combination lock that night and were unable to check in, so we called the owner. We called several phone numbers attached to the information, but they were all connected directly to the voice system, saying it was an incorrect number. So we sent an email, but there was no reply. We felt helpless and confused. So I went back to the door of Room 403 and found a combination lock in a hidden place. I had to enter the combination according to the information emailed to me before to unlock it. There was a door key inside the lock, so I could enter. We stayed for 3 nights, and the owner did not call back or reply to my emails. Only the trip.com AI customer service asked me if I needed help, which was very thoughtful. The homestay is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, except that the small terraces of the two rooms cannot be accessed because they are used to cool the air conditioners. In addition, there is no floor heating in the house. The heating is blown to the living room and dining room by the air conditioners in the two rooms. Since the toilet and bathroom are farthest from the bedroom, the heating cannot reach that far, so it is very cold to use the toilet and bathroom. The advantage of this B&B is that it is quite new and clean, probably because it was newly renovated. In addition, the TV can watch YouTube and Netflix, which is great!

NnaivecloudOur stay in Tokyo at this hotel near Kinshicho was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, which connects you so easily to the rest of the city. Around the station you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even entertainment. It made exploring Tokyo simple, comfortable, and stress-free. But what impressed us most was the room itself. From the very first moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The design is simple yet elegant, with warm touches that make it feel like home. The apartment-style layout was incredibly practical – a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and pillows, a large table perfect for working or enjoying a meal, and a bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after busy days in the city. The curtains blocked out light perfectly, and the lighting in the room was cozy yet bright when needed. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise – fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric kettle. Having this option made our stay even more comfortable, whether we wanted a quick snack or a home-style breakfast before heading out. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. Everything was spotless, the shower and bath were modern and easy to use, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine – such a valuable convenience for a longer stay. The separate sink area with a wide mirror and good lighting was perfect for getting ready. Every detail of the room showed how much thought was put into the comfort of guests. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – it truly felt like our own Tokyo home. The atmosphere was peaceful, the furniture was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and organization exceeded our expectations. Staying here made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to returning to the room after exploring the city, knowing it would be a clean, calm, and welcoming space. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tokyo, especially around Kinshicho, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, wonderful facilities, and a beautiful, well-maintained room – it’s everything you could want for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

GGuest UserA wonderful small hotel, close to the Kiba metro station and Kiba Park. Breakfast and lunch are available at the hotel cafe. It's delicious and affordable. All amenities are in the room. The hotel has an elevator and a separate staircase. The room is small but very comfortable. There's another cafe across from the hotel, and shops and cafes are a 2-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserA single-family homestay, fully self-service, the hotel has no management staff, tatami room, floor mat, very comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic The guestbook shows that there are basically more Korean tourists One thing that really deducts points. Someone actually tried to enter my room in the middle of the night! Very scary! Through the peephole, I saw that it was a couple of tourists staying in the room. They were not Chinese, but probably Korean. They must have walked into the wrong room, but they kept trying the password until the system reported an error. They also tried to force the door open. I was scared to death It is not recommended for girls to stay alone. It is too dangerous without management staff. And the room is on the first floor (the second floor is a six-person room). There is no anti-theft window outside. The safety factor is really low If there are boys in the same group, if you don’t consider safety, the overall hotel is still very good. High cost performance, convenient travel, direct to Narita Airport

ZZouzoutingting0741This hostel isn't a capsule hotel, but rather a shared restaurant. I haven't stayed in a hostel in years. This time, traveling alone, I booked this one to give it a try. The location is okay. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from Shibuya and Daikanyama, but not too close either. It's not particularly convenient, though there's a small subway station within walking distance. It's fine for a solo stay, but if you're traveling with elderly parents and children and have a lot of luggage, the location might be a bit out of the way. We booked a dorm room. Each room is about 30 square meters. There are about 10 bunk beds. The room was clean and quiet, but being assigned the upper bunk was quite inconvenient. The only storage locker was at the head of the bed, which was inconvenient for those who didn't want to wear outer pants and had to crawl over to put their belongings at the headboard. The overall environment and the hotel itself were very quiet, but the sleeping area was quite small. Unlike capsule hotels, with so many beds and people in the large open space, it's inevitable that you'll encounter people who come home late and mess around, making a lot of noise. There's also the sound of snoring and sweating... The front desk was often empty... The staff were a nice guy and a younger woman.

TTsang HarryThe hotel is located in the residential area of Iriya, and the environment is relatively quiet and quiet. There are convenience stores and bento shops within walking distance, but there are fewer restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is located between Ueno and Asakusa. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to these famous attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery of people's livelihood along the way. There is also a bus stop nearby, and you can reach more sightseeing spots in about 15 minutes by bus. There is an elevator in the hotel, but you need to go up a flight of stairs to check in and out, which may cause some inconvenience to the elderly. The overall decoration retains the characteristics of Japanese-style houses. There are lockers at the entrance to change shoes, and then there is a Western-style living room with coffee, tea and snacks. Refrigerators are also provided in the corridor on the third floor. The room type I stayed in did not have a private bathroom, but there was a simple wash basin and mirror in the entrance. The room adopts a traditional tatami design, which is very comfortable and clean, and is spacious for single or double occupancy. The sound insulation effect is good, and there is air conditioning, TV and wardrobe in the room, but there is only one charging plug. In addition, the room also provides Japanese yukata to wear as pajamas in the hotel to enhance the Japanese-style stay experience. The bathroom is separate for men and women. It is located on the first and second floors. It adopts a typical Japanese design and is equipped with a dressing room, shower room and bathtub. You can fully experience Japanese bathing culture. There are also self-service laundry facilities on the ground floor. In general, Sakura Inn is a very unique Japanese-style B&B with a comfortable overall environment, considerate service, and high cost performance. It is highly recommended to travelers who like Japanese life experience.

AAnonymous UserIt was a bit tiring as it took about 20 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station, but it was really nice that I could get to the accommodation from Shibuya Station in one go and that there were escalators all the way up from the station! When staying for 3 nights and 4 days, they gave me 1 large towel and 2 regular towels per person, and water was not provided, so I had to buy it at Lawson or 7-Eleven near the accommodation. The air conditioner wasn't that strong, but the hair dryer was fine. On rainy days, they lent me a transparent umbrella in the lobby!

GGuest UserThis is a great location for people looking to hike Mt. Takao. You will need to use a taxi to get to and from the train station though. The staff was very kind and supplied us with cans of coffee whenever they saw us lol! One of the owners even gave us a ride to Mt. Takao when we asked for him to call us a taxi. The rooms are motel style and very spacious. Be aware this is an ex love hotel so it does have a slightly creepy vibe, I wouldn’t bring minors to this hotel to be honest. (I also turned on the TV in the bath which was a bit of a scare!) Also just show any taxis the actual address of this place in Japanese as no one local knew where this place was.
