"The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so!
Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves. Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles and stiff communication. The front desk manager was nice but seemed ineffective. The attitude and expressions of the restaurant and bar staff were hit or miss; some were good. It has the vibe of an old hotel!
However, the hotel's setting is excellent, and its orientation provides an amazing sunset sea view (as shown in Figures 3 and 4)! It definitely beats RIXOS in that regard! The hotel's beach isn't large, but it's not overcrowded, which also gives it an edge over RIXOS! RIXOS's service staff are pretty much the same.
We came specifically for the sunset sea view, and overall, it was still a good experience! For room selection, I recommend spending a bit more to choose a room in the hotel's South Wing – you can enjoy panoramic sunset views from the room's balcony, which is fantastic!"
