Dubrovnik Hotels with Breakfast

Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. Weather during October was all good. Not too hot and not too cold, perfect weather. Scenic area are much less crowded, restaurants are everywhere. The service staffs were all so nice. We book a spa massage from Orabelle, it was the world best massage i ever encountered. It was this therapist Fanny from Nava Spa. I travelled a lot. From States, Europe, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and u named it. I frequent massage everywhere i travelled. Fanny has the technique, press skill and determination. I met a amazing masseur at Bali who had almost the same skills but Fanny beat her out. Fanny should had open up a massage training school and share her skill set with the therapist. Awesome experience. Orabelle offered fantastic breakfast. Ala carte breakfast menu, order whatever or whichever u like. They will be more than happy to serve you well. If you wish to order the entire menu. Think they will not hesitate to serve your table full of delicious delicacy. Speechless views, services and breakfast. Told my wife, we will be back next year again. The same period, this time round a few more days. Wanna enjoy the Villa more and chillax. Strongly recommended, if you read my review. What a fantastic find! This is a hotel run by a school, the staff are teachers and students. It’s in an amazing location right by Pile gate and is very easy to find. The rooms are done up to a very high standard as is the whole building. We had breakfast in with our booking and this was also great. Boris runs this like clockwork and is always super friendly and helpful with advice for your trip if needed. The lady on reception (we didn’t catch her name sadly) was also really friendly and helpful and helped us with storing our baggage in a back room as we had a late flight following check out. We went very early season so, at one point, we were the only guests here! The only niggles (and these are very small!) were that the rooms lack tea and coffee making facilities. We arrived very late when everything was shut and couldn’t even have a cup of tea or coffee. Also maybe a mini fridge in the room? Although we think this was down to fire regulations. The other thing was the breakfast choices were limited, the food was well cooked but it would have been nice to maybe have some pastries too. We will definitely stay again if we return to Dubrovnik

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

We've just returned from a weekend in Dubrovnik, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located in the peaceful Lapad area, with magnificent sea views. The setting is truly superb and very relaxing. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, with a splendid view. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout our stay. It's clear that the establishment is well-managed and that the customer experience is taken seriously. We also really appreciated the easy access to the seaside promenades (via the lower level of the restaurant) and to the Lapad district, which is very lively in the evenings while still being much calmer than the Old Town. The only area for improvement would be the external noise from the ventilation system. In summary: a beautiful hotel, well-located, with an exceptional setting, a fantastic breakfast, and pleasant staff. We would definitely return on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

The room is nice with an outdoor balcony. The surrounding facilities are good, with a large outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not in the old town, if you want to go to the old town, you can also take bus line 6, which is a good experience.

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night. My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly. Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic. The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person. As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a bus stop, a small supermarket, several restaurants, and a bakery nearby. It's only a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. You *must* visit Bellevue Beach, it's absolutely beautiful! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the room was very tidy. Although there were no complimentary toiletries, luckily I brought my own. Disposable slippers were provided. The air conditioning was sufficient. Soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Even though the pool is small, everyone really enjoyed it, sunbathing, swimming, and spending some relaxing time there. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold dishes, salads, and fruits.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

Its location is definitely its strongest point, with a view and the beach right below the hotel. Sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach kiosk are extra. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options. The hotel itself is a bit dated; the hallway carpets and room doors need an update. The cleaning trolleys visible on every floor are an eyesore, especially since there's no elevator due to the building's layout. We stayed in early June, and for a weekend, it was fine since we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning – it sounds like a tractor when it's on. I'd rate it between 7 and 8. It was the cheapest option that still offered decent quality for my taste.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
