"The staff were very polite. The room was spacious and the bed, while not overly soft, was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The room was cool, and there's a pool and gym on the 9th floor. There are food options downstairs, making it good value for money to stay here. It's about 1 km from Seacon Square, Train Night Market, and MRT Suan Luang Rama IX."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times. The location is incredibly convenient, close to the BTS Skytrain and shops, and right next to the Erawan Shrine. The pool and gym areas are spacious, and there's a great variety of breakfast options. The rooms are well-equipped, quite large, and comfortable. I'd definitely book here again for my next trip."

"Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their patience and politeness. We arrived around 10 PM Bangkok time, but the staff were incredibly polite and helpful with their explanations – the service was truly outstanding. The room had a bathtub, but the decor felt quite dated. Overall, it seems more suited for business travelers, and the room itself was spacious enough. The pool is on the 9th floor; you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then walk up to the 9th. The pool isn't very deep, and there's a shower in the corner for rinsing off. It was quite clean. This is an honest review."

"Overall, a great stay! Pros: - The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed and useful amenities like microwave, fridge - Daily shuttle to Ekkamai BTS - Super friendly and helpful staff - Nice little pool area (great for kids) and spa/gym facilities (great for adults) - Convenience store next to the lobby which is extremely useful Cons: - The pool water left a rusty coloured residue on our swimwear so just bear that in mind if using. - The window ledge area behind the shower blind hadn’t been cleaned (you could only see it when the blind was open which it never was for us) - The bathroom lights didn’t work until our second evening (we only had a very short stay so this wasn’t really an issue). I will say, we didn’t report this during our visit and I expect if we had, it would have been looked at promptly. - Couldn’t access the balcony (this is for every room and presumably a H&S reason. Again, not an issue but would have been nice to be able to access). Overall, it was a great stay and despite the small cons listed above, it didn’t impact on our enjoyment at all. We would stay here again without a doubt!"

"We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Hotel Valia Bangkok and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers spacious, comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The room size was excellent by Bangkok standards, and housekeeping did a great job every day. A special mention to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome and added to the overall experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel facilities are excellent, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, the menu remained almost identical every day. Since we stayed for 7 days, we found ourselves having practically the same breakfast throughout our stay 😃. Also, there were limited options for Indian guests, so a bit more variety and rotation in the menu would make the experience even better. Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and great value. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok."

"I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. 💓💓💓💓💓 The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬 If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐 The facilities here are excellent: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • Restaurant And the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me. For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10. As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average. Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future. Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀"

"The hotel is located right by the river, just a short walk to the pier. If you're worried about traffic, traveling by boat is very convenient, fast, and cheap. The rooms are new, clean, and smell great. The staff provides excellent and friendly service, answering all our questions well and offering many helpful recommendations."
